i know that chilchuck saying there's not much interesting for him to say about his daughters and then saying, like, two sentences about each is Very In Character but what would have been funnier is if he was like. hm. it's not very interesting. and then smash cutting to, like, five hours later and he's still going on about them (marcille listens attentively with sparkly eyes. we've done it. we've found how to make him talk)

Cactus chia ivy :)
cactus ⇢ something you’re currently learning (about)?
some of the plants in our garden are ready to harvest, and this year we tried to get some plants that we'd never grown before, so I've been learning how to grow them and what to make with them!
chia ⇢ what’s an inside joke you have with someone else?
ohhh my god okay. so my mom and I were on a drive on the highway when suddenly, out of nowhere, she shouted, "OH SHIT! IT'S THE POLICE!" and I'm like looking around freaking out like dear god were we speeding? I don't think we were? are we smuggling something I'm unaware of? should I distract them while you hide the body?
so I'm terrified and finally she turns to me like what's your problem? she's all calm? and I'm like... so we're not.. being arrested? why did you scream "Oh shit it's the police?"
turns out she was just having a rather stressful day and "OH SHIT IT'S THE POLICE" basically translated to, "Ah! There is a law enforcement vehicle behind me. I must safely merge into the other lane so as to let the police vehicle pass me."
so now our funny unfunny joke is that whenever we're on a long drive and you spot an officer you have to point and yell at the top of your lungs OH SHIT IT'S THE POLICE even if you are absolutely not speeding and not smuggling anything nor hiding any bodies in your car. it might not be the best practice in terms of road safety but it is fun to see who will spot (and announce) the police car first.
ivy ⇢ what are your ‘tells’ for your emotions and moods? how can someone tell you’re happy, annoyed, upset or tired?
I don't really express "happy" as intensely as many people do, but generally if I'm making jokes I'm happy. annoyed and upset I will speak in short sentences, and for tired/hungry I will simply start having a meltdown like a toddler until I can have a snack/take a nap. this is a highly effective strategy

THE FIRST MATCH - KENAN YILDIZ
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The stadium filled out in no time, the anticipation for the Euro match between Turkey and Georgia palpable in the air. The stands were a sea of red and white, Turkish flags waving energetically alongside the cheers and chants of dedicated fans.
I found myself in the VIP section, sitting beside Beate, Kenan’s mother. She was as welcoming as ever, her pride in her son evident in every smile and enthusiastic clap.
"He's worked so hard for this,"Beate said with a smile, her eyes twinkling with excitement. "Tonight will be special, I can feel it."
As the national anthems played, my heart raced with a mix of nerves and excitement. The camera panned across the players, and there he was – Kenan, looking focused and determined. He glanced up at the stands and caught my eye, giving me a quick, flirty wink.
My cheeks flushed, and I quickly looked away, but not before giving him a small, shy waves.
‿︵‿︵‿୨ ୧‿︵‿︵‿
Turkey took the lead in the 25th minute, with a brilliant goal by Mert Müldür. The stadium erupted in cheers, and the excitement was palpable. Beate and I were on our feet, clapping and celebrating the early lead.
Just two minutes later, in the 27th minute, Kenan made a perfectly timed run, breaking free from his marker. His teammate spotted the move and delivered a precise through ball. Kenan, with his usual finesse, controlled the ball deftly and slotted it past the Georgian goalkeeper into the back of the net.
The crowd erupted in celebration once more, and I jumped to my feet, cheering alongside Beate. Kenan turned to the stands, his eyes finding mine as he flashed a confident, flirtatious smile, making my heart race even faster.
But the jubilation was short-lived. The referee's whistle blew, and the linesman had his flag raised. Offside. The goal was annulled. A collective groan echoed around the stadium, and the scoreboard remained unchanged.
Kenan looked over at me, a mix of frustration and determination in his eyes. I gave him an encouraging smile and mouthed, "You'll get the next one." He nodded, the fire in his gaze unwavering, ready to fight for every chance.
Georgia managed to equalize 13 minutes before halftime, making it 1-1. The tension was high as the second half commenced. Kenan's determination was evident in every move he made, fighting for every ball.
‿︵‿︵‿୨ ୧‿︵‿︵‿
The sky, which had been overcast since the beginning of the match, suddenly opened up in the 56th minute, and rain began to pour down. The field quickly became slick, and the players struggled to maintain their footing. Passes skidded unpredictably, and the game’s tempo slowed as both teams adjusted to the challenging conditions.
Despite the rain, the Turkish team remained focused. In the 65th minute, Arda Güler seized an opportunity. He danced through the Georgian defense with remarkable skill, keeping the ball close despite the slippery pitch.
With a quick, decisive shot, he sent the ball curling into the top corner of the net. The Turkish fans exploded with joy, their cheers mixing with the sound of the pouring rain.
Beate and I hugged, drenched but ecstatic. "That was brilliant!" I shouted over the noise, my eyes sparkling with excitement.
‿︵‿︵‿୨ ୧‿︵‿︵‿
In the 85th minute, Kenan, exhausted but proud, was replaced by Kerem Aktürkoğlu. As he walked over to the bench, he looked up at me, his eyes tired yet sparkling with a hint of mischief. He gave me a playful wink, and I couldn't help but smile, feeling my heart race.
"You did amazing," I mouthed to him, and he nodded, a small, tired smile playing on his lips as he took his seat on the bench.
As the game entered extra time, the tension was palpable. In the 90+7 minute, Kerem Aktürkoğlu seized a final opportunity.
With a burst of energy, he maneuvered past the Georgian defense and struck the ball into the net, securing Turkey’s victory at 3-1. The final whistle blew, and the Turkish fans erupted in celebration.
Despite the rain still pouring down, Beate grabbed my hand, and together, we made our way down to the pitch, the security allowing us access due to our VIP passes. We were drenched but the excitement kept us warm.
Kenan spotted us both and ran over, a huge smile on his face. He embraced his mother first, lifting her off her feet in a tight hug.
"You were amazing, Kenan!" Beate exclaimed, tears streaming down her face, mixing with the rain.
Kenan then turned to me, his eyes softening as he wiped the rain from his face. "Did you enjoy the game?" he asked, his tone playful yet tender.
"It was incredible," I replied, feeling a bit shy but overjoyed. "You were incredible."
Kenan chuckled, shaking his head to get the rain out of his hair. "I had a feeling you'd say that. You’re my good luck charm, you know."
I laughed, feeling the heat rise to my cheeks despite the cold rain. "Well, I'll have to come to all your games then."
Kenan took a step closer, the noise of the crowd fading into the background. He reached out and gently tucked a wet strand of hair behind my ear. "I'd really like that," he said softly, his eyes locking onto mine.
Just then, a photographer snapped a picture of us, capturing the moment. Kenan laughed, pulling me into a spontaneous twirl, my feet leaving the ground briefly before he set me down gently. We were both laughing, soaked but happy.
"I'm holding you to that," he whispered, his face inches from mine, the rain dripping down his cheeks.
"Deal," I whispered back, my heart pounding as we stood there, the world around us celebrating Turkey's victory. As the rain continued to fall, I knew this was a moment I would cherish forever.
Kenan leaned in closer, his lips brushing against my cheek before pulling back, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "You better, or I'll have to come find you," he teased.
I grinned, feeling a surge of happiness. "I wouldn't make it too hard for you."
With that, Kenan laughed again, pulling me into a tight embrace. As we stood there, drenched but elated, the cheers of the crowd and the rain creating a perfect symphony, I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be.

Arda Güler x fem!reader
It was the day that Turkey would play their first match against Georgia. You had come to support your boyfriend for his first Euro match.
The grandstand were full witch supporters from both countries and you found yourself standing next to Arda, as he held an arm around you. You were dressed in one of his shirts, his number on the back.
The clock was ticking and the match was soon to start. "I have to go, good luck honey." You say as you kissed him.
He gave you a hug,"Thank you. See you soon." you wave and let yourself get guided to the VIP section.
As you sat down, you could see both teams position themselves on the field. The clock ticked 18.00 and the match started. You watched with anticipation as the ball rolled through the field.
It didn't take long for turkey to have a change, but unfortunately the ball hit the side. You groaned along with the rest of turkey supporters as the match continued.
Time seemed to go fast as you saw Arda passing the ball. Eventually the ball came by Yildiz who passed it to Kadioglu. Even though the first try didn't work, Mert Müldür did the rebound perfectly by sending the ball inside the goal. You stood up, clapping in your hands cheering for the team. You saw them celebrate together, Arda sliding over the grass.
You cheered again as Yildiz scored a goal, but it didn't count. The rest of the first half was filled with a goal from the opposite team, ending it in 1-1.
The team gathered around their coach and you saw Arda looking for you in the crowd. When your eyes meet you give him a tumbs up and he smiles, placing his hand by his mouth and sending you a kiss.
In the break you went to get something to drink and talked to some other people in the vip. You didn't really know anyone, so the conversations were a bit awkward. Or it was the game, or the weather. You were aware that it was raining.
The whistle rang and the game continued. It was rather calm, apart from the yellow cart for Solomon kvirkvelia. But then in the 65 minutes, you were cheering with tears in your eyes. Arda had scored a beautiful goal with an assist from Ayhan.
After the match, which Turkey won by 3-1, you and Arda were making your way out of the stadium. "I am so proud of you. You did amazing."
Arda smiles at you and takes your hand, "Thank you for coming to watch. I hope you weren't bored."
"I will never be bored from watching you play." As your rain continued to drop, Arda tried to shield you with his jacket. You giggle as you feet step in a puddle and you two stand close to each other. He grabs your face and pulls you in for a kiss.
"Great, then I hope you will be at the next one."

Where I’m Supposed To Be
Note - Hope this is okay lovely 💙 we love some Mason fluff on a Sunday afternoon. Feedback would be greatly appreciated 😘
Pairing - Mason Mount x Reader
Word count - 4.4K
Warnings - fluff
‘Mason sweetheart. Can you stop bobbing your leg up and down please?’ You chuckled, placing your hand on his thigh to stop his movements.
‘Sorry, love’ he murmured, stilling his leg and placing a gentle kiss on your shoulder. He was nervous and you could sense it from a mile off, having not left your side all morning. You were sat on the sofa, mirror in hand as you applied your makeup whilst Mason was sat behind you, his legs either side of yours and he wrapped his arms around your middle and rested his cheek on the back of your neck. ‘I guess I should start getting ready’ he told you, shuffling himself away from behind you before making his way up to his room.
You been with Mason now for around nine months and what with his busy schedule you hadn’t had time for him to meet your family yet. You’d met his a couple of times in passing and after you’d all had dinner together one night after one of his games he suggested that he met your side of the family in a few weeks when he had some time off. He was getting more nervous as the days went by, growing quiet and in his own head but as much you tried to tell him everything would be fine he couldn’t shake it off.
Once your makeup was done, you followed Mason up to his room, only to find him stood there in a pair of smart black trousers and not much else, a dozen shirts on the floor as he clearly couldn’t pick anything he liked.
‘Mase, it’s only lunch. You don’t have to dress up like we’re going to the ritz’ you giggled and he looked over to you with a shy smile. ‘You’ll be fine in jeans’
‘I want to make a good impression’ he huffed, scratching the back of his neck before running his hand across his jaw.
‘Baby’ you breathed, walking over to him so you could wrap you arms around his shoulders. You felt him relax under your touch ever so slightly as he held you to him. ‘Talk to me, why are you so nervous?’
‘It’s just a lot of pressure you know? I know it’s early days but I really like you and I know I want to be with you for a really long time so I want them to like me’
‘Oh Mase’ you laughed, kissing his jaw before he hid his face in your neck. ‘They’re going to love you I promise, they have no reason not to. All I do is gush about you and tell them how amazing I think you are so please don’t be nervous’ you reassured him, scratching over his scalp in the way you know he loved before he pulled back and kissed your lips gently.
‘So jeans then?’ He laughed and you smiled as you helped him choose something to wear, quickly getting dressed yourself after as he cleared all his shirts away. ‘Do you mind if we leave a little earlier than planned? I want to stop off and pick some bits up so I don’t turn up empty handed’
‘Of course we can, but you know you don’t need to do that’
‘Well it’ll make me feel better if we do’ he told you and you nodded, making sure you had everything before following him out to the car. You stopped off at the big Tesco so he could grab a bottle of wine for your dad before stopping at a florist nearer your parents house. He told you to wait in the car as you couldn’t park anywhere properly but he wasn’t long, emerging about five minutes later with a bouquet of purple and pink carnations that he laid on the back seat.
‘They look beautiful, Mase’ you told him as he opened his door, sliding into the seat a little bit awkwardly.
‘Yeah, you like them?’
‘I love them’
‘Good’ he breathed, suddenly producing a smaller bunch of matching ones for you. ‘Couldn’t leave my girl out could I?’ He winked, passing them to you and you let out a shocked laugh as you took them from him.
‘Oh Mase, thank you. You didn’t have to’ you gushed and he gave you a sweet smile. ‘Come here’ you whispered, cupping his jaw as you gave him a loving kiss which you could feel him melt into.
‘Come on, we don’t wanna be late cause you can’t keep your hands off me’ he winked and you rolled your eyes with a laugh as you sat back in your seat. Even when he was worrying about today he still managed to be sweet and make you smile.
It didn’t take too much longer to get to your parents house and you noticed how he let out a shaky breath as he turned the car off.
‘I promise you Mase, you won’t even remember why you were nervous in five minutes’
‘I know’ he laughed covering his face with his hands. ‘I bet you think I’m a right wimp’
‘Of course not’ you laughed, pulling on his wrists so you could see his face and he was looking back at you with a shy expression. ‘I was the same when I met your family’
‘And now you’re one of us’ he winked causing you to become flustered.
‘And you’re about to be one of mine’ you whispered as he blushed furiously. ‘Come on, let’s get this show on the road’ you laughed, helping him carry everything up the path hand in hand and you felt him squeeze your fingers the closer you got to the door.
You knocked and your mum answered almost immediately, knowing she must of been looking out the window and waiting for you at the door. You let go of Masons hand momentarily so you could hug your mum before pulling him forward by the wrist.
‘Mum, this is Mason’ you smiled proudly and you noticed her smile at you before looking at Mason.
‘It’s so lovely to meet you Mason, I’ve heard a lot about you’ she smiled, pulling him into a hug and you smiled at the sight.
‘It’s lovely to meet you too. These are for you’ he told her handing over the beautiful bunch of flowers and her face lit up as she caught sight of them.
‘Oh Mason, thank you so much they’re beautiful’ she laughed and you lent into him a little bit. ‘Come through to the kitchen, would you like a cuppa either of you before we head out?’
‘I’ll just have a glass of water’ you smiled, pulling Mason along through the house. ‘What would you like, Mase?’
‘Waters fine, thank you’ he smiled at you as you grabbed the pair of you a glass from the cupboard. You could see your mum reaching for a vase on-top of a high shelf and without a word Mason walked over to help, causing you to smile as he reached up and grabbed it for her.
‘Thank you love. Don’t mind the dust, it’s been a long time since this vase has seen any action’ she joked and he laughed along with her before taking up the seat sext to you.
‘Where’s dad?’ You asked and you watched her roll her eyes with a laugh.
‘In the shed looking for a spanner. I’ve been asking him for weeks to fix that bloody cupboard door in the bathroom and he decides now is a good time’ she told you, arranging her flowers. ‘Oh he’s just coming now’ she told you and you felt Mason stiffen besides you. You knew he was more nervous about meeting your dad as he was more likely to be the hardest to win over but you had no worries about your dad and Mason getting along.
‘I swear to god I’m putting a lock on that shed. I know I put that spanner back on the hook, but is it there? You bet it’s not. Someone’s been in there I know they have’ he complained, not even looking up as he walked in with a handful of tools that he was inspecting.
‘Oh don’t be so ridiculous’ you mum laughed, tapping him on the shoulder so he’d look up, smiling at you as you caught eyes with him.
‘Hey Dad’ you smiled, standing up to give him a quick hug before pulling Mason over. ‘Dad, this is Mason’
‘Ah yes, Mason. It’s nice to meet you’ he smiled, holding his hand out for him to shake.
‘Nice to meet you too, sir’
‘I don’t suppose you know anything about fixing bathroom cabinets do you?’ He joked and Mason laughed whilst awkwardly scratching the back of his neck.
‘I can’t say I do, sorry’
‘Ah don’t worry, that makes two of us’ he jibed before your mum realised the time and rushed the pair of them off to get their coats. You promised to meet them outside and once you were out of sight you saw Mason take a huge breath.
‘See, not so scary are they?’ You joked and he gave you a shy smile.
‘No I guess not’ he laughed, kissing your forehead gently just before your parents came out to join you. The restaurant wasn’t too far away and you sat in the back of your dads car with Mason on the middle seat. Your hand in his lap as he played with your fingers as a distraction whilst you all made small talk.
When you were eventually shown to your table, you grinned over at him when he held your chair out for you to sit down as you mum looked at your dad with a huff, noticing he was already sat with his face buried in the menu.
‘When’s the last time you held a chair out for me?’ She asked him with a laugh but he had no idea what she was saying so she left him to it, giving the pair of you a cheeky wink.
It wasn’t long before you felt Masons hand on your knee, palm up so you could slot your fingers in between his and give it a comforting squeeze as you could tell he was still a bit terrified. He didn’t need to be though as the conversation followed freely, your parents asking about how you met before telling you about how they met and then going on to tell Mason embarrassing stories about you growing up and no matter how much protested they didn’t stop. Mason was loving it, squeezing your hand under the table as he laughed along with them before kissing your knuckles gently to try and soothe you.
‘When we get back I’ll have to see if I can fish out some old baby pictures’ you mum smiled ‘she was such a lovely kid’
‘Hey I still am lovely’ you argued with a pout before Mason excused himself so he could run to the loo. ‘So what do you think?’ You asked quietly now the three of you were alone and the both smiled at you brightly.
‘Well he looks at you like you’ve hung the moon’ your dad laughed and you blushed at his statement. You’d been told many times that Mason always had a special look for you but to hear it from your dad made you happier than anything.
‘He’s lovely, honestly y/n. So polite too, could teach your father a thing or two’ she winked and you smiled as your dad rolled your eyes in mock annoyance. ‘You both seem really happy’
‘We are’
‘Well if you’re happy then we’re happy’ she grinned just as Mason got back to the table, his hand reaching for yours almost subconsciously. You all chatted for a bit longer until your plates were cleared and your dad asked for the bill, but he was told everything had been paid for and your eyes automatically shot to Mason. He was trying to play it cool but you knew this was down to him so you squeezed his hand to get his attention.
‘Mason, you didn’t need to do that’
‘It’s fine, I wanted to’ he reassured everyone but it didn’t stop your mum from playfully telling him off.
After you left you made your way back to your parents house for a little while and whilst your mum went off to try and find some pictures, you took the opportunity to take Mason up to your old bedroom that sat untouched. You’d told your mum she could change it around if she wanted too but she told you she liked it as it was and the nostalgia hit you in the face as you stepped inside.
The walls were a pale pink and your bed still had on the ditsy floral duvet that you loved from back then. You had a bookshelf full of books and a small desk where you used to do your homework and you watched Mason smile as he took it all in.
‘I love it, it’s very you’ he smiled, pulling you into his side as he looked over a few pictures you’d hung up of your and your friends, along with posters of the boy bands you loved and your favourite films. It was like he was looking right into your brain and even though you felt exposed you didn’t feel embarrassed.
‘Wanna know a secret’ you whispered, turning face him as your hands traveled up and over his chest before he held you at your waist. ‘You’re the first boy that’s ever been in here’
‘Oh yeah? I don’t believe that’ he laughed kissing your cheek gently. ‘You’re far too pretty, I bet you had all the boys knocking. I know I would of been’
‘If only. I was what you might call a late bloomer’ you joked and he tickled your sided before kissing you gently. ‘Are you feeling better now?’
‘Much better. I just really want them to like me’
‘They do’ you told him and you watched him let out a small breath of relief. ‘Come on, we best go downstairs before we get accused of something’ you told him and he pouted as you lead him out by his hand.
You joined your dad in the living room, sitting in between him and Mason as they talked idly about the game that was on. You dad was more of a rugby man than a football one but he still knew who Mason was and even though he didn’t say it, it was nice for Mason to talk about something other than football. You kept you hand in his, resting your head on his shoulder as they spoke away like they’d known each other for years.
‘I knew I’d find them somewhere’ your mum laughed, walking in with a small brown suitcase and you knew what was inside immediately.
‘Oh mum please no, not the baby pictures, have you not embarrassed me enough already?’ You complained but she shook her head, opening it up and pulling a few albums out for all of you to look through.
‘Oh this is gonna be good’ Mason laughed, taking a random album that your mum passed to him and you looked on in horror as he opened it up to reveal pictures of your seventh birthday party. You cringed as he flicked through picture after picture of you in sparkly tights and and a big puffy dress, your gappy toothed smile present everywhere you looked to the point where you couldn’t take anymore. Standing up so you could pick a different album up before sitting in the floor crossed legged.
This one didn’t made you cringe though, flicking through the pages of you and your grandparents on various trips and Christmas days throughout the years. You missed them terribly and Mason must of sensed your change in mood as you felt him join you, sitting behind you before gently pulling you onto his lap so you were sat on his thighs and he could look over your shoulder. You loved how he was comfortable enough around them that he felt he could still be normal and caring with you without pushing things too far and you smiled gently as he placed a soft kiss to your jaw.
‘You okay?’ He whispered into your ear but you just nodded, not sure if your voice would be strong enough to answer him and you melted a little bit as you felt him pull you tighter to him. He knew what was wrong the minute he’d caught sight of the pictures you were flicking through having had the conversation many times about how your missed your grandparents so he quickly reached over to grab another album. ‘Shall we look at this one?’ He suggested and you took it from him with a smile, unsure of what would be hiding inside.
Much to your delight this one was pictures of your first birthday and you didn’t mind these ones so much as you were so little and you felt Mason smile into your neck as you flipped the pages.
‘What?’ you laughed, slightly turning to face him and you caught onto his cheeky grin straight away.
‘Cutest kid I’ve ever seen’ he chuckled and you rolled your eyes as your turned back to look back at the album. ‘I’m being serious, we’re gonna have the prettiest babies I swear’ he whispered into your ear before he stiffened, realising what he’d said. ‘Shit I um-‘
‘I’d like that’ you whispered back, kissing his nose lightly to settle him as you could tell he was embarrassed about what he’d said. You’d never spoken about kids or a family before as it seemed to be too early for all that stuff but when Mason had said it just now, it didn’t frighten you or scare you off, if anything you felt warm and happy that he’d thought about you in that way. You always pictured yourself with a family of your own one day and the thought of it working out and getting to have that with someone as caring and lovely as Mason made you more excited than anything.
You carried on your walk down memory lane, your parents asking Mason about his childhood and you listened as he told everyone the familiar stories with some new ones thrown in. You loved how relaxed he seemed now, talking away like he was with his own family until you heard the doorbell ring and he slightly tensed up again.
‘Oh that must be your brother’ your mum smiled, standing up to go and answer the door. You didn’t have time to reassure Mason that everything was okay as your two year old nephew Leo came bounding in, running straight over to you and into your arms.
‘Hello baby’ you giggled, holding him close before leaving little kisses over his cheeks. ‘Look who’s here’ you smiled, pulling him back so he could get a look of Mason. You’d shown your nephew pictures of Mason all the time and pointed him out on the tv whenever you got the chance so you felt like he knew who he was already. He didn’t say a word, just held his arm out so Mason could be included in the group hug and you felt Mason laugh as he wrapped his arms around the pair of you.
‘Hello mate, you good?’ Mason asked him and you watched as he babbled about nothing in particular as you slowly got up so you could say hello to your brother and sister in law. When you turned back around your nephew was comfortably sat in Masons lap as they spoke, your nephew only knowing a few words but he seemed happy enough to try and talk and Mason was chatting along with him saying god knows what but you felt butterflies erupt in your tummy looking at the pair of them getting along right from the start.
You saw Mason try to stand so he could meet your brother but your nephew was having none of it, clinging to him so tight the only option he had was to lift him up with him, his arms around his neck as he buried his face in there as Mason held onto him carefully.
‘Looks like someone’s made a new friend’ your brother laughed as he approached Mason. ‘Nice to meet you mate, I’m Liam. Sorry about him, he’s like a koala sometimes’ he joked, reaching to untangle him from Mason but he wasn’t budging, clinging to him even harder as he started to cry.
‘It’s alright’ Mason laughed, rubbing up and down his back soothingly to let him know it was okay. ‘It’s nice to meet you too’ he smiled at the pair of them.
‘Shall we find you some toys to play with?’ you asked your nephew, stroking his head lightly as he nodded into Masons neck. You pulled a few from his box and you watched as Mason sat and played with him, seemingly in his element until Leo was crawling into Masons lap with a book. You knew what that meant and you watched his eyes slowly shut as he fell asleep in the comfort of Masons arms, your heart hammering at the sight. You could of cried at how cute the whole thing was and when your sister in law Lucy took him to put him to sleep in the other room you were quick to pat the space next to you so Mason could join you. Threading your fingers through his instantly as he placed a kiss on your forehead.
You felt so complete, surrounded by all the people that loved you most and watching Mason interact with them like he’d always known them made you feel all warm inside. He was even joining in when your brother was trying to explain to your dad how to fix the bathroom cabinet door.
‘You know what, just come and show me how to do it cause otherwise it’s never getting done’ your dad huffed, standing up. ‘You too Mason, we can learn together’ he laughed and the three of them disappeared upstairs. You could hear them laughing every so often as they sorted out the door, your mum giving you a knowing look as you smiled.
When it came time for you both to leave, your nephew had a fit and cried to the point your brother had to take him into another room so you could get out the door causing Mason to laugh his head off.
‘He’s never cried like that for me before’ you told him with a pout as you got in the car and he squeezed your knee sympathetically.
‘If it makes you feel any better that’s how I feel every time you leave’ he joked and you rolled you eyes before leaning over to give him a soft kiss. ‘Stay with me tonight?’ He whispered, feeling your heart melt at how vulnerable he seemed. You had work early the next morning and the plan was always for you to go home tonight like usual but his eyes were breaking you down. ‘It’s still early, we can pop to yours and get you some stuff and I’ll drive you to work in the morning I promise I just don’t want you to go yet’
‘Okay’ you nodded squeezing his hand gently before he looked over at you with a grateful smile. You quickly ran into your house to pack a quick bag before making it back to Masons. He seemed different with you now, almost like he was being extra gentle and loving. His kisses were just that bit sweeter and as he laid on your chest in bed you couldn’t help but ask what was going on.
‘You’re gonna think I’m weird’ he laughed, trying to hide his face.
‘I won’t, you know you can tell me anything’ you reassured him and you felt him let out a breath as he shuffled so he was hovering over you, cupping your jaw so he could stroke you cheek gently.
‘Ive just had a really nice day with you, you know? It’s so weird but it’s like I feel way closer to you now in a way I haven’t done with anyone. Getting to see you with your people and feeling included and seeing your old bedroom and all the old pictures of you like I just love you so much, I really do’ he told you sincerely and you felt your eyes prick at his confession.
‘I love you, too’ whispered with a smile before he gave you the softest kiss that filled you with warmth.
‘You know how important family is to me, and feeling like I was part of yours today felt really nice. I just feel like I’m right where I’m supposed to be’
‘I know’ you told him, leaning into his touch as you wanted to be as close to him as possible. ‘I told you you had nothing to worry about. Plus Leo loves you by the looks of things so you can’t go anywhere or he’ll get upset’
‘Well we can’t have that can we’ he smiled ‘but I’m not planning on going anywhere. I’m so happy with you, you make me feel settled and I’m ready for whatever comes next for us’
‘What do you want to be next?’ you asked with a laugh and he scrunched his face up adorably.
‘Well I’d love to have you around a bit more’ he shrugged and you looked at him curiously. ‘I’m not saying you need move in or anything but maybe a couple of nights a week you could stay, and we can go from there? I hate going to bed without you’ he admitted with a laugh.
You didn’t know what to say, too overwhelmed with emotion but you knew the smile on your face told him everything he needed to know. He smiled right back at you, those cute little eye wrinkles and and his dimples that you loved so much taking over his face before he dipped his head to kiss you again. Everything Mason told you he felt you also felt, happy, settled and complete, those gorgeous brown eyes staring back at you melted everything else away and you knew you were right where you were supposed to be too.

babe i hope you don't get mad at me. i totally understand and appreciate his decision to represent turkiye. after all he never got a proper conversation with german representatives/ they didn't take him srs enough to consider him.
i wish he can openly talk more in turkish without getting laughed at and can bond more with his team mates. the accent is gonna be naturally heavy and the only one's fault is his daddy's. no need to make fun of something he wasn't thaught in. the memes were too much for me personally cz i know how annoying that is with german as the second language.
i know he is only 19. he has showed what he can do against ger nt and at juve but there was minimal interior by him in this competetion. i do not expect him to pull a prime ronaldo and score even once at every match. but it's a fact that he has not created the same amount of attacks as baris alper. he missed lots of opportunities just like the remaining young attackers.
kerem, samet also got lynching. and let's not kid anyone, his face card gives him an advantage among young women. the coach should have given semih a chance so he would not be targetted because of his formation. montella's decisisons were questionable anyway.
I’m definitely talking about the crazy abuse he’s received. Obviously, I’m saying it wasn’t his best performance, and yes, he made a lot of mistakes, but I’m seeing people verbally abuse him, send death threats, want to physically harm him, which doesn’t make it okay whether he did good or bad.
we all saw the game yesterday, and can pick apart every single thing. kenan had his chances, but missed- at the end of the day, it just didn’t happen, we didn’t win. we can’t baby him obviously, I’m saying have some grace and be mindful.
It’s happend, and it’s done, talking shit about the players who gave their all is absolutely unnecessary..
I’ve seen so many other also get crazy hate, especially players like cenk, kerem, mert m, altay and especially samet in the other game. In my post I’m talking about kenan only, because the anon was about him..
About his Turkish, we all know the only person is to blame is his father, who didn’t bother to pass down a huge aspect of Turkish culture.
He’s said himself that he holds back on speaking the language because others make fun of it. Culturally, german born Turkish people are made fun of for their accent.
We can have a whole cultural dissection of how wrong that is, and how it holds people back from speaking their own language. (Something I’ve also experienced myself) many other players like Ferdi, aren’t 100% fluent in their Turkish, and I get that.
as a person also born and raised in the west, my Turkish isn’t incredibly fluent as well, even though we visit home every single year for two months straight.
though I’m confused about what his ‘face card’ has to do with my post. All I’m saying is the hate is too much. his outside appearance is honestly giving him more hate at the moment, can you not see how people are tearing him apart for fixing his hair once or twice?
we can go on and on about montella’s choices and the ref (that got on everyone nerves), but nothing will change.
I understand where you’re coming from, and definitely agree with some of your points.
they’ve all done incredibly well, and we should honestly be proud of them, not go around and verbally harass them. football culture has its own problems, and that one is a huge part of it.

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sajna ezen is tudok röhögni, ahogy komoly arccal várostnéznek.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media

Everywhere. Úgy hívják, hogy Jin-jang. Putyinnak jangja van. A vezérkarnak jin-je. Vagy fordítva, ez kurvára mindegy.
Az oroszok értik Hofi reálértékelését: A nyugat haldoklik? Igen, a nyugat bizony haldoklik!

hey this is a request for Arda Güler!
Well, we all say that goal against Georgia right? It was absolutely spectacular.
I’m thinking about reader who sees the goal and is so happy for him. And they enjoy quality time together. When they get back to the hotel it’s just fluff and reader telling guler how proud of him she is.
You can change it as much as you want. I hope this request is understandable. I have an idea of it but can’t seem to write it down 😭🤭
Thanks

Arda scoring a spectacular goal in his Euro debut match

︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿
I sat nervously in the stands, surrounded by Arda’s family, as Turkey's first Euro match against Georgia began. The air was electric, and Arda's family buzzed with excitement and anticipation.
The game kicked off, and Turkey immediately took control. In the 25th minute, Mert Müldür scored with a powerful header from a well-placed corner.
The stadium exploded with cheers, and I felt a wave of relief wash over me as Turkey took the lead.
Just two minutes later, Kenan made a brilliant solo run and slotted the ball into the net. We erupted again, only for our cheers to turn into groans of disappointment as the goal was ruled offside.
In the 32nd minute, Georgia capitalized on a momentary lapse in Turkey's defense. Georges Mikautadze slipped the ball past our goalkeeper, leveling the score at 1-1.
The turkish crowd fell silent for a moment, but quickly regained their spirit, chanting and cheering for the team to push forward.
As the first half ended, tension hung in the air. "He's doing so well," Arda's mother said, gripping my hand.
"I can't believe how far he's come," I replied, feeling a surge of pride.
The second half started with both teams playing with renewed energy.
Then, in the 65th minute, the moment everyone was waiting for arrived.
Arda picked up the ball on the right side of the pitch. He picked up the ball and cut inside onto his left foot, and unleashed a stunning strike into the top corner.
The stadium erupted in ecstasy, fans screaming and jumping in the pouring Dortmund rain.
Arda's mother clutched my hand, tears of joy streaming down her face. "Did you see that? He's amazing!" she exclaimed.
I nodded, overwhelmed with emotion. "He's worked so hard for this moment," I replied, my voice choked with pride.
"He broke Cristiano Ronaldo's record." Arda's father added, his voice filled with pride.
In the 74th minute, Georgia made two substitutions, desperately trying to change the momentum of the game.
Turkey responded with their own substitutions in the 79th minute, ending with Arda being substituted for Yusuf Yazici.
As Arda walked off the pitch, the crowd rose to their feet. A thunderous applause echoed through the stadium, with fans clapping and cheering for the young star.
His family and I stood up, clapping and cheering with all our might. The ovation was deafening, and I could see the pride and joy in Arda's eyes as he acknowledged the fans, waving and smiling.
"He deserves this moment," Arda's mother said, tears still glistening in her eyes.
The final minutes of the match were nail-bitingly intense. Both teams fought fiercely, but Turkey's defense stood strong. In the 90+7th minute, Kerem Akturkoglu sealed the victory with a brilliant counter-attack goal, making it 3-1.
As the final whistle blew, the stadium erupted once more.
We headed down to the pitch, still buzzing from the victory. Arda walking over to us, his face radiant with happiness.
"You were incredible out there," I told him, wrapping my arms around him. He smiled, "I couldn't have done it without all of your support."
Arda's mother chimed in, "We are so proud of you, Arda. That goal was something special."
We spent a few more moments on the pitch, congratulating him and taking pictures.
Eventually, his family decided to head back to the hotel to rest.
"We'll see you later, sweetheart," Arda's mother said, giving him a kiss on the cheek. "Don't be too late."
"I won't, mom," Arda replied with a smile. His family waved goodbye and headed off.
I stayed behind, waiting for Arda to finish celebrating with his teammates and go through the post-match routines. I watched as he interacted with fans, gave interviews, and finally headed to the locker room to shower and change.
The stadium slowly emptied, but I remained, leaning against the railing, feeling a mix of pride and joy.
After what felt like an eternity, Arda emerged from the locker room, freshly showered and dressed. His face lit up when he saw me waiting. "Hey, you," he said, wrapping me in a warm hug. "Thanks for waiting."
"Of course," I replied, holding him close.
We walked to the car together, the night air cool and refreshing after the intensity of the match. On the drive to my hotel, we talked about the game, replaying every moment.
"That goal," I said, shaking my head in awe. "I knew you had it in you, but seeing it happen was something else."
Arda smiled, glancing over at me. "I've been dreaming about that moment for so long. I couldn't believe it when the ball actually went in."
"You deserve it," I said, reaching over to squeeze his hand. "You've worked so hard, and it's all paying off."
When we arrived at the hotel, we headed up to my room. Arda flopped onto the bed with a contented sigh, and I sat beside him, brushing a strand of hair from his forehead.
"I'm so proud of you, Arda," I said softly. "Not just for the goal, but for everything. The dedication, the effort, the way you carry yourself. You're incredible."
He looked up at me, his eyes shining. "I couldn't have done any of this without you," he said, his voice filled with emotion. "You've been my rock, my biggest supporter."
"I'll always be here for you," I replied, leaning down to kiss his forehead. "No matter what."
We lay there for a moment, enjoying the quiet and the closeness. Then I asked, "Why didn't you want to celebrate with the team for the rest of the night?"
Arda sighed contentedly, intertwining his fingers with mine. "I wanted to spend this moment with you. Celebrating with the team is great, but you've been there for me through everything. I wanted to share this with you."
My heart swelled with emotion. "That means so much to me, Arda. Thank you."
We lay there for a while longer, just talking and basking in the joy of the night. Eventually, our stomachs growled in unison, making us laugh.
"How about we order room service?" I suggested.
Arda grinned. "That sounds perfect."
We browsed the menu together, picking out our favorite comfort foods. When the food arrived, we sat on the bed, eating and talking, reliving every glorious moment of the match.
It was a perfect, intimate celebration, just the two of us.

21. Daughter- Stereo Mind Game
Mutatom!

At least this time we got an unhappy ending for Cristiano Ronaldo.
We also got some rare good fortune on the gambling front.
First Neil, whose new found obsession with goalkeeper saves and fouls earned him two victories to creep him closer to profit.
Then, a backheeled attempt on target from Ronaldo earned Tom a 5/1 victory - his biggest of the tournament so far.
Also, Alex was there.
So what does that mean after day 22?
Alex: £19.61 DOWN
Neil: £1.99 DOWN
Tom: £3.10 DOWN
It’s a remarkable couple of days for Neil and Tom - both back in the hunt with just five games remaining.
The pair are both on for their best ever finish at the Euros. Neil is now just under £8 better off than he was at this stage of the 2020/1 Euros, while Tom is just over £5 better off. Both are now guaranteed to have their best ever finish at a European Championships - and even if neither wins another penny, they’ll come in better off than Alex’s 2020/1 effort of £8.30 down.
What do they need from the last five?
Alex needs to average £4.92 per bet. Neil is chasing £1.40 per game while Tom needs £1.62 a game.
Here’s what they’re after on day 23.
Alex:
England v Switzerland, Harry Kane at least one shot on target, Declan Rice at least one foul and John Stones at least one tackle - 18/1
Netherlands v Turkey, Turkey to win tie, Virgil van Dijk at least one foul, both teams to score - 7/1
Neil:
England v Switzerland, Ezri Konsa to commit 1+ fouls, Jordan Pickford to make 3+ saves - 11/4
Netherlands v Turkey, Virgil van Dijk to commit 2+ fouls, 20+ match booking points - 9/4
Tom:
England v Switzerland, Kane to have 1+ shots on target - 1/1
Netherlands v Turkey, Virgil van Dijk to commit 1+ fouls, Mert Gunok and Bart Verbruggen to make 3+ saves each - 11/4
Both Alex and Neil are all in here - if both of their bets come off, they achieve profit.

Sharing his head about ChriKra.
Loved the ladies, KMH: „Nevermind Fritzi. It‘s always like this with them!“
Fritzi: „They basically mean the same thing, don’t they?“
KMH: „Yes, but they‘ll continue like this till one of them cries!“
🤣
Also, ChriKra being so embarrassed that he talked over Fritzi, that was really sweet, he was so flustered, putting his hand on her shoulder and bowing his head, and she was all, it‘s alright, boy, calm yourself!
And
KMH: „So what are your highlights so far?“
Fritzi: „The fans, like the Dutch for example.“
Merte: „The [renaissance of the] German team!“
ChriKra: „I went to a game and sat between Jogi Löw and Per Mertesacker, that was really cool!“
KMH: „Haha, Per‘s sighing“
Merte: „No, not at all, I liked that a lot, as well!“
ChriKra: „It was nice, wasn‘t it?“
Merte: „It really was!“
how nice of uefa to organize this hangout for all of them
