I just wanted to make a quick official post about this but I'm gonna be going on a sort of semi hiatus. things have been stressful and it's been difficult to muster up any motivation to write anything. I might be online to make the occasional post / reblog (or interactions with mutuals) though!! zai shenanigans may return eventually in full swing :).

hey y'all so i wasn't initially planning on talking about what rashad posted earlier today bc it's literally all bullshit, but i might as well! i’m not actually tripping over anything that’s going on. if anything, i’ve been laughing my ass off all day at this foolishness.

for some background, rashad became mutuals w this girl. right off bat, he’s making hella race jokes ab this girl being white. i b doing the same, but with my FRIENDS. people i am CLOSE WITH. and i don’t over do it because that’s lame and annoying. anyway, she eventually stated that she was uncomfortable and rashad blamed his behavior on the fact that he was on pain meds. she eventually blocked him and told one of her mutuals, and to rashad, that’s her “spreading rumors” about him. he did the most on his page and in ppls inboxes crying and complaining, saying he was gna eat glass and shit.

so now let’s look at his fuckass post:

number one, how can a rumor be started about you if nobody.. knows you? like, you are not a celebrity. nobody talks about you. and nobody was talking about you “being on drugs” other than the girl you made uncomfortable and her two mutuals. i know you send yourself anons too. you make it seems like anyone actually cares about your “hot takes” for some strange reason. don’t even try to deny it, bc there’s no way you’re getting more anon msgs than my friends with larger platforms than yours.

you’re also messier than a mf, sending your own mutuals anon msgs. me and lia know you were the one sending her anon msgs bc she blocked you, and you know it too! talking ab how her username is “corny” then reblogging the posts of her clocking your ass??? acting like it wasn’t YOU.

you tried to turn two writers who were already arguing against each other even more. we sat there and defended your ass even though you were the anon the entireeee time. you made a post saying “war has begun” to try and get us to attack bree’s friend. your weird ass stayed in that girl’s inbox after i told you to block her instead of doing the most. you’re lame and you’re bored.

it doesn't matter if you tagged her or not, you still said it. sliding into sb's inbox and telling 'em you're going to eat glass bc you made someone else uncomfortable is ABSURD. it doesn't matter if it isn't my drama, if i see bs ima say something, and there isn't a thing in the world you can do about it. your "rants" are a form of guilt tripping/manipulation. you're trying to victimize yourself and make us feel bad for you. well, we do not! i checked you once on discord. you said thank you. you said you were going to make an apology, but in that same “apology”, tried to justify your actions. i clocked that and unmutualed you. you then went to lia talking ab some "tell ash i said thanks for checking me" nd now you switched up. your thanks was revoked. all of a sudden, you're the victim again. all of a sudden, i’m ableist?? okayyyy niggaaaaaa 👎 boooo

Whisper Me A Love Song Episode 2 Review - A Date Between An Unmutual Love

It’s hilarious and cute how Yori is so down bad for this girl she just met. Actually, she’s not down bad. She’s down horrendous and has gay panics as strong as Uenoyama from Given. While it feels as if YoriHima (is that their ship name?) is fast-paced, I feel like it’s a slow-burn romance?

It’s nice that this episode is mainly used as a way for Yori and Himari to get to know each other. They learn more about each other like how Himari learns Yori likes cat merchandise, likes Russian Blue the most out of all the cat breeds, dresses stylishly and is actually not that much of an expert in guitars as she uses her father’s hand-me-down guitar. For Yori, she learns that Himari has a cat named Marota, likes to dress up for important dates, and really likes pasta to the point that Yori gets jealous over it. Yes, she thinks pasta is a love rival. The part where they get pair straps is cute!

I just can’t help but to feel a bit bad for Yori as she’s falling for Himari and her straightforwardness but Himari’s love isn’t the same. When will it become the same? It makes me wonder if this is going to take the entire season or if there will be a halfway point where their feelings are mutual and they start dating.

Now, the reveal that Aki has or had a crush on Yori is a bit interesting in terms of tension. She’s rather supportive of Yori and Himari getting together, meaning that she already knew her love for Yori would be unreciprocated. I just hope Aki won’t be a snake later on. I got my eye on you, Aki. You better not be a thorn on their side.

I honestly can’t wait to see how this will progress. Will Himari accept Yori’s confession or will it get delayed? What will happen next week?

I'm gonna apologize in advance for the profuse swearing but this is the only place I feel safe enough to vent and also long Covid is still messing with my moods so please just let me go off here.

But I'm fucking sick of people preaching 'liberal use of the block button' and that we don't need to justify to anyone why we block or unfollow them etc etc but who throw a fucking tantrum and act like a goddamn victim when they are ones who are blocked.

I removed a mutual as my follower and unfollowed, unfollowed! not even blocked! them because they basically gave me the cold shoulder for months while partying with other mutuals. It was getting to the point where opening up the app was giving me anxiety. So I decided to quietly unmutual us, thinking they wouldn't even notice, and go about my business.

I was literally blocked the next day and this person got all 'I have no idea what I did wrong. No idea why they unfollowed me,' blah blah making me look like the bad guy.

For fuck's sake. I'm not even mad they froze me out. No one owes me interaction, but at the same time the gall to be fucking 'surprised' and get all 'sad' when someone unfollows you when you blatantly ignore them is a little too much for me. 'Wanting your cake and eating it too' much?
