It’s Friyay, and it’s nearly Gin o’clock @neverneverdistillingco Never Never’s Triple Juniper Gin just won this very special @australianbartender award, and celebrated in McLaren Vale with this cake! Made to scale x120%, this hand carved lemon cake was soaked with the delicious Triple Juniper Gin, layered with Fever-Tree Mediterranean flavoured frosting, and decorated with fondant and edible images. The bottle was painted with an edible glaze, to give it that shiny glass effect. So, we're preparing for our next gin club meet! This month is a mid week, each member or couple bring a bottle of gin and we make an evening of it. I just got an amazing bottle of Edinburgh Seaside Gin. Edinburgh gins are my absolute fave, Daffys, Pickerings and obviously Edinburgh Gin themselves. Can't beat an Edinburgh Seaside Gin with some Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic.....paradise!
