If you’re not into Pokémon feel free to ignore this but what Pokémon would the ROTT and COI ROs have? Would they have any type preferences?

This took a while because I was THINKING

Keep in mind I am not really into the really recent games but that being said.

Ardwen

Only ones that fit his specific brand. Persian but not Meowth (heresy), Glameow but not Purugly. Flareon because of its vibes. Gardevoir, not Gallade. None are trained especially well.

Oh and DEFINITELY Purrloin/Liepard.

Arke

Probably more practical ones, like Pokemon that could help him with his chores or jobs. So Timbur, Mudsdale, mon like that. But also Cubone for reasons :)

So I guess he'd prefer rock/ground or normals types

Calyssa

She basically becomes a horse girl (like she isn't?) Rapidash, Mudsdale (probs her first), Zebstrika. All of which she raised up from little babies. And to round it out she'd have a flying type to get her around.

Type preference: hors

Druvel

He's the type of guy who would have like six of the same Pokemon because aesthetics and/or he loves them. Probably Dreepy or something.

Emil

He'd probably be that one guy who keeps all his Pokemon at their first evolutions. So Pichu, Ralts, Skitty. And/or he'd have every single evee evolution to be fancy.

Ettia

I was gonna make this joke with Lokeira but then I realised Ettia would genuinely have a Sylveon so... Trans Pokemon for trans trainer.

But in general... A lot of water Pokemon like Lapras, Mantine, Milotic, etc.

Gwyn

Just funky guys. A Quilfish for sure (he named it Ettia), Togepi, Mawile (my beloved), Xatu, Spoink, and a Wynaut. Probably skews more fairy or Psychic.

Herron

He'd be a grass/poison trainer. Because uhhhh applications to medicine or something I guess.

So Breloom, Caractus, Oddish, Applin, Reserade, and Dustox

Keller

She'd probably have a bunch of Unknown because IF Pokemon existed in rott they'd probably show up in the Waylands. Also probably a Numel/Camerupt, a Trapinch, a Hippowdon and a Sandile.

She WOULD NOT catch dragon types for religious reasons but she would be friends with them :)

Korrin

They'd have like five Seviper, Serperior and Arbok and then a random mimikyu just hanging out or something.

Def friends with Jirachi or something tho.

Lokeira

Toxicroak, Sneasel, Gallade, Absol, etc. Kind of an edgy boy.

He'd have one Pokemon and that Pokemon would be a Slowbro

Something silly like that literal sword Pokemon. OH or that weird one, uh Escavalier or something.

They'd probably get attached to a silly lil guy like Scraggy, Sobble, Helioptile, or Poplio, and never need another Pokemon again. They love their little friends.

Top 5 pokemon of the dark type go!

Ooh sweet! Ok so you know I love all Pokémon (mostly) so I’m gonna just say the first five that come to mind and say something nice about them! Ok go!

5) pawniard- I really like their design, I feel like they’re somehow teetering on the precipice of beloved and ignored somehow... I just think they’re neat! Plus that shiny palette... beautiful

4) murkrow- *gestures vaguely up at my blog name* we all know how I feel about corvids, plus everyone loves a purple shiny

3) sneasel- I have a blog literally dedicated to sneasel content, the dark ice typing is wicked cool if you ask me (pun very intended) plus, once again, phenomenal shiny and anyone who says otherwise is a coward

2) morgrem- a new generation pokemon! Gotta appreciate them all! I love them because they look like they dress exactly the way I wanted to in middle school... plus the shiny is really good— photonegative is always fun

1) alolan meowth- I love alolan meowth (and alolan Persian no matter what anyone else says) because they look like my cat and as such are immediately perfect! I actually have my Pokémon go buddy set as my shiny alolan meowth— I won’t lie, not the flashiest shiny, but very fitting for a mischievous kitty pokemon
