Make Chickpeas in your pressure cooker! These are cheap, easy, and delicious. Chickpeas are so versatile for everything from salads, curries, and dips. I like to cook them with onion, garlic and seasonings to impart them with extra delicious flavor. I recommend soaking legumes because I find they are much easier to digest that way and they cook faster. However the post includes detailed instructions for both soaked and unsoaked chickpeas.
