Headcanons for Deliora!Artemis.

IF the initial glamour is broken and is revealed that Artie is Deliora’s vessel,

All of her wounds [Varies from heavy burns, a few slim impaled icicles to claw-marks.] from the events that initially built up and happened one right after another will be visible and her clothes will be torn up and battle-worn.

Artie may or may not be at risk of losing her right arm. This detail is actually still under consideration. 

Artie will be bleeding amber and the arm that may/may not be at risk will be glazed in it to keep it intact and preserved.

The amber actually regenerates cuts/wounds. Slowly. 

Her eyes won’t be rolled over to the back of her head or anything like that.

While her irises will remain silver, her pupils will be glowing yellow/amber and her scleras black.

Her skin will show the signs of frostbite and hypothermia.

Her Mark will be glowing amber.

Her hair will be floaty in the air as if it’s in the water and oddly not frozen into ice.

There will be a scary aura of an immensely powerful magic-power house. 

Both parasitic deity and vessel both are in their own rights.

Deliora doesn’t exactly understand the concept of nutrition [or sleep] so depending on how soon after the initial possession that she’s found out, Artie could be facing starvation and it’s showing.

Don’t be fooled. Her body actually physically and magically stronger but that’ll rapidly change if someone manages to separate Deliora and Artemis. Deliora and Artie would be super weakened if they’re separated.

If they get separated, GET ARTEMIS OUT OF THE WORLD OF HOPE VILLAGE ASAP.

DELIORA WILL TRY TO RECLAIM HER FIRST THING AND ARTIE’S HEALTH WILL DETERIORATE FAST. SHE WON’T BE ABLE TO SURVIVE THE SECOND POSSESSION EVEN IF THEY GET SEPARATED AGAIN.  

ARTIE WON’T BE ABLE TO STEP FOOT ON HER OWN HOMEWORLD OR ELSE SHE’LL GET RECLAIMED AS DELIORA’S VESSEL AND DIE. 

While Deliora’s voice is actually made up of multitudes, Artemis’ voice is one of the most dominant due to her own heavy unconscious influence on her and being the current vessel. 

The influence is a two-way street and Artemis’s drive to protect may drive Deliora into delusion. 

 If woken up and has briefly taken control, Artie would be too delirious to realize what’s going on [She’ll really believe that she’s protecting the village.] or even remember her own name [She may call herself Deliora.] if she wakes up and takes control for a short while.

The difference between them is that Artie would try to force them to leave Hope Village, alive, while Deliora would try to outright slaughter them for even remember Artemis since the idea that her power is limited would piss her off. 

Deliora’s memory erasure curse is solely limited to the world of Hope Village. Those born outside their world would not be affected.

Deliora is a manipulator. She’ll try to sweet talk and convince the other person to allow her to keep Artemis.

That may or may not include the idea that she’s actually keeping her alive. [Half-true.]

 And she’s fulfilling her wish to keep the village protected and the reason why they’re safe.
