Little personal blog post ahead, don't mind me

So I'm going to be vague cause fuck you i don't wanna go too deep into it but

Every now and then I'll get hit with a wave of Evil bad thoughts that mess up my head and fuck with me for the rest of the day, it fucking blows but i don't know why and it's never triggered by anything specific, so I usually just ride it out and let my mind rot until it passes.

Only today it started, I felt it coming on but rather than trying to fight it or I dunno, deny those thoughts or try to reason through them, I sorta just, let them pass? Like I felt it, didn't dwell on it, and that awful feeling in my chest passed within 10 minutes. Like rather than having a knife lodged into my skull, I was shot by a nerf dart.

Kinda based, really hope I can recreate this next time
