good morning, cool morning. when will the weather realize it's fall? i need crisp air and hot coffee to feel right in this world.

still relatively uncomfortable in my own skin... i'm getting stronger (manifesting, eating more, and working out) but my trickster brain tells me i'm just bloated 😪

i'll weigh myself tomorrow and see if the work i've put in has made any difference. fingers crossed.
