What are Gatakos' favourite foods? Well his absolute favourite would be a really greasy cheeseburger from Lion's Arch or Club Canach. Next would be a hot bowl of rice with some salmon or tuna and chili oil. Definitely anything from Meatober Fest. Lots of cured spied jerked meats. Maybe a nice steak, sometimes some "monster meals" ( roast saurian, Maguuma Mushroom Mix, things like that. )

8. Whats your favourite zone?

Honestly I don’t know, I like a lot of the different zones in this game and how unique they all are.

I really like how pretty Caledon forest is. I love all the fun experiments and weird little dialogues you can find in Metrica Province. I enjoy seeing all the cool pirates in Bloodtide coast. And the Meatober festival in Diessa Plateau is really funny and great to go see.

I guess I will say objectively, I do really like being in the more verdant, jungle-y zones. They’re just so pretty!

9. Whats your favourite city?

Already answered here, so instead I’ll tell you my least favorite city.

Lion’s Arch.

I hate how empty the main plaza is, I feel like i’m inside a children’s sand pit, everything feels a bit to spread out. Also, WHY IS THE GUILD BANK NOT WHERE THE REGULAR BANK IS?! It’s like 10000ft away from it, I have to go to the other side of the city if I want the guild bank, WHY?!

12. How many achievement points do you have?

7,032. So not that many...I don’t think?

21. Favourite weapon skin?

Answered here, but I will say.

While none of my characters really use them, I think the toy weapon skins (from wintersday) are super cute (especially for how cheap they are)

Not yet. But I am currently working on The Minstrel so I can get the cool harp (then I’m going to sell the actual legendary lol)

23. Whats your favourite legendary?

I have always really loved the aesthetic of The Dreamer (and also Kudzu), but sadly not many characters in this game wield bows, and none of my mains do.

"My deepest fear... I don't think I can answer that." He grumbles. "As for the holidays. The only one i actively partake in is meatober fest. Those human holidays are small distractions at best. I wont raise my nose at the younger ones who partake in them though. The worlds changing. The way I see things shouldnt be the norm as time marches on."

Title: Despite tensions all-legion rally still going strong

Story: With the recent events that have transpired for the United Legions one would think that the All Legion Rally in Grothmar Valley would have calmed down, or would have at least postponed festivities until a better more celebratory time. However, either the charr put in charge of managing the festivities haven’t been made fully aware of events outside of the valley or they may just not care. With festivities that rival Meatoberfest with food and drink in a constant flow, thanks to the help of willing adventures to keep things running there have been little to no slowing of traffic to the Rank ‘n’ File Pub.There are some speculations that the festivities remain in full swing due to the opportunities that the Ooze Pit allows for Gladium charr to join the ranks of other Legions after having lost their warbands. It may be viewed that in the interest of keeping soldiers on the front lines to stand against the Dominion and Frost Legion that keeping this pathway open via the Rally this benefits the United Legions in the long run.If planning to visit the valley to get a chance to participate in the seemingly neverending festivities we here at the Lion’s Arch Chronicle can recommend the food and the effigy burning are top quality and well worth checking out. We also recommend avoiding the Doomlore Ruins because nothing ruins a vacation faster than angry ghosts covering your clothing with ectoplasm and your own blood if you aren’t careful.

Can skritt have that? Skritt would like to have shiny shiny fur. The horns are pretty too, looks like those sky dragons but more sparkly. Do they hurt when you get poked by them? Plant friend also has good taste in clothing very soft looking, looks good for mobility. Overall 12/10 would you please adopt skritt so skritt can always see your shininess?

Title: The Boasting Hall Too Much Meatober?

Story: With Meatoberfest going strong into its eighth year some people have been asking if it’s time to give it a rest. To be fair eight straight years of eating Tryia’s best meat nonstop may be a bit much for some so I’ve come up with an alternative!We take a month to appreciate the cheeses of Tyria! Cheese is of course included in Meatoberfest in general but it’s never been the main focus. There is a rancher near the Village of Butcher’s Block where we can source the cheese so that the celebration doesn’t have to stop.Think about all of the potential options! Cheesecakes, cheese platters, cheese-covered meats! We could potentially create an entire celebration to cheese to go with Meatoberfest. I suggest the name Cheesember but I’m willing to listen to other ideas.No potatoes though, that ruins the spirit of the fest, meats and cheeses are the ideal celebration food. 

Title: Visiting Amnoon: the ideal travel destination despite the sand

Story: Where does my journey take me as of late? The driest city in tyria i reckon. I’ve been finding sand in my hair for days! I will say the one great thing about this place is the Grand Sahil Casino! You can gamble all day long and not get bored! And who knows you may end up with way more money than you went in with. You can also meet all kinds in the Casino! If you like fishing check out the Amnoon Harbor! Its pretty much the only place that isn’t completely sand. The fish markets even have all kinds to try! Let me just say, when it’s this fresh the sushi is gourmet. All in all check out Amnoon if the sand doesn’t bother you!

Title: World Boss Fight For My Heart: Behemoth Vs the Wurm

Story: Big, tough enemies are the latest trend among our best and bravest warriors, but as I’m sure you can tell, I am a lover, not a fighter. (This is what anyone who knows me would say. No need to ask them! When have I ever lied to you?) So while I’m sure we would all love to know who would win in a gargantuan showdown between Queensdale’s favorite specter, the Shadow Behemoth, and Caledon Forest’s own Great Jungle Wurm, I have a different theoretical competition in mind. Who would be better suited to a romantic candlelit dinner with yours truly? The Behemoth is obviously pulling into the lead immediately, since they have limbs and can pull out my chair for me, pour me a glass of wine, use cutlery and so on. But to keep things fair, let’s say the Wurm can perform these basic tasks with their great big wiggly mandibles (though the Behemoth gets a point here, as drool would be less involved in the process). The Behemoth is, according to all academic sources I could find, classified as a “Nightmare”, which is a strike against them, since I have had enough “nightmarish” dates for several lifetimes. It’s a tie, which means a tie breaker! Write in and let me know who you would break out the nice tablecloth for. For me… Well. One of them has ‘great’ right in the name, but I am such a sucker for a pretty smile.

I have a question for the Warcat wives!! What was their first date like? Where did they go? And where was their most favourite place they ever had a date at?

Sorry for the delay! Their first date was the two of them stargazing after a mission with their old warband. Galla didn't even know it was a date, until Sigilis brought it up. They stayed up late and snuck out of their barracks to go make up new constellations and laugh at them. Most of them were baudy.

Their favorite date was probably when they went to Meatober Fest and laid waste to all the food and drink. They were full for DAYS.

Even though Nettle cared for Aurene as well as ze could when she was a baby, I think ze had a lot more trouble with the skyscale. You’d think they’re enough similar, so there wouldn’t be lot difference, but Nettle’s skyscale was energetic, and at times bit too much for hir. I think even after the skyscale is all grown up, it comes and goes more freely than other mounts. Nettle named hir skyscale Rascal.

Papaver tends to prefer non-sylvari clothing, since growing armor is its own hassle. They used to wear hats a lot, but ever since they grew horns in Maguuma, it became too bothersome.

Lucci doesn't really enjoy drinking? Like the bitter taste isn't to her liking, and she feels uncomfortable drunk. That said, she still enjoys festivities like meatober for the meat, and fightning.

Rulla doesn't really have goals or even interests outside necromancy. She's very obsessive about the art and its users, and can even stalk living users if they are interesting to er. E does not wish to fight or kill them, but e wishes to gain their knowledge. Sometimes the best way to do that is to raise already deceased necromancer.

The company of a good friend or loved one, a friendly drink in a comfortable environment is enough to keep her in top form.59: Do you like the snow?             Rixa utterly loves the snow. She spent several years acclimatising to the cold when she joined the Durmand Priory and found a fondness for it years before that. She has fond memories of her childhood ice-skating in Hoelbrak with her grandmother. Being in the snow brings a strange fondness too her.

38: Is this year the best year of your life?             Still early doors yet but for Rixa, its not been the -worst- year of her life. After fleeing Inquest, bad relationships, the whole Joko business and other familial issues she’s relieved to have some minor respite over a quiet start to the year. Day 16: Favorite / least favorite renown heart

GW2 30 Day Challenge 

My favourite heart is the one north of Wayfarer’s Foothills where you have to kill the momma dolyaks and then scoop up all the babies in a net. The heart NPC is a charr, and this place is so suspiciously close to the Meatober Festival in the next zone over. So I’m totally scooping up bbie dollies for the meat festival. I love telling this story to friends that do this heart with me and they just get quietly sad. <_< lol.

Least favourite heart is any heart that doesn’t have multiple ways of completing it. In particular the goddamn stealth heart in Blazeridge. Whenever I make a new character when I get around to that map for opening up waypoints, I’ll make a point of knocking that one out first. I’ll get to the 2nd checkpoint and hide behind some netting and then just hit the interact button every minute until it’s done. It takes like 10 minutes but I’ll just watch / read something else as I wait. It’s the most bullshit heart in the game.
