I was rewatching a few episodes in season 3 and in the episode where Lucy and Tim go to speak with stanton's former rookie about his racist ass and then he calls him to warn him and when they confronted him later he says he is off to metro in 2 weeks and doesn't want to jeopardize that by reporting stanton

Does that mean that Tim is his boss now?????

Some initial thoughts about 6x03 ...💭

I'm gonna do a deeper analysis into 6x03 (and 6x02) during the 2-week hiatus. But I wanted to say this ...

In an effort to unstick the sticky and unignore the ignored, I'm going to be starting more discussions about intersectionality, specifically gender and race. The more we talk about it, the more comfortable it gets for everyone. My hope is that we can all learn from each other through these conversations. These conversations, at least on my part, will all take place within the context of the show.

It's imperative to have conversations about gender in the workplace. I love that we are already doing this.

I also want us to keep in mind that being a WOC adds an additional layer of complexity for all of our favorite women on The Rookie. It's imperative to talk about this as we talk about gender.

So while we're having conversations about gender in the workplace, let's not be afraid to get sticky and talk about the challenges that WOC face.

Cuz, even though we're not talking about (yet), this was on full display tonight through Lucy.
