Hello! :] I'm going to make a list of characters that I will/won't write for. I'll most likely post the list tomorrow or the day after. I'll link it to my intro so everyone can see it! I will start writing soon after everything is set up so I can get it out of the way.

Three ships: Yuuji/Gojou, Yuuji/Nanami, and Yuuji/Choso based on the extent of my current interest, but if I had to pick one per fandom, it'd be Yuuji/Gojou, Ichigo/Grimmjow, and Steve/Bucky.

First ever ship: I...have no earthly idea. I got into fandom by accident, read anything and everything, and at some point, I got really into shipping, and then it became my favourite form of fandom engagement (which is hilarious because I'm aromantic as all fuck). But I can't remember how/when it started.

Last song: STITCH ME UP by Point North

Last movie: Last one I saw in a cinema is Everything Everywhere All at Once, I think. Might have watched something later on my laptop but can't remember.

Currently reading: Keeping up with the JJK manga and, as always, ripping into academic texts for a living

The first time Will saw the man who walked his cat he did a double take pausing on the sidewalk as they came toward him and Winston. The man wore a perfectly fitted suit, hair slicked back, and walked as if he were on a runway in Paris. Winston began to growl the closer the man and the cat got to them and he was only just in time to pull Winston back before he began barking like mad. 

“Shit, Winston NO! Heel!” 

Winston growled, laying down, and the man picked up his cat glaring at Will. 

“You should train your animal better.” 

“You shouldn’t walk a cat next to dog!” 

The man’s eyes narrowed and he turned with a huff stomping off to God knew here. Will hoped to never see that weirdo again. 

Except he did seem. 

The next day. 

Walking with his stupid Siamese cat on the same side of the street as Will and Winston. Winston began to growl even before they came into view and Will angrily led him to the other side of the street. The man smirked at Will as they passed, and he hoped he fell on his smug asshole face when he hit the ice in front of Mrs. Glasser’s house. 

This happened for almost a week before Will finally asked around. 

“Oh, that’s Dr. Lecter. Isn’t that a lovely Siamese? They’re very expensive, you know.” 

Will gritted his teeth. “Yeah, I’ve heard. Where does he live?” 

“Oh he lives on the next block. He moved into the old lot where Mr. Fuller was and knocked down his old cruddy place to build a beautiful two story Cape Cod. It’s a lovely house all brick with brown siding.”

He left Winston at home and took a walk to Elm Street where he spotted Lecter’s house immediately. It was the only house that didn’t look like it belonged, and when he got closer Will was just in time to see Dr. Lecter came out with his stupid cat.” 

The man stopped when he saw Will. “Hello again. No dog, I see? Have you gotten rid of it?” 

Will glared at him. “Walk on another block. I’ve lived on that block for almost ten years. I have every right to...” 

The cat hissed at him and Will glared down at the stupid thing. 

“Mephistopheles doesn’t like you.” 

He laughed. “Mephi....oh god...I can’t. Just find somewhere else to walk your cat, please?” 

“Why should I?” 

“Because I’m asking you to,” Will mumbled, “And...because you seem like a reasonable man. Dogs don’t like cats and I don’t want anything to happen to yours. Okay?” 

He watched Lecter’s eyes soften. “I...yes, that seems reasonable. Though...what will I get in return?” 

Will blinked. “Are you honestly extorting me for money?” 

Dr. Lecter smiled and lifted the leash in his hand showing off what looked like diamond cufflinks on his wrists. “Do I look like I need money, Mister....?” 

“Graham,” Will mumbled, “Will Graham. What else would you want from me?” 

“Dinner,” he said, making Will blush, “Tonight. I’d like to make up for my faux paus.” 

Will swallowed. “Um...ok?” 

He smiled. “Lovely.” 

“Where do...” 

“Here,” he said, “At my home. I would love to...give you a taste of what I can do in the kitchen.” 

Will blushed even harder. “Okay.” 

“Lovely. I will see you this evening at seven p.m.?” 

He nodded. 

“Don’t worry, Will,” he purred, “No need to dress up just...come as you are.” 

And with that he walked off with the cat who oddly enough rubbed on Will’s leg as they passed. 

Will turned to watch them go, still a little shocked. 

What had just happened? 

And why was he so excited to see that pretentious asshole again?
