One time at as s4 bonding session, everyone ended up talking about their childhoods and reminiscing how fun they were and comparing experiences. They asked Fushimi about himself and he did not have any fun childhood experiences. Not even a birthday party either! Everyone thinks it's awful how much he missed out on. This conversation gives Munakata an idea for their next group bonding activity.

Why did this immediately make me think of S4 having a party at some kind of Chuck E. Cheese-style restaurant, Munakata happily letting everyone play games and enjoy the ball pit XD Imagine the squad are sharing some wholesome childhood memories, one of the rare bonding sessions that actually didn’t turn out too bad. Munakata starts by talking about some of the enjoyable days of his youth, speaking about things that happened less than twenty years ago the same way old men talk about the war. The squad are all encouraged to talk about their favorite childhood memory and they find it surprisingly easy to discuss, imagine Hidaka laughing about all the times he got in trouble or Doumyouji talking about his favorite birthday party.

That’s when they get to Fushimi’s turn and he’s asked to share a favorite childhood memory, Fushimi responds with a blunt ‘none.’ The squad exchange glances and Akiyama delicately says that Fushimi must have a good memory from being a child right, Fushimi again says ‘none.’ Hidaka’s like okay what about your birthday, you had to have a good birthday party right and Fushimi gives him this look like since when are birthdays happy, birthdays are just a day for people to play pranks on you. Imagine he’s not even saying this in a way like he recognizes how fucked up it is, Fushimi’s just very exasperated and matter of fact all who would have happy childhood memories how stupid. Of course the squad all feel bad now, imagine poor Hidaka half in tears because Fushimi has to have at least one good memory (technically he does too, but they all involve Yata and pre-ROK Fushimi refuses to think about those memories).

So then a few weeks later Munakata takes everyone out for a new fun bonding experience, the squad are like oh no are we going skydiving without parachutes again. Instead he takes them to a fun indoor children’s restaurant, the kind where little kids have pizza parties and play games and where the entire indoor area is probably covered in a fine layer of grease and germs. Munakata has bought out the entire place for the day, encouraging everyone to find their inner child and enjoy themselves to their heart’s content. Fushimi gives Munakata a what the hell look and Munakata says he thought they could celebrate Fushimi’s birthday this way. Fushimi’s like it isn’t even my birthday and Munakata says he sees no reason why they should wait for Fushimi’s birthday to give him a party.

Of course initially Fushimi has no interest in this at all but imagine he ends up unexpectedly getting pulled into it, like Hidaka drags him over to play skeeball and Fushimi’s competitive side awakens, then he ends up playing arcade games while the squad clusters around him amazed at his high score. Munakata even gives Fushimi a ‘subtle nudge’ into the ball pit with his Blue power and Fushimi makes sure to at least drag Munakata in with him (also later Doumyouji surprises him and Fushimi attempts to drown him in the ball pit). In truth everyone has a great time and afterward Munakata wonders if Fushimi enjoyed his birthday party, Fushimi clicks his tongue and mutters that it still isn’t his birthday…but maybe it wasn’t so bad.

[extra] sorry if i haven't posted much lately, i'll try my best to keep posting regularly, i just haven't been feeling my best lately. i'll post another request later this month and the rest of the parts

★ RIDDLE ROSEHEARTS

He found out when he caught a glance at your scars. You were at Heartslabyul helping out with the preparations at an unbirthday party, and he happened to be nearby when he spotted them. Riddle immediately panics, thinking you were hurt by someone else in NRC.

Grabs you by the hand and takes you away to a secluded area, demanding an explanation. Don't get him wrong; he isn't angry at you; he's angry at whoever did this to you, telling you they will pay for hurting you.

Doesn't know what to say when you tell him about why those scars are there in the first place. He certainly wasn't expecting this, and he has never met anybody who did this either. When you start crying over his silence, he panics and hugs you, assuring you he isn't angry at you. Riddle feels awful; he doesn't know what to say, so he just hugs you while you pour your heart out. He held you by the hand for the rest of the unbirthday party, not leaving your side.

Riddle starts reading a lot of information about why this happened in the first place, wanting you to seek help. He spends a lot of time in the library researching and stays up reading websites offering advice.

He snaps at Ace when he makes fun of you (even if it's in a non-serious way), he gets really protective, wanting you to not feel alone. He also texts more now, asking you how you're feeling and checking up on you.

★ RUGGIE BUCCHI

He was staying the night in Ramshackle when you told him to wait for you a bit, since you needed to go to the bathroom. Ruggie didn't mean to snoop around, he swears, but he checked your bedside table's drawers to see if you kept a snack or something he could eat since he was hungry. He was expecting to find something like cookies or maybe a book you borrowed from the library, but he found a couple of blades and tissues with dried blood.

Ruggie immediately closes the drawer, freaking out over what he finds. He knows what's going on now; he can't find another reasonable explanation. He doesn't know how to confront you now; he feels guilty that he wasn't able to notice before. He's supposed to be dating you; how didn't he see this coming?

He finds the courage to ask you when you come out of the bathroom. You ask him why he looks pale and has his ears flattened, and he decides to make you sit down and then ask.

He tries his hardest not to cry when he sees the scars, but you tell him they are healed, so it isn't recent. Ruggie caresses them with his fingers, so you can feel a little comfort. He hugs you when you cry and doesn't leave your side until you feel a little bit better.

Since then, he has made sure to take time out of his scheduled duties to check on you. He also got rid of the blades or anything sharp, tossing them in the trash. He starts saving money to take you to a therapist on Sage's Island, but if you don't want to go, he won't force you either, but he's worried. Ruggie tells you to come to him if you feel bad, so he can lend an ear and comfort you. He's your boyfriend after all; he's meant to be with you in good and bad, he says.

★ KALIM AL-ASIM

Kalim texted you, asking you to come to Scarabia. He had a big surprise for you that he had been dying to show you the whole week.

He almost tackled you to the ground with all of the excitement he felt as he led you to his room. You were sitting on his bed, hugging one of his pillows that had those expensive silk covers, when he pulled an expensive outfit out of his closet that he bought for you.

Kalim gave it to you, bouncing on his toes, waiting for you to try it on. You looked at it for a while in silence, and he noticed your sad expression and asked what was wrong. Did he get the wrong size? Did you not like it?

You start crying while you tell him that you can't wear it because it shows your scars, and you show him what you meant. Kalim feels like his whole world came crashing down right at that moment. He cries when you tell him; he can't imagine how much pain you must have felt for you to recur to self-harm, and he hugs you while apologizing for not realizing before. You assure him it wasn't his fault, but he still kisses your tears away.

If he acted very clingy before, he is even more clingy now. He doesn't want you to feel unloved and wishes you knew how much you meant to him. Kalim asks you to please text him when you feel like hurting yourself so he can be there for you and distract you.

Deuce seeing Joker for the first time:

There were an awful lot of first-years being sorted through at the commencement ceremony, and Deuce was trying so hard to concentrate, he found himself not paying much attention to many of his fellow classmates at all, and was only vaguely aware of the other new students that shuffled along with him back to Heartslabyul. The next few days, too, were a bit chaotic, with everything that was happening with that new Ramshackle student, that pain in the butt roommate of his, and, oh yeah, that thing happening with Riddle. Plus in classes, he was keeping his head down a lot and trying so hard to focus!! So it took him until the second unbirthday party to notice her.

And he had no idea what took him so long. She had a laugh that he could hear clear across the rose maze, and when she came up to see if she could sample the housewarden's baking, he could barely form a reply, and just shoved a plate at her awkwardly. And she giggled at that, making his heart start feeling funny. And then the little nose wrinkle when she tasted the salty oyster sauce in the tart...

Unfortunately, Deuce was already down bad.

When she leaned over to whisper "You know, Deuce, I think perhaps housewarden Rosehearts should stick to his day job," Deuce replied with a devastatingly clever "kagsgsisjsv". Smooth. As. Silk.

And THEN he had NO idea how she knew his NAME and oh haha ok it turns out she sits behind him in like every class what the hell Deuce why have you not paid attention?

Epel seeing Punch for the first time:

Epel, he notices the big guy during club recruitment. Punch is unsubtly being approached by several of the athletics clubs, and is awkwardly and politely *turning them down*. The heck?? Look at that idjit's *shoulders*! Why's that big lug lettin' all that go to *waste*?! Why is he talkin' to that durned Ashengrotto?? Board games???? What??????

A discussion later (it turns out they share a class or three), and Epel finds out that Punch was just holding out for a hockey club, then saw his dorm leader's floating tablet and wound up getting talked into joining. For the love of lil' green apples, what is WITH this guy? Anyway, they become workout buddies as a result bc Punch doesn't want to fall out of practice just because he's not actively playing.

Epel occasionally tries (unsuccessfully) to get Punch to switch to spelldrive. Maybe one day he'll get a game with him.

Trey seeing Joker for the first time:

So as we know (as per one of their ceremonial robes vignettes, i forget which), Cater and Trey got a good look at the incoming freshmen as they received their dorm assignments, and tried to guess where each of them would go. Cater commented to Trey about the long-haired girl with the red lipstick, and Trey got a good look at her just as the mirror announced her Heartslabyul assignment. She gave a huge, happy, relieved smile, and he, of course, noticed immediately that her teeth were just perfect. I mean, yes, cute face nice hair and this and that but that smile, huh. This girl flosses.

Rook seeing Bobby for the first time:

Rook periodically revisits his original dorm; he's still quite attached to Savanaclaw, and is very much an admirer of the wild beauty on display within the dorm. He first sees Bobby during one of his clandestine visits - he wasn't expecting to see anyone else using one of his rooftop hiding places, let alone with a bow and arrow! Ah, quelle surprise! And the lad seems to be a good shot, as well. How intriguing! Perhaps he should subtly leave a message regarding the upcoming archery competition in the courtyard...

Floyd seeing Joker for the first time:

What. Was. That. Sound??

Floyd poked his head out of the Mostro lounge kitchen. That music was different~! That wasn't a piano or a guitar or a saxamophone at all! That was chords and melody all at the same time, and a rhythm too! Ohhhhh man. He was itching to dance already. He pushed aside some other students, approaching the little stage where the lounge staged its live performers.

Okay, there was a bassist, boring. Some guy on drums, whatever, anyone can do a drum. Some singer. Okay. What was making that sound though??

Then he saw the last performer. And oh, she was cute. All squishy and adorable, with a big cheery grin. Long swirly hair that bounced with the beat of the music. And that INSTRUMENT! A keyboard on one side, an array of buttons on the other, and a big ol' whatsit. A bellows? Maybe? In between the two big panels, and it squished and stretched in and out while she played.

Floyd was poised to pounce. He wanted to try that, too! It looked so fun!! He was ready to clamber onto the stage when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He whipped his head around, glaring daggers that quickly retracted. He wasn't gonna be too mad at Azul, even if he was chewing him out for leaving a pan burning on the stove.

After all, he had to ask Azul who this girl was, and then he was gonna wanna try her weird instrument. Maybe he could squeeze it and her at the same time. That'd be fun.

Lilia seeing Sia for the first time:

Sia transferred into NRC as a third year student, and found herself in a slightly awkward position on her first day of classes. Everyone else already knew one another, and eyed the new girl with a hint of suspicion. She wound up taking a seat towards the back of the room, without wondering why there were so many available seats. Lilia was immediately curious. Who was this girl, who was willing to sit in the periphery of Malleus's overwhelming aura? Oh, and is that an oatmilk latte she has, too? He's never seen this kitty before. He'd have to say hello; it wasn't often that he was willing to acknowledge that he was the second-cutest in the room, but he would admit defeat this time, soon as he found out her name.

Sebek seeing Joker for the first time:

Sebek was absolutely aghast. He was glad that Coach Vargas had acknowledged that he was one of the top students in the class - as he SHOULD! Sebek was proud of the results of his training! - but because of that? He was selected as a peer coach to help out some of the human students that haven't quite got the knack of using their physical prowess and magic to fly. Honestly. They're human, he's fae, there's no way to teach that!! If Malleus hadn't made such a deal of how it would reflect well on him and the dorm, Sebek would have refused to do it outright!!

And what a pathetic human they gave him, too. Soft and overfed, sturdy enough on land but fell apart when a mere ten feet above the ground. And the yelling! He would firmly give his instructions, and she would practically scream back at him to stop being so loud and pompous! Ridiculous!! But he had to get her to do well, or his failure would reflect poorly on Malleus-sama.

So he tried. And tried. And shadowed her, giving constant directions, and just getting human attitude back. And just as she finally reached an adequate minimum height for their flight requirements, she whirled on the broom to scream at him again, went pale, and dropped like a stone.

So of course Sebek had to dive after her. And pluck her from the air to keep her from crash landing. And... huh. She's certainly clingy. And why does he smell roses??

He lowers his broom to the ground, holding onto her with one arm, and a red ribbon flutters to the ground after them. He looks down at her, her hair loose and windblown instead of the tight bun he'd been tapping impatiently all day.

And for the first time, he sees a smile cross those ridiculous red lips.

It wasn't unpleasant.

A Very UnBirthday - Struck by Love Legacy Challenge - Episode 10

Maeve and Star threw a birthday party for Naomi turning into a teenager! They threw it at the local park that they have all come to love! Maeve invited Akira, Grace, and their child since they are still related to Naomi. They haven't heard from Akira in years yet Maeve was still hopeful that he would show up for his daughter turning into a teenager.

Star forgot something and had to go back to the apartment. On her way back she ran into Grace at the park entrance.

Grace looking up and down at Star: So, you're the new, young partner!

Star confused: Huh? What's that supposed to mean?

Grace: My bad, I'm Grace. Akira's fiancé. I just thought you looked like Maeve's new partner, maybe I'm wrong.

Star starting to realize who she was and decided to play dumb, even though she knew the whole history: Oh, I haven't heard of you! I'm Star Pina!

Grace rolls her eyes: Like you don't know who I am. I'm sure Maeve has told you everything, aren't you like together together?

Star still playing dumb: Yeah, We are. But you never came up! I'm sure you're great though.

Star attempts to not laugh as she says the last part.

Grace crosses her arms: Okay, keep lying, whatever. I'm just glad that Maeve moved on and stopped harassing my fiancé to come see her kids. He doesn't want them. He wants my kids.

Star notices that Grace is pregnant: Oh, Congrats on the pregnancy! It was super nice meeting you, Gabrielle! Good luck!

Star all but runs away from Grace not wanting to be in that conversation anymore. Star wasn't going to ruin this for Naomi. She was just gonna tell Maeve that Grace is here and maybe Akira? Star didn't know if it was both of them or just Grace, but she was still going to tell Maeve.

Over by the picnic area, all the party guests surrounded Naomi as she was standing by her cake! They sang the Happy Birthday song to her before she below her candles out.

Maeve: Blow out the candles sweetie! Make a wish!

Star: Woo! Yeah! Happy Birthday!

Naomi closes her eyes and makes a wish. She promised that she wouldn't tell anyone what her wish was so that it would come true, or at least that's what the kids at school said!

The party continued on with people talking, skating on the skating ring, and eating cake! Naomi got herself a piece of cake and sat down next to Grace.

Grace: Happy Birthday Naomi! You've turned into a beautiful young lady!

Naomi: Thanks Grace, I'm glad you're here. You've always come to my birthday parties.

Grace: I was worried your mom wouldn't invite me, truthfully. And you know, your father loves you, he's just so busy.

Naomi: I haven't seen my dad in years, do you keep in touch with him?

Grace surprised that Naomi didn't know that they were together, or possibly didn't know they had a child, that she had a step-sister: Your father and I are together. You have a step-sister the same age as Kaito.

Naomi shocked and suddenly looks over to her mom, how could she not tell Naomi about her father and his new relationship. Naomi thought that it would be important to know that your dad has a new family. Why hasn't he been by to see me? Naomi went through so many emotions sitting there next to Grace: I didn't know....

Grace: Well, I figured your mother would be bitter so she would've told you. I can't help it that he didn't love your mother, and truly loved me. He tried to stay with that horrible woman for the sake of you kids but she made things worse for him and was so hateful and mean towards him. He had to come to my loving arms and seek healing and be heathy for you kids.

This information only furthered confused Naomi, she hadn't seem him in years and if that was the case, wouldn't he have tried to see them?

Naomi: Why haven't we seen him then?

Grace: That wicked woman! Your mother keeps you kids away from him, away from us because she's jealous of the love that Akira and I share.

Naomi looks over to her mother and Star having a conversation: I didn't think that was possible. She has Star, and Star moved in. She's moved on from dad. Mom always says that dad is too busy to come see us, not that she was keeping us from him.

Grace: Why would she tell you that she was keeping you from him? That wouldn't make her a victim, but the real victim is your father!

Naomi: Thanks for telling me Grace, can I come by and meet my sibling?

Grace: Yes of course honey. And we're expecting another bundle of joy, a baby brother for you and Kaito and Phoebe.

Naomi: Sounds great, I'll be in contact with you. Here's my phone number.

Naomi and Grace share numbers and promise to meet up soon.

Naomi leaves the conversation a little lost and confused. She didn't think that her mom would do that to her. It seemed like her dad didn't care for her or Kaito. If what Grace said was true, surely there would be evidence on her mom's phone. Or she could talk to her.... No, Naomi decided her mom wouldn't tell her the truth. She had to find out for herself.

Akira and Grace leaving the birthday party early.

Akira visibly annoyed: Why did we even come?

Grace: Did you not want to rub it in Maeve's face that you moved on to me and we are happy?

Akira: We can do that in the home that she no longer habitats. We can post photos on Social Bunny and she can be jealous online. This just confuses the kids.

Grace: Did you ever talk to your kids?

Akira unbothered: No, they don't need me, they have Maeve.

Grace: Is that how you feel about our kids? That they don't need you? We have another one on the way Akira.

Akira: You're the one that wanted them. Not my fault you don't know how to use birth control..

Grace angry: Okay, Akira, blame me for the life you have now. It's not my fault you don't know how to use protection or pull out.

I think that after an Unbirthday party, a yandere Riddle would take the teacup you used and kiss or lick where your lips touched so he can imagine how it would be to kiss you, maybe he touches himself while he does that. Better start bringing your own thermos with tea after you find out.

Disgusting! I can imagine, considering his upbringing, that jacking off really wasn't on the forefront of his mind, so that leads to him being easily aroused and oh so sensitive. Really, the thought of just, sneaking your cup away after the party was a fleeting one, so for the first few times he tried to ignore it, tried to not get annoyed and irritated when the cup would get taken away. But, as with all yandere's, Riddle had to give into that urge eventually.

He copies the way you held your cup, even sits in his chair and tried to perfectly replicate the scene until he finally gets a taste. He feels disgusting for the fact that he enjoyed what little there was left. The rush that goes through his spine and the heat pooling in his hips and stomach. He probably refuses to masturbate as a way to convince himself that it's not that bad if he doesn't. This was a one time thing, he wont do it again. A set of rules he placed upon himself so that he doesn't go too far.

Minako Sakamaki

Yukiharu's way of calling: Minako-san

At first, Yukiharu didn't quite like Minako since she was a little bit too similar to his family tree. They weren't in good terms, but not in bad terms either as they sometimes said something with eachothers. Yukiharu thought she was crazy, but didn't care about it.

Now, they seems to get along more. As Minako is Half-Blood like him, they bonded over that well. Yukiharu often gifted Minako a drawing about her, as that was the only way for him to express care. They now think of Minako as a friend, which was kinda rare.

Freya Grimoire

Yukiharu's way of calling: Freya-san, Grimoire-san

Freya first met Yukiharu at the Mirror Halls, and locked eyes with his dull black one. She thought he was cold, yet probably lived a sad and empty life. She felt worried, as she has never seen a pair of eyes that were too emotionless like that. Until they learned their name when they said it in front of the Mirror: "Yukiharu Shirokami."

Perviously Akihabara, now Tokyo the Shirokami clan was infamous that it has became a urban myth and spreaded widely until today. Freya has heard the legend from their aunts, but didn't think it was real.

Freya met Yukiharu again, this time at the Unbirthday Party. His neck was sliced by Riddle's collar, blood dyed on their white blazer. It was both Freya and Ace who bought them to the infirmary.

They are in good terms. Since Freya is good at caring, Yukiharu often asks them about how to express kindness. Freya thinks Yukiharu is nice, but doesn't know how to show it.

Mia D'Angelo

Yukiharu's way of calling: Mia-san

Basically, Mia was scared of Yukiharu.

It wasn't something special, the reason was because of Yukiharu's eyes. They were cold, dark and scary!! And not to mention his face has never formed a smile at all!

But one time, when Mia tripped and fell on the field, it was Yukiharu who lifted her up. He then put her on a chair nearby and bandage it carefully. Although they didn't say something, Mia could feel care in his actions.

Since then, Mia got closer with him. She often give him candy or sweets, as a way to say "Thank you!"

Don't get him wrong, he doesn't hate children. But they reminded him of his past, about how he got beaten up. Atleast, he give her a drawing. Well, that's a first step, maybe?

Actually, book 6 happen around maybe 2 or so weeks since the end of VDC. Since we did see our newly renovated dorm, and Jamil (or Kalim?) even mentioned how it has been a while since the VDC's group chat has been active and they're called to a meeting. Meaning there are quite a long time gap between the two books, hence why I said we could fit in Shido's palace between them while having S.T.YX happen between Shido's palace and the final p5 battle.

I REALLY love your expansion of my ideas. You really make it clear how hard life is for this AU Riddle. He is a nice guy that cares a lot about people, but has a lot on his plate, even much more than Ren ever has (and he has a LOT). The whole time I reading your answer I can't help but continue to feels bad for Riddle and wish to give him some hugs. And strawberry tart. Lots of it.

Also, what I meant by another Montblanc incident: it wasn't ADeuce that make it. It was Trey, or maybe the other students that decided to make a surprise Unbirthday Party. They do invited ADeuce and Yu and Grimm, who are busy with VDC, but they're merely "guests". The students already tried to follow all the rules for Unbirthday Party, it just so happen they forgot about rule number 562. It didn't help that Trey also don't remember.

But I also adore your take on his OB and the situations leading to it.

Really, poor Riddle. Happy to see Ren cares a lot and instantly rushed in to hug him. I can just imagine the shock of everyone when he just suddenly shows up and jump in to to see Riddle. Also, he totally drop all of his plans and any confidant meetings just to see Riddle.

On that note, I am curious about Riddle's confidants. While I know the other PT will be part of his confidants, I want to know who are his other confidants? Is Floyd included as one of his confidants? 👀

Also, that idea for Maruki and Malleus is interesting. Just like I said, I don't think Malleus's OB will take a long time just like the others. Considering he has the ability to stop time, it make perfect sense that it will feels as if nothing change. But from book 7 we know outside of his magic dome, the world continue as it is. So if Maruki's mendling causing a distortion in Metaverse and the bridge between TWST and P5, what if Malleus's "blessing" also the reason why Riddle is now trapped in the Velvet Room?

Now I just imagine Malleus was looking at everyone's dreams, but then get confused when he failed to find Riddle's. He know Yu and Grimm are now bothering his plan with the help of Silver and Sebek. But Riddle's is no where to be seen.

Unbeknownst to him, Riddle is currently cursing up a storm towards him and whoever this Maruki that Lavenza and Ren told him about.

Well... I will have to argue on the book 6 timeline a bit. :v

It is not entirely wrong the 'a few weeks passed since the VDC', But actually, book 6 first started with trying to find Grim in the same night he attacked us, basically on the VDC day. This ties up book 5's cliffhanger to book 6's plot, since Grim is still missing even the next days, when Vil calls in the VDC tribe to discuss about their performance. Only then we get hit with the news of the prize money parts from Vil, Kalim, Rook, Jamil and Epel being directed towards Ramshackle's renovation. That's the time when charons come and the action takes place. Now in the 'a few weeks after' scene is mentioned how Yuu and Grim had to sleep at Poemfiore and Idia still didn't return to school. Therefore the renovated Ramshackle scene is actually the Aftermath of book 6, when we finally hear from Idia and Ortho and conclude their story.

So basically book 6 starts immediately after VDC, the STIX shenanigans a few days after VDC, taking less than 2 days, than we skip our stay in poemfiore to a few weeks-almost a month, until the Ramshackle is fully renovated and the book finishes.

That's why I said the STIX intervention happens before Shido's palace, because it's very short and it actually falls better in place plot wise, without adding too much on the plate. :v

That aside now...

For the OB, the mont blanc Scenario makes much more sense now that you mentioned it. :'3

As for my take, at the base I wanted to give him a motive to hold in and endure. Just so that Riddle will have a motivation of pushing forward, only for his goal to be taken away just because of his own negligence towards a tiny detail. It just that little light and hope of things getting better being crushed right before his eyes. :)

And Ren-Riddle friendship is everything U-U9 Just 2 wildcards having a long and tight friendship.

As for the confidants themselves, mostly when I decide for them, I use tarot cards upside down meanings to establish what problems they have that the wildcard tries to help with. It's kind of the same thing in og P5. A good example would be Makoto's confidant story. The upside down priestess means a hidden agenda, harm and secrets, which describe the situation that Makoto is, trying to warn her new friend about that dangerous boy she was with.

Also there's the councilor and faith cards in royale whom I have no idea what they represent upside down so imma exclude them :'3

As for Riddle's confidants, since already I had them decided for pttw, I don't want to use the same thing, so we are going to switch them around. :3

For Floyd... Initially in PTTW I assigned to him the high priestess(that reminds me to get my ass back on those stained glass pieces)

But in here, he would hold the Hanged man arcana. It fits him more in here, although I did contemplate on the temperance arcana for a while.

Well for the Maruki and Malleus situation... We all know Aketchi and Riddle both will make a commune accord to just gun their way out of this mess.

And Malleus 100% figures out something is fishy about rosehearts, but right now silver, Sebek, Yuu and grim are messing up his plans so the redhead has to wait. :'3

If you knew trying to get THE Leona kingscholar attention would be so hard…you might have broken down in tears. It wasn't easy trying to catch the beastmen's attention by the amount of times you failed in the past.

You tried everything! And literally EVERYTHING to get Leona to notice you. By getting good grades, doing well in flight class, and hell- even trying to get into a fight with some random student to prove that you're strong…totally didn't end well.

You sighed as you threw yourself on your bed as grim just snicker at your form.

"You're still trying? I thought you would've given up after the second fail attempt of trying to get his affection" 

"Shut it"

"I'm just saying!"

You sigh one last time and roll over so that you're now facing the ceiling. You pressed your lips into a thin line as you started thinking of 100 different ways to get Leona attention.

"And there he goes again with the plans" Grim says to no one as he leaves the room to not hear you rant about your plans.

"And then maybe- eh? Grim where did you go?"

It Was the next day. You were running on 2 hours of sleep after staying up all night thinking about ways to catch the eye of the young beastmen while also trying to study for an exam that was in 2 days.

The way cater would buy matching outfits for the two of you and post it on magicam and have people think you two are a couple.

How idia would invite you over to play games for the whole night and watch anime while snacking because you're the only one he trusts to bring to his room besides ortho.

Malleus who would invite you out to take night strolls around ramshackles and would literally not stop looking at you the whole time with adoring eyes.

Lilia who would take you around to explore twisted wonderland and see new things and places. Fun adventures that he loves to have with you.

You didn't notice some of their obvious hints of them liking you because all of your attention was set on Leona. 

So of course you didn't know that the letters and gifts you have been receiving were from them.

"Another one?" Ace asks as he sees you take another letter from your bag.

the moment trey clover had heard the rosehearts name come out of one of the incoming student's mouth, he knew he could do something now. his regrets with not helping riddle when he should have could finally be quelled and maybe, just maybe, he could still indirectly help him.

he made it his goal that day to establish a relationship with them. he figured it would be easy, right? he was good friends with riddle despite his mother's teachings so it should be the same case with them, right?

wrong.

he learned this fact fairly quickly when (name) rosehearts merely responded with short answers to his questions. "they're fine" were the usual responses he was given. it wasn't too often that he would something other than that.

and that fact... bothered him to a certain extent. sure, he was used to the more silent members of the dorm. that characteristic was quite prevalent considering riddle's tendencies. however, their silence was different. it wasn't as if they were scared or nervous about messing up. it wasn't as if they were a naturally quiet person. it was as if they merely lacked the ability to be anything but that.

maybe riddle had good insight into this strange aspect of his sibling. he had to, right?

"riddle," trey called to the redhead, who simply paused in his writing. his head twitched slightly, a signal he often used to permit trey to continue. "i'm... curious about your sibling. would it be too much for me to ask?"

"what about?" he hummed in reponse. his brief pause ceased as his hand started to move, scribbling something on a paper that trey could only assume was for the upcoming unbirthday party.

"they seem..." robotic? apathetic? what would be a good word to describe them? "how do i put this... indifferent?"

"how so?" riddle's tone rubbed trey the wrong way. he couldn't really express that, though, could he?

"ah, they just... they... are quite obedient, i guess is a good way to put it? very quiet, as well."

"i see... and is that a bad thing?" ah. so that's how it is. "mother would be proud of them. maybe i should write her a letter..."

proud of them? trey held back a grumble, something he found himself doing often when riddle's mother was brought up.

in hindsight, maybe he should have expected this. if riddle was the way he was, why did he expect his younger sibling to be any different? correction: they were different, but for the worse.

was apathy a praised trait in the rosehearts family? it couldn't be, right? riddle was the furthest from apathetic as far as trey was concerned. so why? why was (name) rosehearts different from riddle? they were only a year or so younger than him, right? so why were they different? and... if they were different, is trey too late? did he fail before he could even begin?

"trey," riddle called after a few minutes, holding out a paper for trey to grab. "here. a copy of the upcoming unbirthday plans. please carry them out accordingly."

"...of course," was all trey could say as he took the paper from riddle's hand. his eyes glanced over the next paper his hand hovered over, a neatly written "dear mother" in the left corner.

"(name)!" trey called out as he spotted the first year. the little rosehearts paused for a moment, allowing trey to catch up to them. he smiled softly at them, muttering, "good morning," under his breath.

they merely nodded in response.

"how are your classes so far? i'm sure professor crewel's already started on memorization, right?" trey hummed, only to earn another nod in return. and trey could only sigh in response.

another failed attempt, he would note, pushing his glasses up. he managed to fall in step with the little rosehearts, something he often found himself struggling with due to their smaller stature. he rattled on and on the same way he always did. he talked and talked and talked and--

"you'll be late." their voice made trey pause. he tilted his head, as if he were about to ask a question, but stopped when (name) nodded up at the clock in the hall.

"ah! sorry, i guess i got caught up again," trey laughed awkwardly before bidding farewell to the little rosehearts, scurrying down the hall in search of his classroom. (name), on the other hand, paid no mind to their vice house warden and, instead, walked into the classroom.

what nagged at trey over the school day was the words he had yet to see on the paper riddle was writing that morning. he was so sure that it was ms. rosehearts's fault for her children's behavior. he had seen it with riddle growing up and now he had to see the repercussions in (name).

so what could riddle have been ready to write?

"mother would be proud of them. maybe i should write her a letter..."

if riddle was going to write to his mother about his sibling's obedience, or rather their apathy towards anything, what would happen the next time a break comes around?

—IN WHICH. Riddle always had to have an expression of elegance and seriousness, but away prying eyes he wishes he was with you.

Riddle was prepping himself up for today, hair straight, clothes clean, gifts ready. Today wasn't an Unbirthday, he was finally going to confess to you!

He asked you to meet up in the Mostro Lounge. He had planned to treat you to dinner first. Then he would take you Heartslabyul to confess.

It was 11:43 and he was already heading to Octavinelle, he liked to be early. But he wasn't expecting you to also be there on time, he learned to calm down a bit after his Overblot.

Arriving onto the lounge, he saw you in a booth chatting away with Azul, he dismissed it as friendly chat.

"Good Afternoon, [name]" he formally greeted you. "Riddle! Hi!" You had offered him a smile and gestured him to sit down, while Azul bid you goodbye, with a bit of blush on his face.

"If you don't mind me asking, what were you and Azul talking about?" The red-head asked. "Oh, nothing! He was just trying to rope me into some of his contracts again." Contracts..? But then why would he have some blush on his face? Riddke thought. He hid those thoughts and was probably overthinking.

After a bit of chit-chat, a server finally came for your orders. "And, what are you guys orders tonight?" You answered him with one of the set combos, while Riddle also wanted to try the combo. "Okay, now we have a couple discount here for 25% percent, to apply could you show us your student IDs?" The server asked

A bit flustered that he had though you and Riddke were together you politely say that you are infact not a couple. Least to say, Riddle was kind of disappointed that you two were not a couple but was you did say was factually correct..

After, the food arrived and you two started to eat, you thanked Riddle for treating you, continuing with more praises. Of course he had blushed furiously, unluckily this caught Floyd's eyes. Shrimpy and Goldfish together?

The eel walked towards you two to interrogate. Weren't you and Azul close? Eh, that was the least of his worries, now he just wants to tease Riddle.

"Goldfishy~! You on a date?" Riddle was peacefully having a great dinner with you till' he heared that godforsaken voice. "What do you want Floyd." He replied, obviously irritated. You picked up on this and tried stopping then before they start arguing again.

"Hey, hey! Floyd could you, uh- go away for a bit?" You asked the eel. "Huh, your no fun." He pouted while walking away.

Finally finishing, and paying the bill you two were getting up to leave when Azul stopped you. "[name], I have to talk with you."he said while pulling you aside. Before being dragged somewhere you mouthed a 'wait' to Riddle. So he went and waited outside the Lounge.

Some might say you're extremely lazy; guaranteed to skip classes or dorm leader meetings when possible, being the first one to leave when forced to attend. You're quite infamous for such truancy.

You are, quite frighteningly, skilled in fighting, violence without brute, a keen intuition. You, however, you won't admit it out loud, that you remain indebted to your peers unselfish warmth and goodwill, and you would protect them when necessary.

Riddle Rosehearts

One glance from you was enough to make him gulp. You have some sort of menacing aura even Riddle can't explain well enough.

Being the dorm leader of Ramshackle, Riddle is furious on how you don't take dorm leader meetings seriously. Besides Malleus (due to them forgetting to tell him-), you are constantly reminded of such, yet you never attend any of them.

When you're forced to go, you seemed sulky and bored, not paying attention to what everyone else is saying and discussing.

He's annoyed by it, and he always nags you with furious passion about you needing to attend them, as well as other important periods like classes.

You remind him of Floyd, just more "mature" and less lighthearted. You glare back at him, unbothered by his own angry face, and told him off.

You constantly get on his nerves! It's so irritating!

After much persuasion, nagging, fussing over you, sometimes nagging you not to skip lunch and other basic care you seem to have neglected,

he realises you're not as bad as he first thought you were.

Sure, you're still as lazy as ever, still skipping classes and meetings,

but you were more willing when others force you to attend, albeit still grumbling, you actually walked your way to Heartslabyul to attend Riddle's Unbirthday Party when he gave you an invitation, with no one else forcing you.

Riddle realises you're quite solemn. Not saying that you're intimidating front don't translate that, but you feel grateful that he didn't really leave you or give up on you despite your behaviour.

He was surprise when you fought with Leona during his overblot event, stating how you won't lose for him. <3

Trey Clover

Oh boy. He only knows about you because of how Riddle passionately and VERY furiously rants about you not taking anything seriously, and that you're disrespecting the school.

Trey also never sees you walking around campus, or in any class since you never attend them either. Divus is most upset about it-

It was only when he decided enough is enough, tired of having Riddle's blood boiled to an inhuman degree, he made his way to Ramshackle with some pastries in a basket to perhaps bribe you into coming to classes and meetings.

That wasn't much of the case.

You knew, and you harshly decline them, much to Trey's surprise. You told him off, saying it was none of his business, and that he shouldn't bother. Trey was taken aback, not knowing what else to say as you slammed the door on him, leaving him stunned.

But Trey didn't really leave you afterwards, instead doing the same thing again, but with no pastries. It was quite stupid, even he himself thought so, but it was worth to try.

Eventually, you finally let him in, and he looks in horror how he realises you didn't clean up much of Ramshackle, still looking like, well, a ramshackle.

He helps you clean up, even if sometimes you're maybe too sceptical on why he helps, he genuinely feels this isn't the right environment to live in in NRC.

Eventually, you warmed up to him, your actions speak louder than words when you finally, FINALLY, attend one meeting each month at least, just so Trey wouldn't suffer hearing Riddle's outburst, and helping him in the kitchen, forcing him to let you help him (to which he sweatdropped-)

He does sometimes have to hold you back from attacking people who insults him (although very rarely-), and he tells you he's alright, so long as you're with him. <3

Just don't murder anyone please-

Malleus Draconia

Malleus is not intimidated by you. Well, not to say he doesn't feel tense around you, he just isn't scared when he sees your intimidating looks.

He himself is like that, too. He probably sees that as your normal resting face.

In any case, he also doesn't attend dorm leader meetings, but that's because no one tells him. You on the other hand, he hears from Lilia, have always gotten constant reminders, yet you choose not to go. Malleus is quite intrigued by your behaviour. You choose not to go? How interesting.

He also doesn't see you walking around campus, since you also skipped a lot of your classes.

He was curious as of to why, and decided to ask you that question himself by going to Ramshackle. While he has been there a few times, he doesn't see you there surprisingly, he wonders what you're doing most of the time.

Either way, he finds a very irritated and messy you, your hair ruffled in different directions, clearly neglecting to comb or brush your hair properly. He wasn't bothered by it, and asked you quite bluntly.

You squinted and frowned. You told him off by saying it was none of his business, and that he shouldn't be nosy in other people's lives, before you slammed the door on him.

Malleus was left outside of Ramshackle speechless and shocked by this, telling Lilia, Silver and Sebek, and of course Sebek was furious about it.

He was quite surprise, no one had the guts to tell someone like him off, even he knows such.

Malleus decided maybe he should try having you and him attend dorm meetings, since you would know when they start, and he would help you be willing to go. And that's what he did.

Every day, he goes to your dorm, asking when meetings are and asked if you would like to attend with him. At first, you found it ridiculous, but just so he wouldn't bother you, you begrudgingly gave in and went with him to those meetings.

Malleus smiles, now with you having to willingly travel with him not just for meetings and classes, but also just hanging out with him, although you grumble a little.

Eventually, you told him in a blunt manner of how you were grateful of him having to spend time with you, and he smiles upon hearing you would protect him if he ever needs help.

While Malleus don't need much protection, he feels safe knowing you'll stick by his side. <3

twst nightmares and fears au: heartslabyul (chronophobia)

okay, so this is the thing that i've worked on for some time! i wanted to write a twst au where mc/yuu gets different kind of dreams, not the ones that explain the plot of disney movies, but instead they have nightmares that are related to different phobias and fears.

i chose chronophobia (fear of time) for heartslabyul because i felt like it would fit quite well: in this nightmare mc has to come to the unbirthday party, but they don't have much time left. will they come to the party in time or will it be too late? and if they are late, what kind of consequences they will have to face?

i wanted it to be a "twst x reader" type of content that i usually write but.. i don't think it is "twst x reader" hdjsksk i feel like it's too dark and it isn't that romantic. i mean if you're into getting your head cut off by riddle i don't judge

also this is written in a different format from what i usually write, i wanted it to be something like a drabble, but.. idk if it can be counted as a drabble.

maybe it's because there's a LOT going on in your life right now and you've been feeling anxious lately, but it was hard for you to fall asleep. i mean, that's understandable, right now you're in a whole different world, filled with mages, weird creatures and.. just a lot of stuff that you have never seen before. and tomorrow you will start officially attending night raven college, a school for the most gifted young mages (even though you know nothing about magic and you don't have magic abilities) and you also have this raccoon-like.. or cat-like creature called grim as your roommate now. yeah, your life has changed completely in just a couple of days.

so how were you supposed to sleep tonight? you hoped that you will be tired enough to close your eyes and fall asleep quickly, but your anxiety (and excitement?) was too strong for that. so you continued to move around in your bed, while grim was sleeping peacefully and talking about being "the greatest and most powerful mage in twisted wonderland".

"wow, he's sure having a nice dream" you thought.

you could only hope that your dream will be just as good tonight or that you'd get some sleep at all.

you felt your eyes getting heavy, but you still had quite a lot of thoughts in your head.

with this thought, you finally managed to close your eyes and fall asleep.

ace could act mean sometimes, but you knew that he was a genuinely nice person. we all have our flaws, don't we? also you were sure that he's late too, so you can protect each other and not tell anyone about when you actually came to the party. yeah, you totally can trust ace!

so you tried to look for ace, you thought that he'll be standing not so far away from you, because he also came late. but he wasn't there. so you continued to search for him, and to your surprise, ace stood with other heartslabyul students, looking completely normal and not nervous at all. are you.. are you the only one who came late?

you quietly walked to ace, trying not to get any unwanted attention from others. you tapped him on the shoulder, making ace finally notice you. before he could say hi, you covered his mouth with your hand. ace was pretty loud, so it was better for him to not say anything.

"hey," you whispered. "i'm late, can you please not tell anyone about it? if riddle finds out, i doubt that i'm gonna make it out alive."

you laughed, trying to calm yourself down.

you let ace speak and of course, his first words were: "wow, so i actually came earlier than you? man, i'm so punctual, a perfect heartslabyul student!"

you rolled your eyes, that's ace for you. "yeah, yeah, but are you gonna help me? please, ace, i really need it."

but then.. ace laughed. and it wasn't a good kind of laugh, the "you're so hopeless, but i'll help you, because i'm your friend" kind of laugh. it was a simple "you're so hopeless" kind of laugh.

"seriously? you're asking ME for help? and what do i get from it?"

you expected ace to ask for something and help you only after that, but still.. does this guy have at least a little bit of sympathy? can't he just do it because you're his friend?

"ace, i.. i don't know, i will help you with homework, but just do it. don't let riddle find out about me being late."

"hey, dorm leader! we have a rule breaker right here!" ace walked to riddle, who was checking if everyone is here.

you can't let ace do this. you can't. wait, how will he even prove you being late? it's not like he recorded your conversation or something..

but you couldn't stay calm. you had to stop ace.

deuce was a very understanding boy, so he listened to you and nodded. he couldn't let riddle hurt you. but if he tells riddle about you being late, riddle could praise him and it could help him become closer to achieving his dream of becoming a honor student..

no, he can't do that. you're his friend, he can't betray you like that!

deuce promised you that no one will ever find out about it, his lips are sealed.. but it doesn't mean that nobody else could hear your conversation.

"dorm leader!" one of the students that were standing right next to you, ran to riddle. "y/n just showed up! they came late, you should punish them for that!"

you should've expected something like that. you sighed and you were ready to accept your punishment, but deuce couldn't let that happen.

"dorm leader, he's lying! y/n actually came right before unbirthday party was about to start!" deuce ran right after that student, trying to prove your innocence.

you wanted to tell deuce that it's fine, he doesn't have to try so hard, but.. you were scared. you actually wanted him to protect you. even if it meant that deuce would be the one to receive punishment.

it was selfish, yes, but..

that student continued to insist on you getting what you deserve and it annoyed deuce. in fact, it annoyed him so much that his delinquent personality came back.

"HEY! LEAVE THEM ALONE ALREADY, YOU JUST WANT TO BECOME THE DORM LEADER'S FAVORITE, AREN'T YOU?"

and right after that, deuce punched the guy as hard as he could. he forgot about the unbirthday party, he forgot about other students, he continued to fight that student.. and deuce forgot about riddle watching their fight.

the garden became even more red with not only roses, but also deuce and that student's heads lying on the ground in a pool of blood.

cater was a talkative type, but he can keep it quiet for you, right? he was your friend and you trusted him enough to ask him for help.

you found cater pretty easily, after all, he often was in the center of attention. you told cater about your situation and he understood everything. "don't worry, y/n, cay-kun's got your back! i won't let riddle find out about you being late!"

.. why did you have to say it out loud, cater? why? couldn't you just stop at that first sentence? just knowing that he will help you would be enough, why did he have to say "i won't let riddle find out about you being late" right in front of other students?

and what's worse, why did he have to say that right in front of riddle?

riddle heard everything. and he looked right at you and cater.

"hm? what's wrong, y/n? you look so pale, like you just saw riddle who's in a bad mood!" he laughed.

is he doing it on purpose? cater can't be that dumb. he's a bit of airhead, yes, but he isn't stupid. and you've suspected cater having a hidden side before.

but why is he doing this? he just wants riddle to say that he's done well and that he's proud of cater revealing the truth about the rule breaker?

you didn't know anything about cater's intentions, but you weren't sure that cater wanted to see riddle punish you right after he heard about you being late. cater did have a hidden side, but he wasn't that sadistic and cruel, right?

trey was a vice dorm leader, so he was riddle's right hand man, but trey was reliable and you hoped that he's gonna help you and he won't say riddle anything about you showing up late.

you and trey were really good friends and he helped you so many times, so he's totally gonna help you this time as well.

trey was standing right next to riddle, but you managed to get his attention without riddle noticing. he went to you and asked what happened. "you know, what riddle will do if he notices me talking to you right now?"

"you know, what riddle will do if he finds out that i came late to this party?"

oh. trey started speaking even more quietly. "well, that's bad, i won't deny." you nodded. "yeah.. so, can you please not tell him about it? i promise, this is the first and last time."

trey thought about it and you were afraid that he's gonna refuse, but thankfully, you were wrong.

"fine, let's make it our little secret. but i hope that you keep your promise about it really being your first and last time."

you almost hugged trey because you were so happy, but remembered that riddle is still watching. so you just quietly said "thank you" and smiled at trey.

you had a lot of fun at this party, well, not counting riddle's usual behavior. you talked to some people, ate many sweet and tasty treats and you spent your time well. all of this wouldn't happen if it wasn't for trey.

but nice things don't last for long and the next day, riddle called you to talk to you about something. you had a bad feeling about this.

and you weren't wrong: riddle somehow learned about you showing up late to unbirthday party. and he was even more angry at you now, because you've lied to him. he thought you're better than this!

how could riddle know about you being late though? you told only trey about it and he promised not to tell anyone, so..

wait a minute. trey and riddle are childhood friends, right? and trey obeys riddle's every order and never says no to him. and when you've met trey for the first time, you were surprised because wow, a heartslabyul student who's genuinely nice and who has no secrets and flaws at all?

but now you know that trey definitely has his flaws. he promised you that he won't tell riddle anything, but riddle was too important for him. he couldn't lie to riddle.

you saw trey, who was in the room all this time, look away and say "sorry", but you weren't sure about him being sincere. and it's not like you had time to ask trey anything, it was too late. you always were too late.

maybe it's actually better to confess. you're not that good at lying and the truth will come up anyway. and you doubt that you can rely on anyone right now. you just have to wait for the right time.

riddle finally noticed you standing with the other students and his face expression became even more serious.

you hoped that riddle will talk to you about it somewhere more quiet, but of course, he had to punish you right in front of the whole crowd. he had to do it so that everyone will know what happens to rule breakers.

"y/n, can you please tell us why you've come so late? do you have any reason for that?" he sounded polite, yes, but you knew that it was only the beginning and riddle will show you how angry he actually is at any moment.

a reason for being late? you don't have one. you're just not the most punctual person. yes, you can make up a reason, you can lie about it and say that something happened, but.. you couldn't. you just knew that riddle will see right through your lies.

".. i'm sorry for being late, riddle. i promise, it won't happen again, i know how important unbirthday parties are-"

"well, if you know about it, why did you show up only now?" his voice became louder. "if you know how important they are for me and my dorm, why did you come so late? do you have any idea of how disrespectful it is?"

everyone was staring at you, but you didn't care about what they think of you and their reactions. you only cared about your fate and what riddle will do to you.

you were ready to beg for mercy, you were ready to fall on your knees, but you knew that riddle won't forgive you. you've seen what he done to people like you, who were late, who ate something at the wrong time, who broke another stupid rule of his.

maybe losing your head like this isn't actually so bad. maybe it's better to die because you broke the rule and not live trying to follow every single rule of this dorm.

Though it's been harder and harder to see him lately, he's been really busy working in his dorm, and Heartslabyul housewarden is the Riddle Rosehearts! You're kinda thankful you got assigned to another dorm, and feel bad for him sometimes.

Today you spaced out in Professor Crewel's class and didn't understand… anything, so you decided to wait until class ended and ask him instead. (Since Professor Crewel is kinda intimidating…)

From what he told you earlier they were working on an Unbirthday party at his dorm, which he invited you to. That was your opportunity!!

You went to the garden, where they usually hosted their parties, but it was early, and Trey was nowhere to be seen. You kept looking around, and decided to ask someone as a last resort.

You saw someone who seemed to be in charge, I mean, other students seemed to go to him asking for his opinion on stuff related to the party, though he seemed so busy on his phone.

Giving | Acts of Service

Being the Vice Dorm Head of Heartslabyul and Riddle's friend, Trey was already accustomed to performing different kinds of service to people. You are not exempted from this, though his actions towards you are a lot more special than usual.

He was an observant man, so he would know your quirks and even the tiniest detail about you. How would you like your tea, two cubes of sugar or none? Or do you perhaps prefer coffee instead? How much sweets can you tolerate? 

It comes to the point that Trey would offer to brush your teeth for you, too. He will also give you lots of different types of toothbrushes and what the best toothpaste brand is. Whether he's serious about it or he's messing with you with a straight yet ambiguous smile remains to be seen. 

Receiving | Quality Time

As strict as Riddle was, Trey would always have to be there to attend to his duties so there are times he won't be able to tend to you personally. So he really does appreciate it more if you would be so patient with him, and would find a way to spend time with him even with his busy schedule.

Something like; if he's in the middle of baking tarts for the Unbirthday Party, Trey would be delighted when you sneaked to Heartslabyul and maybe helped him out a bit? Don't worry, he'll give you a larger share of sweets, and maybe even a little surprise later? 

Those little moments you two shared despite his busy schedule remains precious to him. And he was glad that it was you who were giving him enough time to adjust in your relationship, despite all his flaws and his current priorities.

Giving | Acts of Service

Giving out his services, as genuine as he could, to you is probably what he could do best. Just like any other day while taking care of Kalim, Jamil was used to it. But in your case though, he was more than willing to do it. He wasn't good with words, nor giving praises in a genuine manner, but his actions certainly speak louder than anything else.

Jamil wouldn't mind cooking for your meals, as he had done so many times with Scarabia and with Kalim, but yours is certainly a bit more special. He would also wordlessly take your books if he saw you struggling, or cleaning up some dishes even if you insist on doing it yourself.

If it was with you, he wouldn't mind being the one doing the acts of services, because Jamil doesn't trust himself to give out genuine praises a lot in fear of coming out in exasperation. And he knew to himself that even if he was bound to servitude forever, if it was to you, he supposed it couldn't be that bad at all.

Jamil wouldn't say it aloud and wouldn't definitely admit how great of a feeling it was that the role of performing services was reversed. At least when it comes to you. He was Kalim's attendant and he was expected to be at his beck and call all the time, cleaning up his messes and troubles, because it was his job.

So, having you paying so much attention to him, even the smallest details about him, stroke his ego big time. He wasn't a fan of being coddled, but it makes him feel appreciatedーthat he was lovedーthat you are doing stuff for him not because it was your job or out of obligation, but because you loved him and that's what matters the most.

Jamil acts all tsundere about it, but he's definitely happy, beyond happy in fact, if you would shoo away bugs and insects away from him without teasing him or belittling him for it. It wasn't the same superiority feeling he wanted to achieve, but he supposed it wasn't bad to depend on someone once in a while, rather it was more than welcome if it was you.

Giving | Quality Time

Jack heard that spending time is a great way to foster trust and bond with others, the same reason why he hates hanging out with people because he had believed there was no need for things like that when in a place such as NRC. It wasn't a secret that he was a lone wolf, but after meeting you, he supposed spending a bit of time with a person isn't that bad after all…

His idea of "quality time" though, involves a lot of building up your body and strengthening your core, so I hope you are well prepared. If he saw that you were struggling for physical activities due to your lack of care for yourself, he would personally drag you on a morning run with him.

...or Jack would help you pick up a training routine suit for your physique. He wasn't the one who would mercilessly forced you into doing something you denied, but if your reason is that you were easily giving up or being lazy, be prepared for his lectures because even if he "cares" for you, he won't tolerate what you're trying to do to yourself….

Receiving | Physical Touch

As much as Jack said he hates hanging out with people, or how much he hates being touched, his tail would swish back and forth when you unconsciously played with it or his ears will twitch in pleasure when you petted it half-asleep.

If it was others, Jack would've already bared his fangs at them and growl menacingly for touching him without permission. But as he accepted you, no matter how his words contradict his actions, he would find himself huffing in content. If you were particularly good with petting, perhaps you would find him falling asleep even?

Wolves are especially touchy and could be rather aggressive when returning affectionsーbut it was part of their nature, so fret not! And he found it extremely relaxing when you muzzled him, or played with his hair. Maybe if he was half-asleep, he would unconsciously show you another side of him that no one was aware of…?

Giving | Quality Time

Setting aside his Dorm Head duties, Idia have a lot of time in his hands lodging around his room, so you two got lots of quality time to spend together. You don't even know how he can balance his responsibility in Ignihyde, his studies (especially since you had known him to rarely get in class physically), his duties at "home", and despite all of that, he still manages to find the luxury to be with you.

Of course, it's more than welcome, though his value of "quality time" is quite twisted (pun intended) as it involves a lot of him teaching you games he played, or maybe even reading his favourite manga together, rather than really "spending time alone without any technology around". Idia doesn't need to ask which was your type, but he already knew it, how and why is a question for another day.

To him, there was no greater luxury than spending time together in his "dark, depressing www" room with youーas long as you're comfortable with it, though if not, he would find another way. After all, no amount of money can outweigh that wholesome moment when the two of you won in a multiplayer game.

Like Jamil, Idia wasn't a person who was good with words, especially words and praises for lovers. And he knew to himself that this may strain your relationship with him. But he found himself liking, if not physically embarrassed hearing it, praises and compliments from you.

He himself rarely, if not never aside from Ortho, gets complimented directly. And the fact that you appreciate his inventions, no matter how weird and idiosyncratic they may seem, is a huge stroke to his ego. And even more so if the fact that you were trying to understand and learn his hobbies more.

Idia gets easily embarrassed if you compliment and praise him a lot, though inwardly, he was happy that he's even receiving such things. Especially if you're the observant type that knows when he's down after he lost a game and you would be there to comfort and encourage him to try again.
