This blog isn't dead, I swear

Have this doodle of Meerka very annoyed with how I've been neglecting this blog (I haven't been doing it on purpose, its just that drawing mojo is far and few between and a lot of my activity here involves drawing...)

Now I'm curious. How did Meerka (assuming it's her because HaruYetisprite has her color?) find the Haruspex's body?

Yeah it's hers! I forgot troll sprites have the same color instead of a lighter version like the kids, so that was my mistake.

Anyway! Meerka's hive was built on top of some ruins (you can see here). The ruins were once the place that the Emperor escaped to with her ancestor, Snowborn (which also explains how Meerka found her ancestor's weapon in the snow outside). They also took the Haruspex with them as a slave due to how strong his precognitive abilities were. They hoped he would be able to foresee assassination attempts.So the Haruspex ends up dying there and his skeleton is still in the basement of Meerka's hive. It creeps her out so she just keeps it covered up most of the time.
