It’s Friyay, and it’s nearly Gin o’clock @neverneverdistillingco Never Never’s Triple Juniper Gin just won this very special @australianbartender award, and celebrated in McLaren Vale with this cake! Made to scale x120%, this hand carved lemon cake was soaked with the delicious Triple Juniper Gin, layered with Fever-Tree Mediterranean flavoured frosting, and decorated with fondant and edible images. The bottle was painted with an edible glaze, to give it that shiny glass effect.
