does anyone else go out for a small number of hours to do a thing that requires any level of human interaction and come home feeling like ur body has 5 weighted blankets on it and then need to recharge for twice as many hours as you went out for or. is that just me

#is this the autism #i am so worried abt my new job SHDKFHGKGJ #i Love kids i love talking n helping n playing w kids bc they don't give a fuck n say what they mean and it's nice to help shdkgjg but #i have to work w all the adults n hougghhggnbhg i mean just #god #i am so exhausted #sosososo exhausted #i'm a lil worried it's not as bad as when i worked at the outlet in the busiest store ever but idk #i'm sure once we have a stable routine n kids signed up for the program it'll be easier since it's the same routine w the same kids #same schedule #but god today was grueling solely bc #meeting a lottttaaa people #also being misgendered shdkgj n havin to talk a lot #at least my coworkers seem nice!! i think they'll be understanding w my pronouns hopefully??#anyway #any of y'all feel this?? please help is this the constant masking or am i just crazy #sap says
