Some bad decisions I made today...

The first was trying to paint this 15x15cm canvas with this brush pen because I couldn't find my black paint. My saviour was my father who went out to buy some stuff and brought a small pot for me. (The final result ↓ )

Let me tell you something. It's horrible when you don't get the proper stuff. This canvas is for acrylic and/or oil paint. I got gouache paint.

But then I could finally get to the point of it all.

It's a symbol that is all over Bright Falls - WA, in the game Alan Wake. It's invisible untill you point your torch 🔦 on it.

I made this as a late Christmas present for my brother, who I am proud to say became a fan when I introduced the game to him.

I need something to distract me from creating an entire pantheon from scratch. (These deities really want to come out and play.)

steph is the living and breathing embodiment of time itself (while her husband, melz, is the embodiment of space)

theres a bunch of old art of them both and @/asexualbuthorny is going insane about this very first design i ever made for her

but after a buncha redesigns, she's looking like this now. originally the redesign was inspired by sirens, but only the blue/water-ish theme stayed behind. (but there are still old drafts of her siren design)

a while back i also made this handy dandy family tree for this weird little family. and. yeah. shes the least fleshed out of the bunch, but i love her dearly

and fun fact: shes the newest addition to this oc world. the rest of them have been around for like maybe 5 years now, while she's been here for maybe 2 or 3. at least in this form. cuz it all used to be wayyy different

i really dont have a lot of information to share. they all basically live in a bubble and have very vague personalities. they all mostly served as fun things for me to draw when bored. but theyre all begging for attention either way lol

SUNDAY, 6;30PM: Zoey, Melz, Jackie and I will be playing through Half-Life coop

TUESDAY, 6PM: Zoey and I will be playing Buckshot Roulette multiplayer with the community

WENSDAY, 6PM: I will stream myself doing all of the art rewards.

The donathon will be open during all three streams.

Update to the Donathon. Zoey is going to need a new PC really soon if she is going to stream consistently again so a new reward has been added and I intend to extend the donathon to a couple of streams.
