i think i'm being EXCEPTIONALLY clear when i say 'i'm looking for a mortgage broker, especially one familiar with buying a home for the first time' so why the people i ask are coming back to me with sentences that have literally NOTHING to do with the concept of a mortgage broker or pre-approval is. uh. baffling, to say the least
