Visitors arriving at the museum on Wednesday 11/17 SHOULD NOT CROSS THE PICKET LINE. Visitors should reschedule their visit and respect workers ons strike by joining them on the picket line, amplifying the strike on social media, emailing the MFA to let the museum know they support the workers and the strike, and donate to the hardship fund. By crossing a picket line, visitors are not respecting or supporting the work of MFA employees. Care for the museum staff should be as important to visitors as the care of the artwork. There would be no museum without its dedicated staff.
