The first image shows the three women standing together in the dark near a curtain, Sevika in the middle. Mel has one hand upon Sevika’s bare chest and is pressing her mouth to Sevika’s neck, leaving dark lipstick marks behind that start from near the taller woman’s mouth. Sevika is turned away to face Lest, her prosthetic hand around the back of the other woman’s neck as Lest gently raises her hand up near Sevika’s chin. Sevika is visibly smiling as she and Lest press the ends of the cigarettes in their mouths together.

The artist’s reblog adds an uncolored drawing focusing on Lest, who is unclothed but with blurs obscuring her nipples and groin. Lest is gasping as Mel leans in to press her mouth to the other woman’s chest. Mel is slightly off to the side with one hand on the underside of Lest’s thigh to help her spread her legs.
