okay this is selfish but i had wanted to see a carlitos-rafa match at madrid this year…. or i guess any tournament would do but yk how good both of them on spanish clay are

#sorry. the themes of it all #rafa’s last year; the most prolific spanish player ever; finally returning to clay this week #hes the king of clay!! forever!#whereas carlitos is EASILY poised to be the next best spaniard in the scene unless theyre somehow hiding someone from us idk lol #a little big three-next gen action….. well im always defenceless against that #mostly im just scared for carlos in general but hopefully his withdrawal is all just precautionary and not actually too serious #maybe they’ll play together at roland garros or something #tennis
