I *need* a good longform piece of Medium5 media in my life (especially after 2050 got metaphorically taken out back and shot) and everything I've heard about TT sounds amazing! Anyways, you can find a lot of the info from Daiku_LN, since he’s basically the one that made this whole thing. Treasure Traveller also has an official YouTube Channel, where lyrics and lore are translated into English in the descriptions!

Daiku_LN has also reposted from the other creators involved in the project! in fact, his BiliBili account might as well be considered as the official Treasure Traveller account.

As for any good and reliable English translations… I’m sorry, but I can’t really say for sure if there are any. I wanted to try and translate some of it a while ago but I got sick :/ the best reliable translations are from Daiku_LN’s Twitter account and the TT YouTube Channel.
