Theme Announcement for January 2025 Vocaloid Song Tournament

It is time for the first Vocaloid song tournament of 2025, so what will be the theme? Well, I already said back in 2024 that Project DIVA walked so that Project SEKAI can run. Time to prove it again! This tournament will focus around songs exclusive to Project DIVA Arcade, Project DIVA Future Tone, and/or Project DIVA Megamix!

Believe it or not, the amount of songs exclusive to those three games add up to 81 songs, making it perfect for a grand-scale tournament! The only thing is that I decided to cut Rosary Pale by Shinjou-P from this event since it could compete in a future Project DIVA F 2nd tournament (which is not occurring any time this year, BTW). Sorry to fans of that song!

I also want to say that many songs in this tournament are considered obscure nowadays (probably obscure back in the day too). As such, please do listen to all songs prior to casting your vote; you may never know if you find a new favorite all of a sudden! Otherwise, you can just keep voting, reblogging, and spreading harmless propaganda as normal.

The January 2025 tournament will begin a week from now on January 10th at 10 PM CT. Until then, there will still be exhibition matches daily at 6 PM CT. Regardless, have fun! :D
