This Guild will focus on intrigue, politics, and of course, Vampirism! Hello! This is Priory Irregular Operations [PIO] and we are open to new members!

We are an LGBTQ+ friendly, NA-based Roleplay Guild that has been running both casual- and story/plot-based RP for the past 7 years in an IC Priory workplace setting over Discord and In-Game! We meet for regularly scheduled events every Saturday (8pm ET) but offer plenty of RP opportunities the rest of the week!

Our guild features an easy-to-use & fully-customizable TTRPG Lite system for stats and skill checks, DM- and Player-led story arcs, and a fully-leveled and fleshed-out IC guild hall with places to RP and hang out!

In-Character, you can expect a focus on collaborative, weekly expeditions dedicated to investigating all manner of anomalies, be they magical, Mists-ological, murderous, or even the more mundane. For the grand majority of our stories, we aim to explore the weird and interesting, always determined to experience something new each season!

Guild Wars 2 RP Event [NA Server]: Pact Potluck

Join us on Sunday, June 23rd at Vigil Keep for a potluck event. Active and retired members are both welcome, as are their friends and family. Bring your favorite dish with plenty to share (but please no alcohol) and settle in for an evening of good food and good company.

Directions and Event Rules below:

Getting there: We will be utilizing the spare shipping pavilion close to the keep's waypoint. For those who don't mind a longer walk, you can take the road north of Lion's arch. Turn right at the first bridge exiting LA, then turn left at the fork after the next bridge, left again at the next fork, and right at the fork after that. The road will end at the ramp up to the keep. The waypoint and another ramp will be on your right. The event pavilion is at the end of this ramp.

EVENT RULES:

Adhere to the intended event tone and avoid instigating conflict. This is a role-play event, so your litmus test should be, "Would my character be asked to leave at a real reunion event for this behavior?" If the answer is "probably," please do not do that. I don't want to kick anyone out of the event, but I don't tolerate party crashing.

OOC fighting is not permitted. Not everybody is one good terms with one another, and I don't expect everyone to be friends, but if you have a grudge, please avoid engaging one another instead of picking a fight in this space.

Nobody is required to interact with anybody else. if someone does not want to actively RP with you (or at all!), please respect their wishes.

The "no alcohol" rule is for my own comfort and is not meant to be a story hook to push. Failure to ignore this rule, including bringing mystery flasks that are implied to contain alcohol, will result in you being asked to leave.

As the event host, I am also a role-play participant, so if you want to get involved but don't know where to start, you're welcome to approach me!

I know in-game food trays are a pain to procure. You are NOT required to bring real in-game food. If you say your character brought a banana cream pie, they brought a banana cream pie. If you say your character hauled in a whole roast dolyak, they hauled in a whole roast dolyak. It's all pretend at the end of the day anyways!

GW2 ROLEPLAYERS

So. I've had this idea reserved for some time, now I finally have the drive and time to pull it off.

Y'know how the GW2 world/public RP scene is kinda well, barely existent? I have an idea that may resurrect it in some way.

This will be for US servers!

HERE WE ARE! This is my WORLD RP RESURRECTION PROJECT!

The idea is to basically make whole cities or areas the " RP event" for quite a few hours, so it's a faux event with no set premise and is only really there to drag people to the area.

World sharding kinda broke random walk up RP for the most part, buuut what if there was some type of anchor point for a single shard?

I plan on being that anchor point, I'm going to select two days of the week and for about 5 hours a night/afternoon set up a squad for people to jump in and jump out of if they want, but at least everyone will be in the same shard. I will probably rotate through cities, meaning a different one each day, people can set up their own events or businesses for these days to make these places feel a lot more lived in, I would appreciate anyone reaching out to me if they are interested in doing such, a lot of coordination is going to help this kind of project in the long run. This will of course be headed by the efforts of a fairly small guild, any help will be extremely appreciated. We are currently deciding on what days this whole thing will be, might make a poll for it if people like this idea enough. Maly's Business Dinner Party Open RP Event

I'm giving a try to hosting a public RP event for the first time! Malycoris is a strange sylvari alchemist who is trying to find new connections to sell his potions as well as find people willing to donate blood to him.

Characters looking for business opportunities or just there for the free food all welcome to attend!

Time: Saturday the 16th of November. Start time at 20:00 CET and will go on for however long people feel up for it. (Timezones are hard to figure out, so that would be around two hours after this post was posted.)
