Oh my gosh you play the Mass Effect series?? I just finished them and they left me DEAD, I've been dying to talk to anyone about them! Such a great video game series.

DUDE YEAH that is one of my favorite video game series of all time! Garrus is still in my top 5 list of characters, like any character from anything he still makes top 5. The lore, the music, the epic stakes dude. Like oh my god the freaking music for the suicide run in ME2??? FUCKING UGH OH MY GOD

Another Chlonath Week Shoutout!

This time is it’s the lovely @megupic up to bat!!! Anyone remember this post?!? Well homegirl delivered!!! AND HOLY MOLEY!!!! 

Not only did megu complete all the chlonath prompts in 2 nights, but she also helped motivate me (as she always does!) to finish my last drabble of the week--like the sweetheart she is!! ^^

So, without further ado, here’s a master post/list of all her chlonathweek2k17 fics! (also check out her ao3 account--she got some good reads up in there!): 

Day 1: Bickering/Flirting - The Ultimatum

Ruh-roh, Chloe and Nathanael are yelling and I’m !??!?!?!! But also 👀  👀  👀 

This one walks the line of Bickering and Flirting very well (but more so the bickering and IT IS SO SOOOO CHLONATH!!) Love this.  

Day 2: Honey/Tomato - Honey Roasted Tomatos 

It’s the perfect recipe...for disaster!! Chloe and Nathanael are partnered up for the cooking class at school and chaos ensues. 

This is just great! Not only a great use of the prompt but also has one of my fav images, Nath holding a knife and saying “I have a knife” JUST KILLS ME! Again the dialogue in this is very well written and the pacing IS SO GOOD! Megu writes both characters so well!! (One of my fav chlonath drabbles from the week!) 

Day 3: Art - Makeup 

Some cute and intimate moments of Nathanael doing Chloe’s makeup (cute!) that also delve into some deep stuff ;O;

This, this is my jam. Some like super domestic and cute, but also super human moments between Chloe and Nathanael!! I love one and the flash into some character development, it works so well!!!

Day 4: Rescue/Transformation - Fever Dreams

Poor Nathanael shows up to school with a pretty bad fever, and it leads to some really weird dreams during an impromptu nap!

Another short and sweet drabble, but I’m really hoping for a continuation if megu’s got one up her sleeves!

Day 5: Holding Hands/First Kiss - Stuck to You

Akumas that want people to hold hands!?! Yup, you know what that means...

OK THIS ONE!! THIS ONE is up there in terms of favs from this week!! ITS SO GOOD! and I’m all about this trope-y premise, IT’S AMAZING! Plus its a little aged up and they both lowkey have crushes on each other... SIGN ME UP!

File this one under Day 1 - for flirting cause they basically play flirting chicken!! XD 

Day 6: I Hate That I Love You - I Hate You, I Love You

I don’t like talking about this one...so here’s a nice summary for you: ANGST

What other things did Megumi witness? For a newcomer into the series, episode 3 is able to showcase how familiar Megumi is to Satoru's antics.

I'm wondering if Satoru ordered a custom made uniform for Megumi too. Is this why the current one looks normal, because Megumi had to request another one himself?

Someone once said how Megumi's uniform rarely got ripped apart or broken (at most, some fraying at the ends) and theorized that it must have been Satoru's doing lolol requesting an unbreakable uniform so no one gets to see Megumi's skin.

Matching phones

Left phone (black) is Satoru's. Right phone (white) is Megumi's

I think this might be an intentional choice by design. If we compare the main cast phones, Nobara and Yuuji have unique models, but Satoru and Megumi have the same one.

Ayo did they buy the phones together? Or did Satoru think of Megumi and decided to buy matching phones for them.

Photo taking

If he took Megumi's photos, how long does he keep them? Are there folders of Megupics in that phone??

Satoru once showed up outside Megumi's room on a Sunday morning to take him to Plaza Espana

and that took a long time. Could it have been for a mission? Satoru probably wanted to have fun and left all the hard work to Megumi lol. But it didn't seem that way, since he compared the situation to Nobara's shopping -> a casual outing.

Satoru’s backstory ends after his first meeting with Megumi. Because of the narrative transition between past and present, he was probably dreaming about it before waking up. He then lifts his blindfold on the side where he can sense Megumi is to look at him and when he stands and tells Megumi “Oh nothing <3″ Satoru’s entire body’s position is facing Megumi.

From the LN, when Satoru says: “There’s a child I want to try to leave in your care for once.” Nanami immediately thinks of Megumi by association (Satoru’s child-> Megumi), but knows that it can't be Megumi. Why is that? Possessivenes?

In the second instance, he moves to block the door where Megumi was waiting when Yuuji eats the second finger and stays in that place.

For Satoru to tell Megumi to not get left behind by him during their first meeting is so important because he emphasizes that it is something relative to him as the strongest sorcerer.

There is so much gofushi content if you deeply look at the series (or not with stuff like homewreckers lol), but I love how their complex relationship is obvious and subtle at the same time.
