I’m not one to force or expect people to label their sexuality, but in her Instagram live with Brendon Urie she said there is something we are missing from the video that is so obvious. I know I also might be reaching with this, but Tay’s queer fans (as well as Brendon’s) cannot deny how GAY this video was. Rainbows and unicorns everywhere. As we all know, Taylor is very openly supportive of the LGBT community, donating funds, wearing (not so) subtle rainbow attire, and her love of Pegacorns. We all remember the Dianna Agron and Karlie Kloss dating rumors. Many of us even believed her past bfs were just “beards” for PR. I don’t know what I believe anymore about those past lovers, but she is so CLEARLY in love with Joe Alwyn now. I think most of us are mature enough to know who you’re with doesn’t change your sexuality. So as happy as they are, Joe does not cancel out the possibility of Taylor claiming a place in the LGBT community. Just like Miley reassures us that she is queer even though she’s happily married to Liam. We ALSO know Brendon came out as pan 2 years ago! Pride season is just around the corner... SO CONCLUDING, my guess is that this video was a coming out video. And if not, it is still something up in the air and always will be. But no matter what Taylor’s sexuality, the LGBT community and Taylor Nation will always always love and support. We STAN a queen!
