BIOAYURVEDA - SYMBOLIZING AYURVEDA SINCE 2016!!
Many academics believe that Ayurveda is the earliest kind of medicine. Ayurveda translates as "The Science of Life" in Sanskrit. The "Mother of All Healing," as Ayurvedic wisdom is sometimes referred to, has its roots in India and dates back more than 5,000 years. It comes from the ancient Vedic culture and has been passed down orally from great masters to their students for many, many years. A little portion of this information has been preserved in writing, but the majority is unavailable. Ayurveda has its origins in many of the natural treatment techniques that are presently popular in the West, including Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy.
Evidence Concepts In Ayurveda
Ayurveda's earliest theories are supported by empirical data. Ayurveda is more than just a collection of conventional practices. Every decision about treatment, it demands logic and evidence of causality. Ayurveda does not acknowledge the change impact.
Four major categories are used by Ayurveda to describe evidence in the context of Pramana. Pramana is a Sanskrit word that literally translates to "means of learning" and "correct perception".
The first type is Pratyaksha, or proof derived from precise and direct observations. This is pretty comparable to experimental proof. This evidence is supported by quantifiable indicators, which may be derived from immediate perceptions or knowledge gained via the use of the five senses.
Anumana refers to the second kind of evidence. This entails using logic and causality to analyze the seen and measured facts.
The third category is Apta, which is based on expert judgment and unbiased experience. The Apta, according to Ayurveda, is the authority who is eminent, knowledgeable, completely free of prejudice and ignorance, and who possess cutting-edge knowledge with regard to the past, present, and future. Apta is a continuum of knowledge traditions, not necessarily relevant to any one person. The utmost weight of evidence is given to Apta in Ayurveda.
Yukti, which is a tactical analysis, is the fourth group. Yukti genuinely takes into account a number of variables, confounding variables, and thorough assessments of the literature. These categories' totality and content serve as proof for all decisions. Obviously, subjectivity and qualitative factors may be involved in this process. Any result, nevertheless, must be evaluated in light of connection and causality.
Tumblr media
Ayurveda places a strong emphasis on evaluating cause and effect critically using impartial, repeatable data. Every causality analysis must produce a reliable, consistent association. Evidence's dependability and validity are regarded as proof of a theory. Any trustworthy correlation with evidence of causality determined across several trials by different observers is regarded as a hypothesis.
Moreover, an objective evaluation and review of the potential toxicity and safety concerns of Ayurvedic treatments and medications becomes highly relevant even though Ayurveda is getting more and more popular globally and a growing number of people are looking for safer and alternative solutions for many illnesses.
Your Constitution and the Balance of Your Inner Self
Ayurveda emphasizes prevention and promotes health maintenance by emphasizing balance in one's life, proper thinking, healthy food, an active lifestyle, and the use of medicines. One may develop this balance of body, mind, and awareness according to their unique constitution by having knowledge of Ayurveda. They can also adjust their lifestyle to achieve and maintain this balance. Every person has a distinct pattern of energy, which is made up of their own unique blend of physical, mental, and emotional traits, much like everyone has a different fingerprint.
This constitution is established at conception by a variety of variables and is constant throughout an individual's lifetime. This equilibrium is disturbed by a variety of internal and external influences, which are represented in a shift in one's constitution away from the balanced condition. One's mental state, nutrition, dietary preferences, the seasons and weather, physical trauma, employment, and family ties are a few examples of these emotional and physical pressures. Once these elements are recognized, one may take the necessary steps to counteract or lessen their impacts, remove the source of the imbalance, and restore their original constitution.
While imbalance is chaos, balance is the natural order.
The disorder is a sickness; health is order.
One organization that promotes holistic living, BIOAYURVEDA, has always taken into account the aforementioned recommendations when deciding on the composition of each and every product they create. Consequently, their first objective is to provide their consumer base with good items that are also reasonably priced.
Therefore, choosing BIOAYURVEDA’S ayurveda products online will surely count as a good decision to go ahead with.

What ails The Current Approach to Ayurveda
Ayurveda’s ancient treatises cannot be expected to retain relevance in their entirety.
There must be a dispassionate sifting through their contents to convert them for prudent practical use.
Ayurveda has been in use for over three millennia and hence contains useful ideas along with obsolete ones.
For instance, Ayurveda talks about exercise will help to create “A sense of ease, improved fitness, easy digestion, ideal body-weight, and handsomeness of bodily features”
However, in other areas, especially in terms of physiology and pathology, some conjectures proposed by Ayurveda proved to be false under modern scientific knowledge.
Teachers of Ayurveda physiology often have the unenviable job of constantly grappling with the difficulty of reconciling ancient speculations with established scientific facts.
The research centres under the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy) have not given enough attention in adapting Ayurvedic medical theories with modern scientific knowledge and their omissions have resulted in retaining the theory, lock, stock, and barrel.
This has resulted in the entrenchment of obsolete knowledge in the current approach to the subject.
The other factor that has been instrumental in preventing the renewal of Ayurveda is the widespread belief among its academics that ancient texts, by virtue of their being divined by sages in deep yogic states, retain timeless relevance.
This flawed belief which in itself is contrary to the yukti-vyapashraya (reason-based) character of classical ayurveda, has kept a mystic veil over the theories of Ayurveda.
Two reports; the Usman Committee (1923) and later, of the Chopra Committee (1948), suggested greater integration with modern scientific knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of Ayurveda.
Even scholars such as Debiprasad Chattopadhyaya and Priyavrat Sharma have tried to draw attention to the myth of epistemic superiority that has rendered Ayurveda texts non-revisable.
Academics, especially those from government-run AYUSH institutes, need to learn to accept the limitations of ancient theories and adapt them to suit the modern world.
Currently as a medical system, Ayurveda is valuable immensely for its observations, only marginally for its theories. For this to change, we must change the way we approach Ayurveda itself.

Achara Rasayana: Ayurvedic Advice on Mental Health and Wellbeing
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When it involves caring for the mind and psychological state , everything we do has an impression . From the foods we eat to the quantity of sunlight we’re exposed to, and therefore the relationships we cultivate to the way we set about our morning routines; it all features a profound affect upon psychological state and wellbeing. As you’ll know first-hand, the state of our psychological state can vary from day to day, and therefore the degree to which someone’s mind is suffering usually isn’t obvious on the surface in the least . That’s why it’s so important to share the varied methods and mind-set tools which will benefit us within the most straightforward , accessible ways. Whilst there’s absolutely no denying that sometimes psychological state issues require and enjoy medication, there’s also an abundance of the way we will enhance mental wellbeing through our actions in simple yet powerful ways. Taking steps to balance the mind through daily actions is understood within the Ayurvedic community as Achara Rasanaya. For thousands of years, holistic traditions like Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine have given equal importance to the utilization of herbs and lifestyle practices to reinforce wellbeing. Whilst the Ayurvedic herb Jatamansi is usually wont to help balance mood swings, taking steps to balance the mind through daily actions like singing, laughing and expressing creativity is simply as important and potentially equally as powerful. These daily actions and lifestyle changes are known within the Ayurvedic community as Achara Rasanaya, or ‘behavioural tonics’. Rasayana -meaning ‘path of essence’, is one among the eight main branches of Ayurveda, intended to assist prevent disease, enhance longevity and rejuvenate the mind and body. From an Ayurvedic physician’s perspective, behavioural tonics are even as important as herbs and alchemical concoctions. they need an often equally potent affect upon the mind – they’re just ‘performed’ rather than ingested. Much like the yoga sutras and other philosophical texts, the traditional Ayurvedic scriptures list specific ‘rejuvenating attitudes’ to reinforce wellbeing. Whilst a number of them could seem a touch strange, many of those rejuvenating attitudes can inspire the way we look after our own psychological state within the modern world: Satya Vadhi – Being truthful Akrodha – Being free from anger Madya maithuna nivrutham – avoiding alcohol and practicing celibacy Ahimsa – non-violence in thought, word and action Anayasam – avoiding excessive over thinking, stress and worry Prashantha – Indulging in creative activities Priyavadhinam – Speaking sweetly Japa – maintaining spiritual practices Saucha Param – maintaining good personal hygiene Dheeram – Having the self-confidence to take care of stable thoughts, and being courageous in actions Dananithnam – Being involved in charitable work, or giving to others Thapasvinam – Meditation and self-analysis Deva Go Brahmana Acharya Guravridharchane Ratham – Paying respects to the divine or God, to cows, teachers, and older people Nithya Anrshshasyaparam – avoiding ‘barbaric’ and aggressive behaviour Sama Jagaranaswapnam – Maintaining regular waking and sleeping rhythms Nithya Sheeraghrithaashinam – Caring for the body with nourishing foods Deshakalapramana – possessing the knowledge of which actions are appropriate consistent with the space and time Yukti Jnanam – The wisdom to understand what's good for you and what's not Anahakretam – Being free from ego – driven actions Shasta Achara – Acting with dignity and respect Asamkeernam – Being open-minded Even though this list was created several thousand years ago, we will see how self-care advice hasn’t really changed that much! you'll not find many modern books advising the practice of respecting cows or maintaining celibacy, but you're likely to examine the advantages of involvement in charitable work, creative activities, truthfulness and meditation for psychological state . Using this ancient list as inspiration, let’s see how we will practice three of those Acharya Rasayana, or ‘behavioural tonics’ in lifestyle to reinforce our psychological state and wellbeing. Satya Vadhi – Being Truthful The word ‘satya’ is employed extensively throughout yogic texts, and refers to being honest not just with those around you, but with yourself and within the way you reside . On the surface, being ‘honest’ could seem simple, but when it involves being honest with ourselves, its often harder than it seems. Much of our general ill psychological state is right down to stress and anxiety, and a minimum of a number of that stress springs from pushing ourselves to try to to things we honestly don’t want to try to to , but feel we should always . once we continue living by the rule of ‘should’ we essentially deny ourselves the power to measure an authentic, peaceful and true life. Doing things like following a specific diet that leaves your body under-nourished, engaging with toxic relationships, pursuing a career you can’t stand, or generally living a life-style you don’t honestly feel aligned with all takes us faraway from being our most authentic and true self. The more we obey the ‘shoulds’, the further we move from our truth, and therefore the further we move from our truth, often the more unhappy, stressed and anxious we feel. Practicing satya starts with looking into ourselves and noticing what we’ve been letting into our lives and our minds that doesn’t truly belong there. have you ever persisted to habits that not serve you? Are you continue to experiencing emotions that don’t need to accompany you into the future? Start practicing satya by journaling regularly, perhaps by writing an inventory of belongings you currently do this you not want to interact with, and an inventory of belongings you truly want to bring into your life. check out this list regularly as a reminder to maneuver towards your most authentic, true self. Prashantha – Indulging In Creative Activities When we tap into our creativity by painting, playing an instrument, cooking, dancing freely, visualising or moving without being instructed on how, something almost magical often happens to us; we enter the flow state. This state – also referred to as ‘being within the zone’ – also can be found when running, practicing something that needs deep focus, or getting ‘lost’ during a book. The flow state is useful and important, because it’s a state of mind that encourages the body to release stress and become truly present. Within positive psychology, the flow state is linked to being fully immersed during a feeling of energised focus and delight of a selected activity. The ‘flow state’ isn’t necessarily a contemporary phenomenon, and is claimed to possess existed for thousands of years within traditions like Buddhism and Daoism, and if you’re an experienced meditator, there’s an opportunity you’ve encountered the flow state here, too. within the flow state, we attain a way of being completely present and united in mind and body; there’s no space for worries about the past or future, and there’s no negative self-talk, there’s just pure conscious awareness. To tap into the flow state yourself, plan to regularly connecting together with your creative side, learn something new that needs your mind to interact and focus, or begin a Japa meditation practice of repeating a mantra to focus the mind. Dananithnam – Giving To Others Giving may be a gift in itself. once we give – whether it’s by donating to charity, volunteering, or lending a beloved a hand , we experience what's referred to as the ‘helper’s high’. This state of mind has been intently studied and shown to possess multiple health benefits, including reducing vital sign , enhancing longevity, and importantly, it's also been shown to scale back rates of depression, increase self-esteem, lower stress levels and cause greater overall happiness. That ‘warm glow’ we feel when truly giving to others is that the sensation of natural hormonal chemicals being released into the body; serotonin (a ‘mood-boosting’ hormone), dopamine (the ‘feel-good’ chemical), and oxytocin (a ‘compassion and boding’ chemical that greatly enhances our social relationships). The more we practice giving to others, the more we release these positive chemicals into the body and lightweight up areas of the brain linked to happiness, thus providing our psychological state with a dose of positivity. To practice giving to others, simply notice who in your life may benefit from a touch extra help. this might are available the shape of calling a grandparent and giving some time more often, volunteering to try to to a weekly buy those that aren’t ready to leave home during the present global situation, or taking note of someone who must talk immediately . Student Testimonial - The NorthCap University
The Journey between what I was to what I am, is where the “THE NORTHCAP UNIVERSITY” lies.
I still remember my admission time when I was perplexed among three universities for my graduation in Bachelor of Business Administration. I think most of us face the same dilemma during the time of admission to any college/university. I finally decided to choose NCU over the other universities, and that changed the course of my life.
Tumblr media
The first day of my college life began with the nervousness of meeting so many unfamiliar faces. I still remember my first introduction class of every subject in which I found myself different from others as most of my batchmates were from commerce background. And, I was from a science background (Medical);this reason made me feel inferior and I started thinking that I had made the wrong decision of switching my stream because I was in a volatile and uncertain setup, keeping in mind my unfamiliarity with courses. However, as the journey started, I found a different personality in me which was an agile, responsible, and confident person. The undue credit of this transformation that changed the course of my life goes to the faculties and the course curriculum of my Bachelor of Business Administration course at The NorthCap University.
The University designsa Bachelor of Business Administration course in a way that gives a clear picture of the business environment and helps the student to build a strong conceptual base. The subjects that the course include are Principle of Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, and so on. During my Bachelor of Business Administration, I did around 37 courses that really helped me to understand the business in a better way.
The journey at NCU would not be astonishing and useful if I were not taught by the best faculties who know in and out of their subjects. The faculties of NCU helped me at every phase of my three years. They actually acted as the backbone of my success because they believed in me. I think that was the very push which helped me in achieving heights in my life. Whenever I needed their help, I never heard “No” from them. Their guidance and support during the course helped me in transforming myself.
As I look back now, these three years of my life have transformed my character from being a perennial introvert in school days to a confident and independent woman. I could not help but thank my faculties and The NorthCap University for this change.

Hear out this lady doctor in USA talking about the various nuances of Indian Ayurveda, how much it's followed, how it's understood.
youtube
The European and American who took away the precious records of our Ayurvedic Texts, in the form of Etched Copper Plates and just keep it, and read with no particular respect for it, considering their period.
Tumblr media
Nor are they found to show a modicum of professionalism, nor do they acknowledge on the books published by them with the links to the original, probably for fear of being caught, when they decide to steal or plagiarize with the information they may find useful.
Tumblr media
The European and American employ Sanskrit Scholars to get it translated, word for word, and publish the same as ' Indian Ayurveda ' providing an perfunctory exposure to the 'exotic Indian Age old Medicines claiming that they are derived from plants and Natural resources.
They don't realise that the Ayurvedic Practices are used till today in India and maintenance of 'Health' is a practice that involuntarily observed in India by most women in the household as a default activity as a preemptive measure to maintain the health of all individuals in the family.
To the European and American these are as much as a sacrilege and unthinkable. Medicine are always taken with a bonafide doctor's prescription.
Tumblr media
These proponents of intellectual property rights conceived by them can only think of the entire mix of Ratification of Drugs, it's Manufacture, Intellectual Property Rights, their Protection, Patents, Legal Medical Rights and the entire works.
They do not, for a moment even consider that this information was neatly translated and adapted construes to violate the IPR of another country and another civilization, on which they have no right whatsoever.
Tumblr media
The Christian Argument of the White Man's Burden, comes in handy here. Forever in the habit to impose on the "world they saved from perdition and are still carrying that white mans burden on their shoulders, like Atlas" make sure they misappropriate it to their advantage when it suits them best.
But what might interest you is that Tantra Yukti is specifically written such that Sanskrit Scholars of the Vedic Age would never be able to decipher until they understand the clinical implications. So metaphors and euphemisms are used throughout the Ayurvedic Texts.
It's made cryptic with its own Secret Code.
In this backdrop, one might argue as to what the Europeans and Americans are doing with ancient Indian texts when they can't even access them

Healing the mind: A close look on the benefits of Yoga
Tumblr media
Five millenia ago, Yoga emerged as one of the components of Ayurvedic tradition as a system of knowledge working on the premise of bringing balance to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of an individual. Derived from the Sanskrit word "yukti" meaning union, Yoga seeks to unite the human spirit with the Universal Divine Consciousness. The tradition of Yoga endured millenia of changes and the upheaval that the Indian subcontinent saw through the ages, and survived as part of the 21st century's renewed fervor for alternative and complementary means of therapy. Nowadays, it is not only considered as a form of holistic treatment modality for various pathologies, it is also a holistic art of healthy living. In an era that saw the increasing incidence rates of mental and neurologic diseases, the mental and physical benefits of Yoga is being explored as a complement to modern medical science.
Multiple studies have described the benefits of Yoga in the rehabilitation of patients with debilitating neurologic conditions such as epilepsy and stroke. It has also shown benefits in alleviating anxiety and stress, as well as in improving the quality of life among individuals. Here are some summarized by http://theyogaroombodytech.com that you should consider.
Epilepsy A study by Lundgren and colleagues in 2008 demonstrated the useful effects of Yoga in decreasing the recurrence of seizure fits among patients diagnosed with epilepsy. The study also recommends Yoga as an effective supplement to medical seizure control in improving the quality of life among epileptic patients.
Stroke As one of the top causes of morbidity among adults in the world, stroke poses a terrifying risk towards wellness and productivity. As one of the most common causes of cognitive and physical disabilities, stroke is a major factor in decreasing the quality of life among people afflicted with the disease.
In a review by the research team led by Prof. Mishra of the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2012, Yoga has shown to be beneficial in stroke prevention and rehabilitation. The review involved more than 20 studies, which supported that relaxation brings about decreased risk for atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease. Yoga is also helpful among patients with stroke-related disabilities as it brings about positive effects such as improvements in perceived physical strength, range of movement, proprioception, gait, balance, concentration and confidence.
Anxiety disorders Aside from neurologic diseases, anxiety disorders and stress are the new plagues of the the modern world. Convergence of stimuli in densely populated areas and complicated living standards have led to an increasing number of individuals afflicted by stress-related disorders.Management of these conditions may warrant medical pharmacotherapy, however, it is still mostly based on non-pharmacologic stress relief.
Due to its down-regulatory effects on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, Yoga is currently being studied as an effective supplement in improving quality of life. Yoga practices have been shown to be effective in reducing the deleterious effects of exaggerated stress responses and decreasing the excessive release of cortisol and catecholamines. As a result, it also prevents a milleau conducive to the development of diseases such as obesity, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, depression, substance abuse and cardiovascular diseases.
With the shifting gears towards evidence-based medicine, it is important to determine the efficacy and safety of interventions prior to application in a general population. In this revolutionary era, Yoga is starting to find its niche as an effective and beneficial supplement to medical therapy.Healing the mind: A close look on the benefits of Yoga in neurologic diseases and anxiety disorders written by: releina0890 Five millenia ago, Yoga emerged as one of the components of Ayurvedic tradition as a system of knowledge working on the premise of bringing balance to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of an individual.
