Here's some canonical evidence as to why Pinky and The Brain deserve to rule the world.

In A Pinky and The Brain Christmas and Brain's Night Off, Brain is a vocal supporter of worker's rights. "Is that the way you treat your valued employees? No wonder you can't find good service anymore, if every time a clerk tries to help a customer she gets yelled at! [Turns to the toy store employees] You people shouldn't have to put up with this. You ought to organize! Form a union! Stand up to your boss!" (Brain's Night Off)

Branching off from that, the whole point of Brain's Night Off is that Brain decides to spend an evening not trying to take over the world and ends up standing up to several injustices when he and Pinky were supposed to have fun. But unbeknownst to Brain, the people admire him for standing up for what's right and they rally behind him being their leader.

Brain has stated in multiple episodes and in Wakko's Wish that he wants to rule the world because he wants to make the world a better place for the little guy. In Megalomaniacs Anonymous, Brain tries to give up world domination for his own sake, but after he sees Pinky get assaulted by some jerks, he declares "If I ruled the world, people wouldn't step all over the little guy!"

In A Pinky and The Brain Christmas, Pinky states in his letter to Santa that Brain "only wants what's best for the world". Moments later, Brain does have control over the world for a moment, but he commands the hypnotic masses to have a Merry Christmas and spreads joy to the world.

In The Pink Candidate, Pinky is elected president and he manages to be a surprisingly competent leader. He loves completing his tasks, which include stopping wars. When Brain tries to use Pinky's position to enact his world domination plan, Pinky refuses to do so because it would go against everything he came to stand for (since Brain taught him the principles of democracy during the campaign). When Brain's past plans are exposed, Pinky takes full accountability for everything that goes on in his administration and admits to the Senate that it was his fault, and Ted Kennedy praises Pinky's courage and honesty (before he impeaches him from office).

In the Freakazoid episode, Freakazoid is History, Freakazoid ends up changing the course of history and finds that the world has become a better place. At the end of the episode, it's revealed that The Brain is the president.

In It's Only a Paper World, the mice build a 1:1 replica of Earth out of papier-mache, complete with biodiversity and architecture, and lure everyone to Chia Earth with free T-shirts, resulting in everyone becoming much happier. The mice also inadvertently save the global populace when a meteor hits the actual Earth.

In The Brainwashed Trilogy, the mice save the world from a nefarious scheme that dumbed down humanity.

Overall, Brain has an ego, but he truly does want to improve the world and Pinky is a kind and honest mouse and together they'd probably bring about world peace.

Are Pinky and the Brain still trying to take over the world? Because at this point, I'm willing to hear the Brain's platform.

Between raising his adorably feisty daughter and settling into this tiny, Christmas-loving town (at least it’s safe for Mahoro), he’s got no patience for romance. Enter you: his too-cheerful, too-sweet, and way too nosy neighbor. His daughter takes a liking to you immediately (betrayal!), and despite his best efforts, Katsuki finds himself getting wrapped up in late-night cocoa dates, reluctant holiday cookie decorating (babysitting, he swears!), and… feelings?! After graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in business, it’s time for you to give back to your parents for supporting you!—until a very expensive suit and a very familiar man answers the door for your neighbor (apparently his mother!). Your sweet, slightly awkward new neighbor, Shouto Todoroki, is actually the heir to the rich asshole trying to bulldoze your farm? And to make matters worse, his dad definitely sees you as nothing more than an inconvenience. But Shouto? Not on his watch. Cue dramatic standoffs, angsty fireside talks, slow-burn romance, and a passionate last-minute “I won’t let my father take this away from you” speech under the twinkling Christmas lights.

“Shouto I-! I can’t believe you just gave up your inheritance like that!”

“It was the easiest decision I’ve ever made, Y/N, and I don’t regret it at all since it’s for you.”

The original version is really dark, i don’t know why i made it that dark actually. when i made it i had to take off the dark layer to see what colors i was using.

Horace got Simeon an Onyankopon doll, and Simeon got Horace his [first] chess set in the orphanage. Prior they just played on whatever they could find.

The sweater Simeon is wearing is also Onyankopon merch

meanwhile, Horace’s shirt is based off this shirt by OMOCAT

Thing is i drew the shirt before i pulled up the ref so the words are below the picture rather than above

the wrapping paper is also onyankopon themed, Horace made it too

Also horace is wearing shorts purely because i am a firm believer that in the winter he’d be that one kid to wear Tshirts/Shorts like he wasn’t cold. Simeon is normal.

Monkey the monkey being a plush is obvious, but the dog plush was an idea form my friend @/kijimha <3 so ty to him for that detail

also!! both pieces being white do have significance :3 since k love explaining myself: Both pieces being white [as/w purity, goodness, innocence] is a reference to Horace’s perception of Simeon. I only draw both pieces being white in childhood scenes, when they’re older it’s the king that’s black and the knight that’s white. I’m a firm believer that Horace knew something was up and it did taint his perception of Simeon, [black king], nonetheless he’ll still be his white knight regardless. so in short, the last he had a truly untainted perception of Simeon was in childhood!

“A Christmas to Remember”

Snow blanketed the streets of Boston, shimmering under the soft glow of Christmas lights. Inside the Sturniolo house, the fireplace crackled warmly, and the scent of freshly baked cookies filled the air. Y/N Sturniolo, the youngest sibling at 20, sat cross-legged by the Christmas tree, her heart pounding with excitement.

Her three older brothers—Matt, Chris, and Nick—were sprawled out on the couch, wrapped in blankets as they bickered over which Christmas movie to put on.

“Bro, Elf is literally the best Christmas movie of all time,” Chris argued, shaking his head.

“Yeah, no. Home Alone clears,” Matt shot back.

“Guys, can we just put on The Polar Express and be done with it?” Nick grumbled, rubbing his temples.

Y/N rolled her eyes at her brothers’ endless debates but felt a swell of love for them. Christmas had always been special in their family, but this year was different—she had two major surprises to share.

The door swung open, letting in a gust of cold air, and in walked Nate, the triplets’ best friend and Y/N’s boyfriend. His cheeks were red from the cold, and his dark jacket was dusted with snow.

“Merry Christmas, guys,” Nate greeted, brushing off the flakes and setting a neatly wrapped gift under the tree.

Chris looked up from his spot on the couch and smirked. “Took you long enough. We were about to open presents without you.”

Nate laughed, walking over to Y/N and dropping a kiss on her forehead. The triplets groaned in unison.

“Bro, in front of us? Have some respect,” Nick teased, making a gagging noise.

“Shut up,” Y/N shot back, rolling her eyes.

“Alright, let’s do gifts!” Matt announced, rubbing his hands together excitedly.

One by one, they exchanged presents, laughter and warmth filling the room. Finally, Nate cleared his throat, standing up.

“I actually have something for Y/N,” he said, his voice steady but his hands slightly trembling. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small, wrapped box.

Y/N’s eyes widened as she unwrapped it, revealing a velvet ring box. Her breath hitched as she slowly opened it, revealing a stunning engagement ring.

The room fell silent.

“Y/N,” Nate began, dropping to one knee. “From the moment we started dating, I knew you were my forever. You’re my best friend, my love, and the only person I want to spend my life with. So… will you marry me?”

Y/N gasped, her hands flying to her mouth as tears welled in her eyes. She glanced at her brothers, who were frozen in shock. Chris looked like he might pass out, Matt’s jaw was on the floor, and Nick just blinked in disbelief.

But Y/N didn’t need to think twice.

“Yes! Yes, of course!” she cried, launching herself into Nate’s arms as he slid the ring onto her finger.

The triplets finally snapped out of their daze, and Chris groaned dramatically. “Bro, this is so weird. Like, now we’re officially related?”

“Shut up, Chris,” Matt said, smacking his arm. “This is actually kinda dope.”

Nick smirked. “Yeah, yeah. Just know if you ever hurt her, Nate, you’re done for.”

“Duh,” Nate replied with a grin. “I’d never.”

Y/N took a shaky breath, glancing down at the ring on her finger before looking up at her brothers. “Actually… there’s one more thing.”

The room fell quiet again.

Y/N nervously played with the hem of her sweater. “I was going to wait until after Christmas, but… I’m pregnant.”

Dead silence.

Then—

“WHAT?!”

Chris nearly fell off the couch, Matt choked on his hot chocolate, and Nick just stared at her like she had grown a second head.

“NO WAY,” Matt finally said, eyes wide. “You’re lying.”

Y/N shook her head, smiling nervously. “I’m serious.”

Nate beamed, wrapping his arms around her protectively. “We just found out, and we wanted to tell you guys first.”

Chris stood up, running his hands through his hair. “So, not only are you engaged, but you’re also having a baby?!”

“Well… yeah.”

There was a pause before all three brothers tackled Y/N in a giant hug, making her laugh as tears filled her eyes.

“This is insane,” Nick muttered but smiled. “But also… kinda awesome.”

Matt nodded, ruffling Y/N’s hair. “You’re gonna be the best mom ever.”

Chris wiped a fake tear. “My little sister is all grown up.”

Nate grinned. “And you guys are gonna be the best uncles ever.”

The room burst into excitement, laughter, and maybe a few more dramatic groans from Chris. But despite the shock, one thing was clear—this was going to be the best Christmas ever.
