i'm with you about the season taking a while I really don't understand why people get so bothered by it lol and covid + the strikes had a way bigger impact than folks care to admit. a show of that size, with that much cgi and not many practical effects takes a LOT of time. even a 6 months delay has major impact and we're talking about almost 2 years of delays. Not to mention that is a huge cast where most of them got pretty famous and in demand due to the show so they're definitely having to film around everyone's schedule which is probably taking more time to film - like half of the cast had other movies + promo to do. then we have the ones that have music careers as well and like a life; personal stuff, like MBB, for example, who is getting married... aaaand they need breaks. they don't work 9-5 like most folks do (and i'm not saying this like woe is me because they get paid good money for this, but still). some days they're filming for 10+ hours every day of the week, ya know?

MBB was apparently proven to be in NYC during the time of the wrap party. Not there. I clicked around and to be honest, did not do a deep dive, but it does seem she was in New York.

I think the girl moved on a long time ago and that's her prerogative and it is what it is at this point. Personal feelings about her aside, positive or negative, and whether it really matters in the end - but I think that season 5 was a passion project for most of the cast and for her it was closing out the contractual obligation of a job. David Harbour, Winona, some others weren't there. Sure, most of the cast was, but we don't know schedules and other obligations. Wasn't he originally scheduled but pulled out of the lineup? He's been pretty booked and busy lately, right?

I'd imagine it was either something he had going on with his hundred and three commercials he's been doing lately hahaha or maybe it was something as simple as you said, something with his brother if his birthday was around that time and he would rather do that. I don't think we have much to worry about. I also really rather doubt Mike is dying. And he's soooo important, he's been on set just as much as Noah has been and we know Will is a huge focus.

There's going to be so many press and media appearances and interviews and all this as time goes on around the season, he'll be around. That's honestly impressive they got as many as they did to do the con there, pretty wild. I thought more would be missing. And I also don't see why they can't be expected to be professional about promo and fan stuff, as much as we joke about Noah and Finn being unable to not act up or spill. They could hold it back, I know they could. And they don't have to spin it either way, just add Finn with the other three boys as a Party lineup. Millie seems to always do panels solo anyway, they wouldn't put her with just Finn so I don't think at this point it would have ever in any sense of it been a Millie/Finn or Finn/Noah only panel.
