OKAY my boyfriend. his name is drew. we met on okcupid a few weeks ago and hit it off basically instantly. we walked away from our first date and basically went straight into a serious relationship because we just work so well together. he loves me, even when I'm crying because I hate some things about myself, and I love him. he's really cute and funny and compassionate and interesting and just an all around great guy. he makes me really happy, even when I'm not around him. just knowing he cares about me makes me happy. we're super comfortable around each other, and like drew says, "it feels like we've been together for months, not weeks". last night we had a conversation about how we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. seriously. it sounds really intense, but it's really not. it feels relaxed. and the sex is really awesome

mmm i think i have always noticed you make chins too big (as in too long if that makes sense lol) but i might as well have a tendency to make them too small so i'm not really able to say much. maybe also sometimes the necks come out kinda odd-looking?? as if they were too skinny or too long. if you wanna practice perspective and poses i recently found a gr8 site called PoseSpace. and for drawing a wider variety of faces it has been v/ for me to practice realism (1/2)

with the chin thing i've noticed that in profile view a lot and i've been trying to fix it but haven't really especially dedicated time to it, i probably should, but i hadn't noticed if i was doing it in other views too so ill look some stuff up to fix that i really haven't ever used references from real life so that might be a problem

and the necks oh god i know exactly what you mean. ive always been pretty terrible at them but always said i'd just fix it later and never do, i should REALLY get around do that ill try to practice it

ok idk if this counts as an "art horror story" but i have a sketchbook, that i own since last year. between july of last year and now, (thankfully) i improved a lot, but the old drawings are still there. the horrifying thing is that people usually look at my sketchbook without my permission and they obviously see those awful drawings and i just want to jump off a window (its even worse when people i want to impress are the ones to see them ugh ugh ugh)
