Day 8 #mayibeginyoga2015 is Vatayanasana, Horse Face Pose. Be sure that you have a deep half lotus for this pose and if not either take a simple tree as a replacement or modify by simply bending the leg underneath while it might seem awkward this pose is a great release of the lower back and prepares you for deeper poses in the Ashtanga 3rd and 4th series.
