although i did wonder if he had figured it out but was pretending (like he did in ep 2 with the guy who wanted the notebook decoded) but eh, apparently not

oh, wasn’t there a moment somewhere where mac somehow knew more than i thought he should?

lorenzo... i didn’t like him in this ep, albeit through no fault of his own. but he’s kinda dumb. i love that he is though but grrrr don’t hate leo skfjnkgf

actually, they still haven’t told him that his dad’s evil, i’m sure that’ll come out in the worst possible way now lol. or perhaps not at all, from my vague memories of 2x01 and 2x02

i really like how these eps from 1x10 onwards are hanging together quite well. i hope the pay-off is good in 1x13, which i am about to watch...

eta: i did like that piero made the classic villain mistake of letting the good guys go in his arrogance... at least i hope it’ll be like that lol

Seeing as I'm in a whump slump, do you have any good Daniel Sharman whump to rec? As in specific episodes (sorry to be a pain! I just don't have the attention span to sit through entire shows with multiple seasons for the sake of a few minutes whump). Really sorry to be a pain about that but I just.. honestly I blame you. This time last year he did nothing for me and now I'm suddenly feeling very much so attracted 😂. Guess that's what exposure does to you and your infectious passion for whump

Oh my gosh nonny! I've actually wanted to put together a Daniel Sharman whump rec list with a bunch of his shows so this is the perfect excuse to do so! Also I take full responsibility for my actions and I'm thrilled you go into his work :D

Okay here are my favorite whumpy episodes for Daniel Sharman:

Teen Wolf:

2x02 - child abuse, fear, cowering, father throws a glass pitcher at him, glass in his cheek, runs away, arrested, changes into a werewolf for the first time, cowers in fear, father dies, he goes to Derek for help, becomes a fugitive,

3x01 - heart restarted with jumper cables, beaten, bloody, deeps claw wounds, support, rescue, taken to the hospital, quick healing, anesthetic, attempted kidnapping, rescued by Scott and Derek, Derek bridal carry, unconscious, wakes up confused

3x02 - painful experience as Peter digs his claws into his neck and extracts his memories, one lone tear, ice bath, forcibly held down, writhing and thrashing around, fear, begging, absent the rest of the episode as he is “out of commission” due to the hypothermia he experience in the ice bath

3x04 - The twins pin him down and are about to break his arm, gets trapped in a supply closet and experiences a ptsd induced claustrophobic panic attack, Derek throws a glass at Isaac, cowers in fear, kicked out of the house into the rain, goes to Scott for help. Deleted scene where Scott learns about Isaac’s living situation aka him living with Derek yet sleeping on the fucking floor. Scott gives him a ride and then hes immediately kicked out by Derek.

3x06 - hallucinates his fathers voice and has a panic attack in the motel due to wolfsbane, cowers in fear under his bed

3x14 - leg trapped in an animal trap, lots of blood, screaming

3x16 - attacked by shadow figures, found on the ground, cold to the touch, near unconscious, slapped, punched, forced to transform, afraid, crying

3x19 - electrocuted, hospital, badly burned, coma, some pain taken away by Scott, remains in a coma, Coach has the team sign a card for him and Danny is the first to immediately move to sign it

Cursed:

1x09: slapped in the face, emotional whump as he questions his life, lash marks from self flagellation to his back

1x10: fight with Trinity Guard, beaten with several maces, weak and in pain, Squirrel helps him stand, walks and mount his horse

The Originals

2x08: held captive, chained and shackled to a stairway, stabbed in the hand with a knife while restrained, knife to the throat

2x10: thrown by magic across the room and hits the wall, cut on forehead,

2x11: unconscious, trapped in a dream, magically controlled, pain, bloody nose, cut on forehead

2x13: feeling effects of a spell placed on him. Emotional whump, bloody nose

2x14: feeling effects of the spell, sick, pale, weak, dramatic death, coughing up blood, pain, cradling by his family

Fear the Walking Dead:

3x01: stabbed in the eye with a spoon, pain, bloody bandage

And I haven't watched Medici yet so I can't say what whump episodes to watch there. That's next on my list.
