Want to Develop a Meme Coin? Here’s What You Need to Succeed
Tumblr media
Initially, meme coins were labeled as jokes on the Internet, but slowly they have become a real part of the market share. Following the success of Dogecoin and Shiba Inu, numerous meme coins have been launched, playing on sentiment, meming, and even sarcasm. If you think about creating your own meme coin, here is what will help you become successful.
Tokenomics Development
The meme coin development is being driven by tokenomics. It covers the number of coins in circulation, their distribution, and the rewards given to owners. Its goal is to create a sustainable economy and ensure the lifetime of your meme coin.
Crafting a Whitepaper
Secondly we pay attention to whitepaper. It is a guide to follow when launching your meme coin, It contains the objectives, missions and the plan. This is the blueprint that you follow from the idea stage to having a meme coin alive.
Community: Your Meme Coin's Biggest Asset
In the world of the meme coin community is everything. It seems like you have a team of committed supporters at your side the entire time. Talk to your audience, take in their opinions, and give them a sense of belonging to a bigger cause. Remember that the success or failure of your meme coin might be determined by the strength of its community.
Powerful Marketing
Meme coins are getting value from viral content, so it's important to promote your meme coins in a creative way. Create  memes, Use social media, quest to earn platforms, and think outside of the box to spread the word.If you want to create a meme coin that succeeds, you need people to talk about your coins.
Memorable Branding
Looking to create a meme coin that takes off? Your token needs a catchy name, logo, and compelling backstory that grabs attention and sticks in people's minds. Take inspiration from iconic meme coins like Dogecoin—its cute Shiba Inu mascot and playful branding have made it unforgettable in the crypto space. Get creative with your brand identity, making it as unique and memorable as your favorite meme.
Engaging Website
It’s crucial to create a website when developing a meme coin, and it has to look professional. This is the place where future investors and members of the community will get to know your project and thus needs to be eye-catching, informative and quite easy to navigate. Most importantly, take your time and effort to create a website that is as artistic and socially inclusive as your meme coin. People like attractive things that attract the attention of individuals across the globe hence making attractive logos. Don’t forget the importance of mobile-compatibility and to give your content the best possible SEO. You will be able to gather support and get a good basis in case of having a robust online presence for your meme coin.
Token Smart Contract
As mentioned above, the basis of any meme coin is a token smart contract. This is the road map showing how exactly your token will work on this kind of block chain. It is a set of protocols governing your coin and placing ensuring transparency and security to the processes in your coin. To ensure the growth of your meme coin in the long run, it is vital that you come up with a secure, efficient contract.
 Initial DEX Offering (IDO)
This means that an IDO is a tokens presale where the public can invest directly in your meme coin through Decentralized exchanges DEXs. As we already know, hosting a successful IDO can give your project the need for both investors and a devoted audience base from the start.
Regulatory Compliance:
It is crucial to note the legal requirements regarding cryptocurrencies in your country before creating a meme coin. Ensure that your meme coin project is legal by referring to the laws in your area. Being business compliant ensures that users and investors trust the firm.
Liquidity Pools & Exchange Listings:
To make your coin available to the people, you should create a liquidity pool on a decentralized exchange. Since anyone can post an advert or solicit for buyers, it exposes your coin to a larger market. It is also useful to launch your coin on the centralized exchange (CEXs) to attract more buyers.
Security Audits:
Security is important in crypto projects so before launching your coin have an expert to check your coin smart contract. It helps to find the weak areas in your smart contract and avoid hacks or vulnerabilities. Hire third-party auditors to review your contract. A secure project earns trust and confidence from investors.
Post-Launch Strategy:
Launching a meme coin is just a beginning. Keep your community engaged with regular updates, new features, and future plans. This helps build loyalty and keeps holders interested. A strong post-launch strategy keeps your project alive and thriving.
Influencers and Partnerships:
Collaborating with influencers and forming partnerships can greatly boost your meme coin’s visibility. Influencers can help spread the word to a large audience. Partnerships with other projects can bring mutual benefits and expand your reach faster.
 Conclusion
If you want to be involved in meme coins, focus on various key components such as solid tokenomics, impeccable branding and loyal community. Emphasize the stability and reliability of a smart contract and compliance with all the existing laws and regulations while using bright and unique promotion methods. Partnering with the right influencers will expand the reach while a coherent, informative website will appeal to future investors. Therefore, with the proper combination of creativity, time, and effort, your meme coin will occupy its niche in the constantly growing cryptocurrency industry.

Give me the director's commentary on the fic about Falon'Din's temple beatdown - what compelled you to write it, what you wanted it to accomplish, etc.!
Fanfic Writer Director's Cut
oh man hon it's been years and my memory is terrible, let me see what I can slot together with the pieces it gives me.
First off, though you know this, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that I'm a Falon'Din kinnie with Opinions and Headcanons (read: projection).
But I think what compelled me ti write it is the same thing I wanted to accomplish, which is. basically the same thing any sympathetic retelling of a villain's story does. Like. I'm not gonna argue with the very little lore we've got that says he was fucking terrible bc like yeah. yeah. They all were, they had to be. He was a fucking monster. And the temple beat down was very much him getting a bit of what he deserved (but. not from anyone who deserved to dish it out) but like.
You know how when you take a character canon gives you nothing on and you build them from the ground up everything you made shapes how you see canon events? Like the only telling we have of it is that it happened really, and not a whole lot more. But when you add in the many flavors of mentally unwell and otherwise traumatized my hcs make Falon'Din it gives the whole thing a different tint. From the outside it's an arrogant asshole refusing to back down. From the inside it's a scared boy bluffing a fake it til you make it as so many of his actions actually are and the moment the bluff starts the fracture internally where his worries go.
Like, I've always been fascinated in what makes people break, where that line is for each person and whether or not they can recover. But, of course, it is far more ethical to explore this in fiction which is why I can't even really write fluff past a certain word count without a vein of bittersweet or crack to keep it light. And when the mighty and arrogant fall they fall hard. But my Falon'Din, while he's bought into his own act, it's doesn't run very deep. My Falon'Din is conscious of how much of him was shaped by Dirthamen and how much of his power he owes to his twin. Could he have done it alone given the same knowledge? sure, probably. But no one was going to give him that. Literally and figuratively Falon'Din knows he owes everything he has to Dirthamen and would give it up in a moment if Dirthamen asked (love as a corrupting force, y'see) but Dirthamen wouldn't ask bc like. He doesn't want it. that's so much work. he only worked for the goal bc Falon'Din wanted it.
So he honestly thinks he can't die, that he's in the right, but he also knows this shit is real which is why he doesn't let Dirthamen stay. Bc he's cocky and arrogant but he knows that this isn't just gonna be some reprimand, he knows this is gonna be bloody, and he's a damn good fighter, he fights among his own front lines, but Dirthamen isn't here to shield him and he's against everyone else. And that moment is compelling.
But to balance it, to show him in his entirety, his recovery needed to be seen too- his recovery and his past. Bc there is where we see Dirthamen's hand molding the clay, shaping him. I wanted to convey that Falon'Din (excuse me, Athim) is a blank slate and not once, but twice Dirthamen (Renan, bc what is he to the world here if not his voice?) took him and molded him into this. That Falon'Din's a monster and knows it and loves it, but he knows it's because Dirthamen made him so.

it probably says something either sad or deeply unfortunate about me as a person, but I'm darkly amused to see some people react to the reveal of the ultimate permeability of souls in tlt as a triumphant thing -- the "you can't take 'loved' away!!!" side of it all -- when my first reaction was such an immediate wave of 'oh, oh so this is why this series is horror, I truly understand now' distress haha. ngl the final confirmation of the self not being inviolable in the deepest way freaks me the fuck out far more than any moment of body horror in the series has managed. (these two elements are of course the two sides of one thematic coin; it's about the horror of our bodies and minds and selves not being inviolable things, and about the effect of violence on them on so many different levels. violence psychological and interpersonal, physical, subtextually sexual, emotional, medical, political, a whole unlovely smörgåsbord of indignity and violation a person can be exposed to, and on a broader scale the spectrum of violence colonialism wields). The world and other people being capable of leaving indelible marks on us for good or ill through their presence in our lives is of course a pretty self-evident demonstrable truth in the real world, but somehow having it be proven metaphysically just uh. Fucks me up!
It also drives home to me just how perfectly Muir has captured the dilemma at the heart of human connection and intimacy: the fact that the thing that gives us life and meaning is also capable of harming us so deeply. the same thing that can be so beautiful — even in a bittersweet, violently transformative form like with the creation of Paul — when done mutually and consensually and compassionately, is the same process that means someone like John can touch someone else's soul and 'after he's put his fingers on something, you'll never find anyone else's fingerprints on it; too much noise'. I think the text itself — the whole series, because to me this is what it is ultimately about, this tension between individuation/self vs. love/connection/enmeshment — is far more ambivalent in its treatment of it than saying it’s inherently a good thing or inherently a bad thing. The only thing it says for sure is that it is always a thing, that thinking you’re ever getting away from it is the height of futility, and that through being alive (or even through being dead lol) it is something you have to engage with in some way no matter what. Contact with other people is deeply necessary — without it we sicken and die. it can be the most beautiful and meaningful thing in a human life, and the most unspeakably horrific. All of these people are searching for some way to be whole, whether in total self-contained sufficiency on their own or in melding with someone else as their ‘other half’, and stumbling around in the dark they reach for each other and score deep wounds into the thing they’re trying to touch even when they don’t mean to. Taken to horrific extremes with the form of lyctorhood John guided his disciples to when they were ‘children — playing in the reflections of stars in a pool of water, thinking it was space’, because while people hurt each other all the time with differing levels of intentionality behind it, what John did was deliberate. It weaponizes the misapprehension of what closeness must be and destroys everyone involved in the process… and all because it leaves John the one sun their ruined lives have left to orbit around, because that’s the closest thing his soul will allow to connection. He doesn’t understand that to truly touch something you have to truly let it touch you back, and then wonders why he’s never satisfied.
‘The horrors of love’ has been memed to death, I know, but… yeah. That is what it is, isn’t it.

Also like if you're cool with it can you tell me to build the cards and stuff? I'm still confused with it :'(
UH! I don't really know how to build cards either lmao. I just push the buttons when they get red blips U: BUT I WILL TRY AND EXPLAIN WHAT I CAN
i was actually writing this on mobile and then i accidentally closed tumblr when it was like 87% done so MAYBE THIS WILL BE WORSE THAN INITIALLY INTENDED I DON'T KNOW. Initially I was explaining like. A bunch of unnecessary stuff about where you get certain upgrade materials so I think this'll be better and marginally more concise because I feel like there's not actually that much to explain. It's very much just "make number go up".
So from what I've been told it's better to focus your efforts on a single SSR if you have one than trying to even things out, but since you're not only going into battle with your singular SSR I try and keep other units at a minimum of level 50 and a Level 40 warding card(preferably the one it gets a link bonus with!) with 50 Potency Grade. THIS MAY OR MAY NOT BE ADVISABLE but it's how I do things personally. And then I have my SSR(s) which I focus on--one SSR gets most everything and once I have to wait to limit break it, I start giving resources to the next one down(or the next SR down.)
Now since just about every stat relies on different items to boost it up(coins obviously notwithstanding but you can very easily gain more coins) you don't really have to ration anything--just focus on boosting your highest ranked unit.
Like I said I just hit the button when the red blip pops up, but you may have noticed that when it comes to equipment the game prioritizes higher levels to higher rankings. Which. . . .
Tumblr media Tumblr media
not very helpful, as it turns out! Turns out higher ranked units(SSR-SR-R-A-B-C-D-E, from highest to lowest) are generally a little better even at slightly lower levels! Because some equipment doesn't boost attributes(multiple stats) at all!!!
Higher rank = higher attribute boost. Higher level = higher battle stat boost.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
see how Alan's overall power is higher with the level 95 C perfume than the level 100 E perfume? The game automatically gave him the E. . .even though it was weaker and both were available. The game checks for rarity over their level, so you may want to manually choose cards based on their stats as opposed to choosing the auto-equip button!
Also of note, sometimes a fully awakened R is stronger than an unawakened SR of the same level. . .if you have to wait to limit break your SRs, check out how your Rs are doing! They can be pretty strong too! You can always take stronger equipment and gems and such away from them for the higher rarity unit when you're ready.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
@tokyo-debunker-memes made a pretty good guide to gems here and you can refer to that for any of your gem questions since I think they did a good job explaining and summarizing things! (I will say, gems go past level 9, they just can only be purchased at a base level of 9.)
The best equipment(SSR, SR, and R) can be made at Mr. Mo's Goldmine using using gold, silver, and copper materials you get there. You only have a chance get gold if you do multiple pulls there over the course of a week(the milestone resets every 7 days or so. . .or every time there's a new gacha I've noticed), so I wouldn't think too hard about SSR equipment. That's for whales. It's literally designed so that you have to use gems to even get a chance at gold material to make SSR equipment. And you need so much of the stuff just to make one it's just not worth it monetarily unless you've got insane disposable income haha.
I would focus only on the level 100s of the Mr Mo equipment(the Red Queen set and the Lotus set. The Stardust set if you wanna whale real hard.) If you get lucky enough to get enough silver and copper material you can make them, and they're stronger than anything you'll find doing Investigations or that they'll find on campus after investigations--that I'm aware of, unless they start giving out SRs and SSRs at higher level investigations which I doubt.
R, SR, and SSR equipment can be trained and given gems, just like warding cards, and raising their Special Attributes will provide additional percentage boosts to the unit they're equipped to(Necklaces, Rings, and Earrings raise HP percentage; Perfumes raise Physical Attack and Physical Defense percentages; Brooches raise Special Attack and Special Defense percentages. Warding Cards raise Attack percentage.) Try and focus on raising the Special Attributes related to the unit's attack style(noted in the 'Skills' window on the unit page.) That is to say, raise the Special Attibutes for Perfumes for Physical attackers and Brooches for special attackers so that they'll have higher attack power and do more damage. Of course, both are also important for their defensive value, and HP is also very important!
R, SR, and SSR equipments also have 'badges' which detonate they're part of a set. The more of that set you have, along with a warding card with the same badge, the higher bonus(indicated in the upper left of the unit page) you get for the character it's equipped to! The only way to change a Warding Card's badge is by leveling it up so. . .don't worry too hard about it, because moonlight paint is a pain in the ass to get.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Guardian spirits similarly should be distributed based on the ideal stats that unit should have raised. I only use SSR guardian spirits and feed any lower ranking ones to them to raise their levels. If you get a guardian spirit of the same level with stars, it's better to use and level up that one! It gives a higher percentage boost!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Generally you legit just have to look at the numbers and percentages and choose whatever's higher overall I think. Higher percentages are usually better, I think, since those will scale up with any increasing stats' individual numbers. Not that equipment have percentages, but I mean in terms of figuring out what to upgrade in general. Again, it's very much 'make number go up' from what i can tell. I usually focus on level since it boosts all the unit's battle stats by a percentage, but since everything needs different materials to level up anyway it's fine to just use whatever you get wherever you can, or save up to be able to boost your strongest units.
I DUNNO IF THAT HELPED ANY. I CAN TRY AND EXPLAIN SOMETHING MORE SPECIFIC IF NEED BE?

I’ve shared about my Welcome Home au on Discord and TikTok, but not here yet
So, I introduce to you: the Wish Maker au!💫
A Welcome Home au of mine that spawned from a meme I thought of one time while I was in the shower. Essentially the WH crew in this au are able to grant different kinds of wishes, and strive to make any and all wishes come true for a more better earth
(Please note that I did each of these art pieces separately, so all the canon sizes are the ones up on this first one⬆️)
Tumblr media
First of all, we have our Wally variant: Wally Starling💫
Wally is the newest neighbor to land on Planet Home, as he was recently born from the stardust of a recently died supernova. Wally is gifted the power to grant star wishes as well as a high/moon jump, and aspires to be Judy’s as great of a wish maker as his friends
Tumblr media
Up next: Our spectacular star, Sally Starlet⭐️
Glowing wherever she goes, Sally Starlet is the leader and protector of Planet Home. Legends as true as wishes have told that a portion of Sally’s power was distributed among each of her friends. Who knows what power she could behold at full capacity?
Tumblr media
Next on our list: Our lovable dog Barnaby B. Beagle🎤
It might not seem like it at first, but Barnaby B. Beagle is a dog of many cultures. Barnaby grew a swift and tight friendship with Wally Starling, even being the one who gave Wally his name when he first arrived on Planet Home! Inspired by 90s family game shows as a sign of his love for fun and friendship, Barnaby grants the wishes from different cultures (such as tanabata tags, and grapes from under the table on the new years countdown)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Next up, our dynamic duo: 🎂Julie Joyful and Frank Frankly📚
Always excited to celebrate any occasion, Julie is your girl to call for a party. Her partying expertise is always to serve for others happiness. With help from Poppy Partridge and Sally Starlet, there’s no party on Planet Home that won’t be ready on time. Once the birthday candles are blown, a dash of confetti from Julie’s hand will have the wish granted in no time
Although they’re always in a rush, Frank Frankly is the brightest/smartest neighbor on the wishful Planet Home. Any questions the neighbors have about anything, Frank is able to answer in various ways. His specialty lies in granted wishes found in nature (such as dandelion puffs or the first winter snow), as well as proofreading wishes to the wisher’s intent. With provided help from Julie Joyful and Eddie Dear, there’s no task to tough for our beloved brainiac
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And last up: 🌙Poppy Partridge, Eddie Dear💌, and Howdy Pillar🐛
Looking over the dreams of those down on Earth, Poppy Partridge acts as a guide to those who don’t know what their hearts desire. A scent of lavender and lilac follow wherever she goes, as a sea of stars speckle her pillowy soft tail feathers. Her and Sally Starlet happily work side by side, making sure all goes right from day to night
Folk tales from the old west tell the tale of a person who retrieves the wishes that haven’t been granted so that they can be granted as soon as they can. That there is our confident yet clumsy and forgetful dreamer, Eddie Dear. With his Lasso of Limitless Length and Star of Time, there’s no limit to when and where ungranted wishes will be granted. He takes his job with pride, especially if Frank Frankly is by his side
Ever need that little bit of push when playing the lottery? Or need a wish from that coin you tossed into the well? Well, our terribly generous Howdy Pillar’s got your back. He’d be more than happy to grant you luck and fortune for whatever you might need for the day. He does seem to fall asleep quite often, even with all the energy he needs for the day, so he carries his pillow Benjamin in case he’s ever tuckered out (get it? Cause money…$100…Benjamin Franklin-). So, what Howdy’s Place deal are you looking for today?
JESUS OK FINALLY FINISHED WRITING ALL THIS😭
But yeah, I have a lot to share with you guys about this au, and I hope you all enjoy and stick around for all the stuff I wanna share for it! I even have a whole playlist for this au (as well as a discord server but that was made for the fun of it and doesn’t have any actual functionality lol)

They are almost all I think about at the moment and I just started thinking about this specifically sooo
Smiling Friends Headcanons:
Things the Main 4 Would Do Together And How Often (Part 1)
1. Clubbing/Hanging Out at a Bar - They’d go about monthly or less, mostly just for drinks, but I think they’d get silly and dance a bit on occasion.
2. Card Games/Board Games- They’d do these at least twice a month based on the chess board in the show. I think they’d like games like Uno, Monopoly, and Sorry the best. Even though it brings out the evil in them (/j; They’re just competitive about it; I imagine them jokingly saying stuff like“fuck you” (Charlie) “you bitch” (Glep) “asshole” (Alan) “son of a gun” (Pim) when they lose or get fucked over LMAO)
3. Puzzles - They’d complete about two of these with 1000 count pieces a year I think. It’s either relaxing or frustrating for them and no in between, so anymore than two would be rage inducing and in poor taste. The worst would be the circle puzzles (I imagine Alan shouting “WHO TOOK MY FUCKING EDGE PIECES” [they fell under the table] [Charlie tells him to fuck off] [glep talks shit] [pim is cringing] [it’s a whole thing] [the pieces aren’t discovered for at least an hour] [once they’re found, bickering resumes])
4. Video Games - It’s brought up somewhat often in the show, so I think they would play weekly or twice a week at least. Fighting games like Super Smash Bros are definitely a preference, but I think they’d enjoy things like Mario Cart and Mario Party sometimes too. They’re a little competitive, but mostly chill overall. Lots of high fives and fist bumps go around regardless of who wins. Maybe a bit of playful rage for fun, but nothing too sincerely angry (honestly they’re more chill about it than the board games in my head).
5. Fishing - This is either a yearly thing or they only do it once. Some crazy shit like a shark jumping on the boat or the boat sinking would happen and then they would swear to never do it again. Other than that, I think Pim would be into it, Alan would be super into it and have all the gear, knowledge, and stuff, Charlie would be chill about it, and Glep would just enjoy looking at the water. It would be relaxing assuming there’s no incident or intense weather.
6. Visiting the Zoo - This would be an annual occurrence where they’d go when it’s not so busy. Their favorite exhibits would be the following: Pim would love all the birds like Macaws and the Koalas (they like to sing and hug (respectively)!!! So cute!!!), Alan would love the wildcats like Lions and Panthers (I feel like his previous favorite would be the bugs, but after the incident where he got crucified, he wouldn’t like them so much anymore since they’re small and potentially violent like the bliblies; Also he gives cat lover vibes), Charlie would like the frogs and apes (for the memes and alpha male vibes), and Glee would adore the llamas and camels (they spit just like him). I also think they would be really into collecting those souvenir coins you make with a quarter and a penny and get one each after every visit.
7. Visiting Cheese Factories - This would also be an annual occurrence courtesy of Alan. They’d go to different ones, but a favorite would probably be the Tillamook factory! (I can speak personally when I say their ice cream and cheese are sooo good and I think they would be Alan/Smiling Friends approved; Their free self-guided factory tours are pretty cool too imo!). There would be no complaints because there are free cheese samples and Alan would pay for ice cream for everyone. Also it just makes Alan happy, so Pim, Charlie and Glep are glad to tag along and pitch in for stuff like souvenirs and gas money after going a couple times and knowing they like it too! I have also thought about their favorite kinds of cheeses and ice cream (not put together for clarification, just separately): Alan would be into Swiss and Coffee Almond Fudge, Pim would like Colby Jack and Carmel Swirl, Charlie would be a Medium Cheddar and Mudslide kind of guy, and Glep would like Provolone and Mint Chocolate Chip.
All of this is assuming they have time, of course, which means they can freely cancel this stuff or postpone it because life is crazy bro. And they have full time jobs. And I still have more stuff that I think they would do, so some stuff that they do more often would probably alternate.

How to Create a Meme Coin in 5 Simple Steps
Tumblr media
Creating a meme coin is a fun way to enter the world of cryptocurrency. If you’re ready to make your own meme coin, follow these five simple steps to get started:
1. Decide on Your Concept
It is recommended to come up with the concept of your meme coin as well as determine what you will offer to deliver something new to the world.  Meme coins are based on a funny meme, a pop culture reference, or something entirely original. Make sure your concept resonates with your target audience.
2. Choose a Blockchain Platform
The first thing you have to establish is the blockchain platform that you would wish to use in creating your meme coin.Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain are popular choices because clients can create custom tokens on those chains.Ethereum uses ERC20 tokens, while Binance Smart Chain uses BEP20 tokens. Choose the platform you believe is most suitable to use and ensure it suits the features of your coin
3. Develop Your Token
After that, you need to decide on the platform to launch it, and after the decision is made you will have to issue your token. This entails creating a smart contract where you set the rules of your coin for instance the total supply, the name and the symbol of the coin. If you are not fluent in coding, it will be wise to use the token generator tool or seek the services from a programmer. It is vital to apply stress on your token before launching through testing on a test network.
4. Launch Your Coin
With your token ready, it’s time to go for a launch. Deploy your smart contract on the chosen blockchain platform. After that your meme coin is live and used for transactional purposes. You’ll need to add liquidity to make your coin tradeable on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) if you want people to buy and sell it.
5. Promote Your Coin
The last is to promote the meme coin which means that it should be marketed. Create a page on social media sites and forums to promote your coin and build a community. Engaging with potential users and spreading the world about the product will help increase interest and drive adoption.
Conclusion
Coming up with a meme coin requires a little bit of innovation, programming and most importantly marketing. If you have any idea in your mind, follow these five procedures and be a hero in the Cryptocurrency world. Note that it is not only about creating your coin but also about creating its community and constantly communicating with your audience. I hope this guide was useful for your memecoins expeditions!

Things I do if i'm stuck on a WIP
I keep seeing memes about people fighting with their WIPs so maybe you could use some handy weapons?
Some of these are passed around pretty often, but they're in here again because I personally found them useful, as opposed to the common advice I see passed around that has never helped me whatsoever, also, you never know when it's someone's first time seeing something or when it might be worded in a way that makes it more understandable.
Some of these are more useful when you have some options for how to proceed with your story but can't decide on one, and won't be as helpful if you can see no way to proceed.
These are intended primarily for writing and many don't really have other applications I can think of, but some of these strategies should also work for any creative thing you're trying to do that is not progressing in the way you want it to.
Disclaimer: Sometimes none of these work. Good luck!
CRIPES, I'm Stuck
Complain
Tell someone (or pretend to tell someone) who does not know the inner workings of your story all about your story problem in as much detail as you can articulate. The more detail the better, including what events led up to this point and what you want to achieve going forward. Go all the way back to what the main premise is, even. When I do this I often end up figuring out the problem while I am describing it and never even send the message, which is why this can be an imaginary conversation if input from another human is not desired and/or available for whatever reason. You can also tell your problems to your cat, dog, tarantula, or Pokémon team! BONUS: Those things are all cheaper than a therapist!
Randomize
If you have multiple ideas for how to go forward and are paralyzed because you can see no greater or lesser value in any of them, great news! The machine can be trusted! (Disclaimer: The machine cannot be trusted) Go to random.org and use the list randomizer to scramble your potential plot options. Pick the one on top. If you realize you're unhappy with it, examine why. Whatever reason why you've decided you don't like that option after all will help guide you towards what you should be doing instead.
Got any kind of two option yes/no, pass/fail, success/disaster question? Flip a coin! This can be done digitally if you don't have coins lying around (I usually don't myself).
There is also the tried and true method of dice-rolling, which can also be done via app if you don't have dice of the desired type or you've lost yours.
Really stuck? Showrunner's challenge.
Iterate
This is both the least efficient one and the thing I do the most often. Writing a scene? Not sure how it should go? Just write different versions of it until something sticks.
Tumblr media
Every time you feel unhappy with the scene, back up to the point that led to whatever you're not jiving with, cut it, and start over from there. I recommend saving all of your different versions so you can reconsider or do some horrific Frankenstein cut-and-paste later.
Like I said: horrendously inefficient. it doesn't have to be pretty... it just has to exist.
Tumblr media
Play
Go do something else totally unrelated to writing. Just go do something else you enjoy. Just take a break. Your brain may actually fix your story problem when you ignore it and let it run in the background, and if it doesn't, you get a break. No downside! Chances are, you've heard that before. I'm telling you again because I so often fall prey to the 'but my break will be more satisfying if I fix the problem first' well, it's not getting fixed and I am not equipped to fix it right now or it would be fixed already, so it's break time now.
Work on another project that seems more fun to you at the moment. Battering your head against your current WIP because you think you "should" work on it instead of whatever shinier idea is in your head is probably not helping you progress on that project. Working on something else as a treat may jog your brain to unstuck you from your main idea, and if not, it will lead to a new creative product existing, and even if it never gets finished, you've tricked yourself into thinking art is fun again. No downside!
There's nothing wrong with adding [placeholderlmao] and going on to a part of the story you like better. In fact, knowing what happens later may help you fix the problem point (assuming you don't already know because you either don't work from an outline, or your story has diverged so wildly from the outline that it's not helpful anymore)
Edit
Depending on the length of your project and whether you have already declared parts of it off-limits this may not apply; but if you don't want to go forward right now, it may be a good time to go back and edit what you already have written. Sometimes when I do this I will see a stray idea I mentioned earlier that I can follow up on now, and that gives me a new path forward. I'll also sometimes discover that, while my current story problem is manifesting at my sticking point, the cause of it happened much earlier and needs to be addressed farther back in the story (and once that's done I'm not stuck anymore!) Just like pulling crabgrass out by the roots.
Did you have an outline that has stopped tracking with your story? Maybe you should go look at that outline and revise it to the new version, or at least remind yourself of what you thought was important to put in it. If nothing else, doing this should help you think differently about your story.
Steal
That's right! There are millions on billions of stories out there. Just like infinitely variable humans are built upon skeletons that look very similar, your story is uniquely yours, but its underlying structure probably follows a pattern that other stories with similar goals have used since human communication began. So go look up a story you enjoy that includes a similar scene to the one you're struggling with, and look at what it did to fix the problem you're having. Chances are, there's a way to map that onto your story while keeping your version unique, or at least you can get some helpful hints. Do expand beyond the medium you're working in. There's a lot that novels/movies/games/etc do differently, but basic story beats and interactions between characters are pretty consistent things across anything that's telling a story. If I'm looking for a model for a scene, I always look for something with a similar plot, theme or character dynamic that I thought was done well.
Alternately, do you know of a story that tried to do what you're doing and failed spectacularly? Go look closely at that and see why it's not working. Then ask yourself how those problems could have been avoided. The solution you arrive at may apply to your story as well, or at least lead in the right direction. Alternately-alternately: Do it wrong on purpose for the fun of it and fix it later (or don't fix it later)
Just have no ideas? Hang out with stories with the vibes you want until something clicks. When I was doing this fancomic, I watched The Emperor's New Groove a lot.
Well, there you go. If you think I missed something- which I absolutely did, because the creative process is very individual and there are some highly successful things I never, ever do and can't speak on because I am restricting myself to things I have personally done and found helpful-
-please add it on to this post, and make it longer and longer until no one is ever stuck on a WIP ever again (✿◡‿◡) because they are all too busy reading this infinitely long post to start any projects!

For the writing meme: 11, 16, 24
11. Link your three favorite fics right now
AH NO questions like this are so hard... ok I'll do my favorite completed and my favorite ongoing that I'm subbed to.
I'm basing this on how much I reread them lol
Completed:
who're you hiding - Leo gets sick and hangs out in Donnie's lab.
all the things that I could live without - Disaster Twins post-movie recovery fic.
Panic Buttons - Leo has a panic attack and Raph helps him (cw that the panic attacks depicted are very graphic)
Ongoing:
The Old College Try - Disaster Twins go to college.
Three-Sided Coin - Three Leos from three different points in the timeline get transported to an alternate dimension (I think??).
call me here (I will appear) - Leo dies in the Prison Dimension and comes back to his family as a ghost.
Bonus (some favorite fics not from ROTTMNT):
Poor Wayfaring Stranger (Final Fantasy XV) - AU where Cor finds MT!Prompto and brings him back to Insomnia to take care of him. Idk how else to describe this fanfiction. It's one of the best pieces of writing I've ever read. It basically reconfigured my brain.
ikanaide (Project Sekai) - Tsukasa gets sick and his friends take care of him.
(do you take this jerk to be) your one and only (ATLA) - AU where Zuko is engaged to Yue and Sokka does not like that (though his reasons change over the course of the fic, if you know what I mean).
(putting the rest of my answers under the cut because this got long lol)
16. How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Share one of them?
OH GOD SO MANY they basically don't stop.
Of the ones I feel confident I will write at some point, there are... 5 I think. 100ft is one of them so I won't talk too much about that.
The other chapter fic I want to write is my take on the "save everyone in the doomed timeline" style fic, and I've talked about it before. I've been tentatively calling it "Donnie and Mikey's Step-by-Step Guide to Saving Your Doomed Family," or just "Step-by-Step Guide" and, like I've said, it's intended to be heavily B Team focused.
The idea came from my interest in the time between the end of the Season 2 finale and the start of the movie, a time where Leo and Raph fought a lot and Donnie and Mikey had to lean on each other. They've always been close but in the movie they're downright clingy, with Donnie reflexively tucking Mikey under his arm or holding on to him in so many scenes, and like a lot of other people I interpret this as a consequence of Raph and Leo's fighting and the tension it created in their dynamic. But I also kinda shy away from that actual time period, because if you stay canon compliant with the movie it's kinda hard to have an actual resolution to that tension without overwriting it some way. And I know some writers thrive in that limbo, but I am not one of those people haha. It's just not something I'm personally interested in writing myself.
So this fic will be set in the immediate aftermath of the film, where things are kinda resolved but not really because Leo and Raph are still too seriously injured to have an actual conversation, and Mikey and Donnie are still left in uncertainty of what their sibling bond will look like when all is said and done.
And what better way to distract yourself from the growing tension in your own family than by involving yourself in someone else's problems - specifically the problems of yourselves from a doomed future?
I'm really excited about it... whenever I get to it haha.
Tumblr media
24. Worst writing advice anyone ever gave you?
I caaan't remember if I've told this story here but if I have I'll just tell it again lol
I grew up in a really small rural town that happened to have a very small private college in it (the entire campus could have fit in the commuter parking lot of the state college I went to). Every now and then this college would host some kind of speaker or a workshop that was open to the public, and this was a big thing because my town didn't get a lot of that kind of thing coming through it. One of these workshops was hosted by a published author, and it was a class for beginning fiction writers. I was around 17 or 18 at the time, and me and two of my other friends (who also wanted to be professional writers one day) were very excited to sign up.
I mean, I can't stress to you guys how hype we were for this. You'd think we had backstage tickets to a Lady Gaga concert. But our town didn't have a lot of people you could talk to about this kind of thing. Getting advice from someone who had actually gotten their books bought and published by an actual publishing house was a big deal to us.
So we get to the workshop. We're the only teenagers there, but we weren't worried about that. We were the nerds in high school, we were used to this. We all sit down in the same row, pencils and notebooks ready to go. Ready for wisdom!
She asked the group to give a short, punchy summary for a story idea we each had. Like the straight A students we were, my friends and I all put our hands up first. She called on me, and I rattled off my back-of-the-book style summary for something I wanted to write, a fantasy novel about dragons and swords (I was a dragon girl).
I remember she gave me this nasty look and said, "Oh, you're one of those."
She preceded to go into a prolonged rant about how genre fiction is pointless; how there's nothing redeemable about fantasy worlds, how it's empty-calorie entertainment, the potato chips of the literary world. Books, she said, are supposed to be about real things. Contemporary and historical fiction were the only worthy genres in this woman's mind.
I don't remember a lot of the advice that came after that, I just remember sitting in my chair feeling dejected and stupid.
I think about that sometimes, and how one person can be so wrong. Genre fiction may be set in fantasy worlds or sci-fi futures, but it's still about real things. Real emotions and real struggles and real philosophical questions. If you cut yourself off from fantasy and sci-fi just because it deals with unreal or theoretical concepts, you cut yourself off from a broad spectrum of human self-expression.
Anyway, she may have sold a few historical fiction novels but I have 250K hits on AO3 so who's laughing now, lady

Crypto Wealth Building A Guide for Gen Z
Who is Andrew Tate?
Tumblr media
Understanding Memecoins
Memecoins have gained significant popularity in the world of cryptocurrencies, attracting a new wave of investors, especially among the younger generation like Gen Z. Let’s delve into what memecoins are and how they differ from traditional cryptocurrencies.
Definition and Explanation of Memecoins
Memecoins are a type of cryptocurrency that primarily relies on humor, memes, and community engagement to gain value and traction in the market. Unlike traditional cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, which are based on underlying technology and blockchain functionality, memecoins derive their value from internet culture and trends. They often represent a joke or satirical concept that resonates with a specific online community.
How Memecoins Differ from Traditional Cryptocurrencies
While both memecoins and traditional cryptocurrencies use blockchain technology, their fundamental differences lie in their purpose, value proposition, and community-driven nature. Traditional cryptocurrencies aim to revolutionize finance by providing decentralized alternatives to traditional banking systems. In contrast, memecoins serve as a form of entertainment or social commentary within the crypto space. Their value is driven by community engagement rather than technological advancements or real-world utility.
Examples of Popular Memecoins in the Market
Several memecoins have gained significant attention and market capitalization. One notable example is Dogecoin (DOGE), which originated as a joke but has since become one of the most well-known memecoins. Another popular memecoin is Shiba Inu (SHIB), inspired by the Dogecoin phenomenon. These coins have experienced massive price surges due to viral trends and influential endorsements.
Memecoins offer an exciting alternative investment opportunity for Gen Z investors looking to explore the crypto space. Understanding their unique characteristics and how they differ from traditional cryptocurrencies is essential for making informed investment decisions.
Andrew Tate’s Advice on Memecoins
Andrew Tate, a prominent figure in the world of entrepreneurship and wealth building, has shared valuable insights into the realm of memecoins and their potential as an investment avenue for individuals. His perspective on investing in memecoins is characterized by strategic approaches and risk management techniques that can benefit investors looking to explore this unique market.
Overview of Andrew Tate’s Perspective
Andrew Tate views memecoins as an innovative and potentially lucrative investment opportunity within the crypto space. His approach emphasizes the significance of identifying promising memecoin projects with strong fundamentals and community support.
Strategies for Identifying Profitable Memecoin Investments
Tate advocates for thorough research and due diligence when considering memecoin investments. He highlights the importance of assessing the underlying technology, development team, and community engagement to gauge the long-term viability of a memecoin project.
Tips for Managing Risks Associated with Memecoin Investments
Recognizing the inherent volatility of memecoins, Andrew Tate advises investors to exercise caution and prudence in their approach. Setting clear entry and exit strategies, diversifying investment portfolios, staying updated on market trends, and identifying potential breakout candidates such as the next big cryptocurrency set to explode in 2024 are among the risk management practices he recommends.
By aligning his insights with practical investment strategies, Andrew Tate offers a comprehensive perspective on navigating the dynamic landscape of memecoins while prioritizing informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
The Role of Memecoins in Crypto Wealth Building for Gen Z
How Memecoins Can Help Gen Z Build Wealth Through Crypto Investments
Memecoins have become popular among Gen Z investors because they have low barriers to entry and can potentially generate high profits. Unlike traditional investment options, memecoins usually have lower fees for transactions and can be easily accessed through various online platforms. This makes it possible for young investors to enter the cryptocurrency market with a smaller initial investment, which is appealing to those who want to start building wealth at a younger age.
Furthermore, memecoins offer a sense of community and inclusivity that resonates with many Gen Z individuals. The social aspect of memecoins can create a supportive environment for learning about investing and financial literacy, empowering young adults to take control of their financial future.
The Potential for Long-Term Financial Growth Through Memecoin Investments for Young Investors
Memecoins present an opportunity for long-term financial growth for Gen Z investors. While they may be considered more volatile than traditional cryptocurrencies, some memecoins have shown significant increases in value over time. By carefully choosing and diversifying their memecoin portfolio, young investors can position themselves to benefit from potential long-term growth and take advantage of emerging trends in the crypto market.
As digital natives, Gen Z individuals are well-suited to adapt to the changing world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Embracing memecoins as part of their wealth-building strategy can give them practical experience in navigating the digital economy while also potentially earning substantial profits in the future.
The Intersection of Memecoins and AI: A Survival Strategy for Bitcoin Miners
While memecoins offer financial opportunities for Gen Z, it’s important to note that the crypto landscape is ever-evolving. In fact, some forward-thinking Bitcoin miners are exploring AI as a survival strategy in response to certain challenges like the halving event. This intersection between memecoins and AI signifies the growing importance of technological innovations in the cryptocurrency industry. By staying informed and adaptable, young investors can navigate these shifts and continue to thrive in the crypto market.
Getting Started with Crypto Wealth Building as a Gen Z Investor
When it comes to starting your journey of crypto wealth building as a Gen Z investor, there are several important things to think about and tactics that can help you get on the right track. Here’s how you can get started:
1. Educate Yourself
Take the time to understand the basics of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. There are many resources available, such as online courses, articles, and forums where you can learn more.
2. Diversify Your Portfolio
Instead of putting all your money into just one cryptocurrency, think about spreading your investments across different assets. This can lower the risk and improve your chances of long-term success.
3. Stay Informed
The cryptocurrency market is always changing, with new things happening all the time. Stay up-to-date with the latest news, market analyses, and expert opinions to make smart investment choices.
4. Manage Risks
It’s important to know how much risk you’re comfortable with and set clear investment goals. Don’t invest more money than you can afford to lose and consider using strategies like stop-loss orders to protect yourself.
5. Find a Mentor
Look for experienced investors or mentors who have done well in the world of crypto wealth building. Their advice and guidance can be really helpful as you start your own investment journey.

Tagging: @teresashiho and @prilaja-artblog, anyone else who wants to try!
Teach me more about your characters! Please!
Are you named after anyone?
Raichana: My father named me after someone named in a prophecy. He wanted to prove it wouldn't come true... Darious: no comment Arianna: Apparently it's a family name but I can't find anyone in our history with that name. Ciella: no comment...
When was the last time you cried?
Raichana: What time is it? uh...a few hours ago? Darious: If I cry it would make Rai cry so I avoid doing it in front of her. Arianna: You think I have time to cry, i'd much rather spend that time making some coin. Ciella: Crying isn't the easiest for me, Still i guess in the last hundred years or so?
Do you have kids?
Rai and Darious: *looks at each other and blush*Maybe one day Arianna: No but I did accidently start and orphanage so i guess that counts? Ciella: Define child, I have created a lot of 'Children' but I am unable to have any myself.
Do you use sarcasm?
Raichana: *stares out into space head empty* whats that? Darious: No Arianna: Oh yes, all the time. Ciella: I'm unable to lie and sarcasm can tread too close to untruths so unfortunately no.
What’s the first thing you notice about others?
Raichana: How easy it is to read their mind, Once I thought someone had completely blocked my telepathy but no they just had no thoughts at all ever! Darious: Weaknesses in their defenses. you can never be too careful Arianna: rings, jewlery, shoes... anything to let me know if they are the type my guide may be interested in. Ciella: Any sign of illness or discomfort, I want to help as many people as possible.
What’s your eye colour?
Raichana: Technically brown but I store light in them so they look gold! Darious: they were apprently blue when I was younger but they are red now Arianna: the one that's still there is Green Ciella: *clutches locket* what a silly question, you can see they are amber, theres no other colour they could be... ha ha
Scary stories or happy endings?
Raichana: Happy endings! Scary things are no fun Darious: I actually think Scary stories are better, not everything can have a happy ending it makes no sense. Arianna: Scary stories, mostly so I can use them to scare Raichana Ciella: Happy endings, i've seen too many horrors over the years i'd rather things be full of joy.
Any special talents?
Raichana: *bounces* I can bend light which allows me to create illusion or even attack with concentrated light! I'm also psychic but I can't control it at all so it's not really a talent. Darious: I can bend darkness but it's only really good for hiding things when it's already dark or creating a blade. Arianna: I can travel through shadows, it's handy but if it's too dark I can't actually use it so it's pretty limiting without a lightsource.
Where were you born?
Raichana: According to Mom I was born in a town really far away but we had to move to the forest for our safety. Darious and Arianna: A hidden village called Haven, Only Demon elves can travel there. Ciella: *sweating* well... uh... when you have lived as long as I have.... you dont always know these things.... ha ha
What are your hobbies?
Raichana: This journey doesn't allow for much time for hobbies but I really like dancing! Darious: I enjoy to cook... it's partially a hobby and partially because if I let anyone else cook i'll probably die. Arianna: I collect rare plants... sure it tends to double as a good source of poison for work but it's still a hobby. Ciella: I spend most of my time working in the apothecary but in my free time I enjoy learning how to grow and brew tea blends.
Do you have any pets?
Raichana, Darious and Arianna: nope Ciella: I have tried but they all turn into feycreatures eventually so I have stopped trying.
What sports do you play/have played?
Raichana: I tried to participate in Haven's hunt once but I couldn't catch anything. Darious and Arianna: the hunt have put on every winter.... Ciella: I have tried many sports over the years but buy the time i go to play it again all the rules have been interpreted differently so I avoid sports.
How tall are you?
Raichana: 5'2"! but i'm still a growing girl! (spoilers no she isn't) Darious: 6'2" But I am part elf so I may still have a few more inches to grow (spoilers he does) Arianna: 5'6" Ciella: ha ha I'm also 5'6".... what a completely random coincidence... ha ha
Favourite subject in school?
Raichana: Lucian's school suuucked... there were only four of us there and he wouldn't teach me any of the training lessons, Darious had to train me after the sun went down! Darious: *blushing* Training rai after class was probably my favourite school subject. Arianna: School? the closest thing I had to that was training and well... I think if you like learning all about butchering and poisons it's kind of fun? Ciella: Dad taught me everything I could ever even imagine trying to learn, I can't pick a favourite it's all so important to me.
Dream job?
Raichana: Dancer! unfortunately I have another job lined but I'm going to try and make sure my sister stays in that role, she's currently doing it and is better then I could ever be! Darious: The idea of thinking about the future is hard for me, I don't think I have as dream job... Arianna: Imagine taking a job other then working for the guild.... I'm in this for life one way or another... Ciella: I'm already working my dream job at the Apothecary... I get to help people every day... It's much better then what I did in the past...
