Life has been topsy turvy for months... I made it a point to tune in to the live podcast by @ChrystalHurst this past Monday entitled, "New Space. New Grace". I always love listening to Chrystal but lately, I've been unable to tune in and participate in the live conversations and our wonderful sister group. But this title caught my attention. I forced myself to stop and intentionally focus in on what those words meant for me. The title stood out because of the space I'm in. ** New space in my new job. ** New space in my residence (if you can call it that). ** Even a new space in my relationship with family and friends. Her words in the midst of her recent move are a reminder and encouragement in the midst of the craziness... "I’ve had to tell myself that I am doing the best I can, and right now, the best I can is okay.... The best you can is okay too. Give yourself grace and celebrate even your small wins. The season we are in is a new space for us all. You’re not alone; you’re not the only one figuring it out. Embrace this space. Give it all that you have, and allow grace to fill in where you can’t".
