25. One thing you’d like new roleplayers to know?

Talk to people.

Be honest with them - tell them if a plot or a ship is making you uncomfortable or you don’t feel it.  Tell them if you need a break from writing with them or just want to try writing with other people.

I’m not saying you should be cruel to people or cast your friends aside, but just talk to your friends and be honest with them.  I would rather someone be honest with me, even if the truth was harsh, than carry on not knowing something or wrong or that someone was lying to me about something.

Talk to your mutuals, be transparent and open.  Don’t let small and petty bullshit get in the way of your friendships.  Even if you think that you’re sparing their feelings or that one little white lie won’t ruin your friendship, it doesn’t exactly lead to the healthiest relationship between you and others.  People aren’t mind readers so don’t expect them to be.  Don’t keep things bottled up or secret.

admittedly, i haven’t seen it but i wouldn’t be surprised if some people do - i just sort of grouped haru and futaba in together because my feelings on the two ships are very similar.

i’ve definitely seen haru and akechi shipped though.
