oh btw turns out classes started yesterday, not on monday

anyways, fun anecdote;

my first class of the day was animation, we all take it online at the computer lab. i really like this professor compared to the one of the previous four-month period, great personality and the likes.

point is, we were making a class exercise of doing pose to pose and our “model” was pocoyo lmao. i was sharing my screen so the teacher could see my progress and even complimented me on how it was turning out (i too was proud of how it was looking so far ngl)

and then my pc crashed

not once

but three times

even had a blue screen in one of those three occasions

obviously my progress wasn’t saved (thanks harmony by toon boom, very lovely to have that autosave function enabled)

after everyone finished the exercise while i sat there restarting the pc, we were asked to submit our frames to the google classroom folder

bruh

luckily since it was the first day and the teacher had seen my progress with the screen sharing he said it was okay and understood what happened to me, with the only thing being asked was that to leave a comment on the assignment page to show that i was present in the class hahah

another classmate also left a class comment because, if i remember correctly, forgot his password or got his college email stolen somehow. he left this:

(he, the classmate, is the one that treated me rudely and whom i had multiple crisis about last year so fuck him really, but i do have to admit this made me laugh)

i left the computer lab after class ended while my pc refused to turn off and was stuck on the startup screen (note the yellow sticker on the corner of the screen saying “please turn off the pc”)

okay cool

had to ask my friend sat next me to tell the teacher goodbye on my part because i didn’t get the chance and i really wanted to do that

of course i notified to the principal in a group chat what happened with the pc

also almost forgot to mention, the animation teacher is a pngtuber, based if you ask me

other highlights of the day; quackity cake and that fuckass anime character cardboard cutout

tldr; surrealist animation college first day back from winter break moments
