This may sound dramatic, but it really doesn’t matter how strange and alone I feel inside, Mew always manages to make me feel more understood and at peace with myself, and I don’t know how they do it. They have some way of expressing emotion that has resonated with me more than anything else has, and I’m just so grateful they exist. I think everyone finds an artist of any kind that does that for them, and I’m so glad I found mine when I was where I was, a decade ago, because I really don’t think I’d be who I am now if I hadn’t. Honestly, I wonder if I’d be here at all. I’m just so glad I found Mew.
