So it's currently Saturday and I am pacing around my room trying to decide what to wear to Wanda's. Now she is cooking for me so I don't need to dress formally because we are not going anywhere, but I still need to put in the effort. I have 3 outfits laid out on my bed, each a little different from the other. Outfit number one is some black high-waisted jeans, white vans and a nice long-sleeved white turtleneck. Outfit number two is some black dress pants with a scarlet dress shirt with some black Oxfords. The final outfit is some blue mom jeans, with a plain blue top, checked shirt to go loosely over the top and the white vans again.

Wait outfit number one is out, can't wear white if I spill my food that stain is not coming out. Outfit number three is casual but I'm not really feeling it. So outfit two it is. Wow that was easy, sometimes I overthink way too much. It's ridiculous. I grab a nice black overcoat, with a fur collar to match the outfit, and pick out some rings to wear on my fingers and my metal chain around my neck. It's not really casual but it's also not a suit and tie, it's like in the middle and I am happy with that. I look at my watch, which holds so many memories, to see that it was 4 o'clock. I guess this is as good enough time as any to leave seen as Wanda was aiming for food to be ready for 7.

Dorogoy: Hi Wanda, just making sure you're still okay with me coming over early.

Dorogoy: Also I see you changed my contact name, I like it 😉 going to have to change yours from Wanda to princess now.

Wanda: I should be offended that it isn't already that. And yes come over anytime.

~Wanda~ changed to ~Princess~

Princess: That's better. What time are you heading over?

Dorogoy: I am going to head out now so will be there about 4.30, maybe just after.

Princess: Perfect. Could you maybe bring a bottle of wine to go with the meal, I haven't had a chance to grab one after we drank my last one.

Dorogoy: Of course. Any preferences?

Princess: Whatever you think will go with the food. You have a better wine taste than me.

Dorogoy: A bottle of Chianti it is.

Princess: How much did this one cost you? 🤔😉

Dorogoy: no more than $180

Princess: Is that a lie so I don't freak out?

Dorogoy: No it's not Google it if you want.

Princess: No I trust you…Just...Anyway when are you leaving, I've missed you these couple of days.

Dorogoy: We have messaged each other everyday.

Princess: yes but I missed you, I like cuddling you, you're warm.

Dorogoy: And you are my cuddly Koala.

Princess: I am okay with that.

Dorogoy: Okay, well I'm in the car now so I will be at yours soon. Do you want anything from the shops as I am passing on my way?

Princess: Ice cream!! PLEASE!

Dorogoy: what flavor would you like?

Princess: Pumpkin please.

Dorogoy: interesting choice. See you soon princess.

Princess: What's interesting about my choice?

Dorogoy: Nothing, nothing at all just an observation.

I hop into the Mustang, Wanda likes the car so might as well keep using it especially if I get to see her smile everytime she sees it. I make my way to the local ice cream parlor that sells ice cream by the gallons. I pull up at the front of the shop, the colorful sign Barton Family Ice cream welcoming me into the shop.

"Y/n!" The small child dashes towards me jumping into my arms as I spin him around, tickling his tummy until he is squirming to get away.

"Nathaniel! How are you trouble?" I place him back onto the ground and he wraps his arms and legs around my right leg and sits his butt on my shoe.

"Did I hear you say Y/n?" I see Lila poke her head around the kitchen doorway and dashes over to me, hugging around my side before copying Nathaniel's position. I now have two little monsters wrapped around my legs.

"Hello Lila, How are you doing, angel?" She beems up at me at the nickname.

"I'm good, thank you. How are you?" She rests her chin on my knee as she looks up at me, so I ruffle some of her hair and she scowls at me.

"I'm good, thank you. Just here to grab some ice cream for me and a friend. Where is your other broth…?" Before I can finish my sentence I feel another little body wrap their arms around me but this time jumping on my back, luckily I stop myself from falling forward catching myself on the table next to me. "Woah, careful there Cooper I would have squished your siblings if I had fallen."

"Is that a bad thing?" He asks as he rests his chin on my shoulder.

"Yes it would." I look back to him sending him a wink and he muffles his laugh on my shoulder.

"Come on children, be careful. What have I said about these surprise attacks." Laura enters the room, hands on her hips trying to be stern but she can't help the small smile that grows on her face when she sees her children clinging to me.

"It's okay mom. How are you?" Now Laura makes her way over to me and hugs me from the front resting her head on my unoccupied shoulder.

"I'm well. You?" I use my left arm to rub up and down her back gently.

"I'm doing good, better even."

"Happy?"

"Very."

I turn my head to look at the office as I hear the door close, and smile when I see the men who took me in when I was helpless enter the room. His eyes light up when he sees me and I see him almost melt at the sight of his family in a group cuddle. I use my free hand to wave him over to join in the group cuddling session. Clint wraps his arms around his wife lifting his chin to rest on the top of Laura's head. I like this, this is nice.

"How are you honey?" Clint's voice is gentle, keeping the atmosphere calm in the cuddle.

"I'm good, thank you Dad. What about you? Keeping busy?"

"Always. No rest for the wicked." We all let out a small laugh as we know he gets at least two days off during the week, but will still do paperwork.

Also I know what you're thinking. Laura my mom, Clint my dad! How because you're sisters with Carol? Yes I am. Clint and Laura are my mom and dad, not by blood but by choice. When Carol left at 16 to join the Air Force shit went downhill for me, but long story short I ran away from home at 12. Laura found me, and offered a place to stay because I was definitely not going back home. When I turned 18 they officially adopted me after I was estranged from my parent.

Anyway….that's a story for another chapter…

"Alright, come on I have places to be I'm afraid. Just came here to get me and my friend some ice cream." Laura and Clint let go of me but the children remained wrapped around me so I shuffle across the shop floor making sure not to hurt the two children attached to my leg as I walk. Thank god for the gym.

"A friend, or a friend." Laura asks with a knowing smirk.

"A friend, I hope." I feel Nathaniel pull on my pant trouser, so look down giving him my full attention

"What's the difference between friend and friend, because friend means friend." I look up to Laura to see if she is going to help me with this one but she just shrugs, great. I look back down to Nathaniel, I can see Lila with a small smirk and I can feel Cooper giggle into my shoulder.

"Well Nate a friend is like someone you hang out with, like Morgan from school. A friend is someone who is a bit more special and you want to do more than hang out." He hums out as he thinks about my answer, which probably wasn't very good.

"So you like a friend, but want to love a friend. Like mommy and daddy, or you and Steph, or you and Sarah!" I swallow the lump in my throat as Nathaniel smiles up at me.

"You remember Sarah." I look up at Clint and Laura who loom sympathetically at me.

"Yes. She was so pretty. Like a pretty princess."

"She was, wasn't she?" I look up at the ceiling trying to stop the tears from falling.

"Right children that's enough, you have homework to do, so, upstairs. Say goodbye to y/n." Laura claps her hands to hurry the children along as they all give me hugs and small goodbyes and watch as they disappear upstairs. "I'm sorry about Nat, he doesn't quite understand."

"It's okay. Just surprised me he remembered he would have been like 2 when he first met her." She nods with a small smile. "Anyway. Could I get a tub of pumpkin ice cream, a plain chocolate one and also caramel."

Laura turns to get the ice cream from the freezer, I turn to Clint who has an unreadable expression until it turns into a sad smile and he makes his way over to me bringing me into a tight hug. I finally let the tears fall, and a small sob escapes my mouth. He rubs his hands up and down my back, as I bury my face into his neck as he gently tries to calm me down.

"I miss her dad. So fucking much. I mean I can go for so long and be happy, but then some days I can't even leave the bed. It's been two years."

"I know kiddo, I know. Nothing I can say will help but I am here whenever you need, and if you ever have a day where you can't move please phone me so I can at least feed you. Promise me you will call." He cups my face with his hands bringing it down as he stands on his tiptoes leaving a peck on my forehead.

"I promise dad." I wipe the tears from my gave, recovered from my little moment as Laura walks in with the three tubs of ice cream. She walks over to me also giving me a small peck, but on the cheek as she is even smaller than Clint.

"Now does this new friend of yours know anything?" Laura questions.

"No, we have known each other for a week. I'm not ready."

"And that's okay. Just make sure you do tell her, she will figure something is out next month when you disappear to visit her." Clint speaks softly as he gives me fatherly advice.

"I will dad. Thank you." A take in a deep breath, taking the ice cream from Laura. "Right, I'm off. I will see you next week for dinner. Love you mom, love you too dad."

"We love you sweety. Be safe." Laura blows me a kiss as I leave the ice cream parlor. Time to get to Wanda's.

I climb into my car once again releasing a sob, louder than the last, just glad I had slightly tinted windows so no one outside the car could really see me. I hit the steering wheel a couple of times, hard, until I heard and felt a pop. I placed my free hand over my mouth muffling the small pained shout I let out, as I most definitely just dislocated my thumb.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck!" Resting my forehead against the top of the steering wheel preparing for what I had to do next, I am not going to Wanda's with a dislocated thumb and I am most definitely not going to hospital.

I sit back in my seat taking a few deep breaths as I grab the tip of my thumb in my other hand. I put my fingers of my damaged hand between my legs, squeezing them shut so it wouldn't move about so much when I popped it back in place.

"1...2...3…" I gritted my teeth as I heard and felt another pop, now able to move my thumb. It was sore, but it was no longer dislocated. A few tears escaped my eyes which I wiped away quickly looking in the mirror to check my make-up.

Thank God for waterproof make-up.

let’s start with gojo

- i feel like he’s the type to ask if you want something like “do you want to go out for dinner?” , and then when you say yes, he would say something along the lines of “sigh, only cause you’re begging for it” with a dramatic roll of his eyes while shaking his head

-he also an empath trust 🙏 although he is face might not show it, he definitely resonates with peoples emotions. and i like to think he doesn’t realize it, and just thinks it’s some kind of unique thing from his technique 🤦‍♀️ like “hmmm im sensing yuuji is upset, now i feel upset. hmmm my technique is acting up”

-i like to think when gojo goes out for missions, he brings a little something to shoko just to remind her that he does still think of her as a friend, but AFTER she told him that she was there too

-nanami definitely has a journal he writes in after he goes out to restaurants, kinda like to remember how well he liked or disliked the food “hm, the restaurant had good appetizers, but the employees were NOT up to my standards, very rude.” he says while writing in his journal,laying on his tummy kicking his feet. ok maybe not laying down and kicking his feet but you get it 🙂‍↕️

-nanami knows slang, just not what it means. like he knows lol, btw, brb, asap, butttt that’s about it 🤦‍♀️ texting him is a challenge after having to explain each text, but to him, you MUST be sending cryptic messages, because what is a “BEIDNFISSU” hmm, very odd

-nanami wants a skincare routine, but doesn’t know where to start, he’s actually a little embarrassed 😞 not because he’s a man, but because looking up things like “how to’s” and “what you should use” make him feel shy like he should already know this kinda thing

-his hair care isn’t actually anything fancy, it’s mainly genes, nanako and mimiko actually asked him about it, and when they tried out his hair care, it actually made their hair a tad bit frizzy and dry 😕 the hair care ONLY works on geto and its like 2 products he occasionally uses

-bro definitely cherishes you and his brothers (er well brother) he makes sure you and yuuji know that whatever you need, choso will be there to save the day 💪

-he doesn’t pick up in sarcasm or exaggeration all the time and it’s because he’s not been exposed to it since waking up, i doubt kenjaku or jogo are speaking like that, maybe mahito, but even then, i doubt he even really got along with them, they weren’t exactly all buddy buddy. so when you say something like “im so tired, i feel like i could sleep forever 😩” he’s kinda like 😟???

-he gives terrible advice and thinks it’s genuinely good 😕 and he’s so proud of his answers too, but like, i’m sorry pal, im not doing allat 👎 so imagine this, you’re eating out at a restaurant with him, and the waitress gives you the wrong order and you’re allergic to something on the plate but it’s all touching, he’ll say something like “hmm, just eat around it, it’s ok 😊😊” like ok buddy i’ll just drop dead it’s ok ☺️

last but not least ino

-i think ino but use brainrot, but when he says it, it’s literally so smooth and makes it seem normal, like he’ll just slip in a little brainrot and it will probably go unnoticed cause he says it so naturally?? and if you DO catch it, you kinda question yourself if you actually heard what you just heard

-he has a love hate relationship with scary movies cause when he was 10, he watched a scary movie (coraline) and he pissed himself at the other mothers true form. he confided in you about it and regrets it cause every movie night you request to watch it just to tease him

-you better hope he never texts you because you’re REALLY decoding some cryptic messages. it’s not even the ganglish, but it’s really bad, i feel like he misses letters in most of his words, and it not like he’s dumb and doesn’t know how to, he genuinely thinks it’s just a faster way to type “he, dont b l8, i hve 2 b thre early!” like???? also has doctors handwriting and gets annoyed when ppl can’t read it 😞

Chenya x Riddle relationship headcanons

Okay, so you know the song "It's a wonderful cat's life"? That's basically their dynamic to me lol. This is one of my favorite ships for Riddle because I like the childhood friends to lovers trope, and I like Chenya as a character, but we don't really know much about him so some stuff will be made up kdfjds.

We know their first meeting was through Riddle's window, when him and Trey introduced themselves and took Riddle out to play and eat some sweet treats. Just,, that is already so cute and romantic lol, it's such a classic! The princess (Riddle) stuck on a tower meeting his prince (Chenya) through the window >< And his mother sadly prohibited him from seeing the other boys anymore :'( so it's a forbidden romance! But fear not, Chenya doesn't even need a long braid of hair to climb, his unique magic already allows him to float and become invisible so he can easily infiltrate Riddle's room! (which, thinking of… him getting his unique magic by 9 years old is quite young 🤔 but they showed it like that on the manga, maybe because he's a beastman and not a human he's more magic-inclined?)

Following that line of thought, I like to think that it was Chenya who fell for Riddle first! Always seeking to be beside him, for some reason the kid was so fun to tease, and he seemed quite lonely so he developed some sort of affection towards him. At first it was just friendly but as the years passed he slowley realized that his feelings were starting to shift towards something more romantic. Obviously Riddle too always looked forward to his visits; although he didn't like Chenya startling him by appearing out of nowhere, in the end he could always count on the cat boy to get a giggle out of him (and I want to believe that if Chenya stuffs something in his pockets, it dissapears with him so maybe he would bring biscuits and stuff from Trey's bakery to him lol).

Now, when going into RSA, Chenya was away for a full year before Riddle went to Sage Island as well. During this period, Riddle would have time to introspect -he misses both Chenya and Trey, but why are his feelings towards each of them different? Aren't they supposed to be both his friends? Still, even if he unconsciously already knew, it would take him a looong time to accept it, considering this is all still pre-overblot.

With Riddle getting into NRC, they would become close once again and Chenya could visit him more often without needing to hide from his mother (although he still needs to hide from authorities when tresspassing the school's gates lol). During this period, I think Chenya would let him be. Even if he's reckless, he knows when to not overstep a boundary. By this I mean… He wouldn't act on his feelings towards Riddle (maybe even going out with other people in the meantime to forget about him? oh the angst-).

It would still take one year more, after Riddle's overblot, for him to do an actual introspection and accept his feelings towards Chenya. Now, it's not easy for him. He already knows he likes him, then what? Should he try to pursue a relationship? Give up on it? Trey would become his advisor in this sort of situation, and given that he's also friends with Chenya, he would already be aware of the catboy's feelings for the younger boy, so he would encourage Riddle to give it a chance.

With all this said, it would be Riddle the one to confess; Chenya wouldn't have expected it, but of course he's happy and quickly accepts. Once they're both dating, the relationship would develop slowly but surely, starting with baby steps. First starting with little dates in more private places of the Heartslabyul gardens, then maybe moving to other locations around Sage Island.

I think Riddle would still be hesitant about having dates back home in the Rose Queendom, because they might run into one of his mother's acquaintances, not to mention his mother herself. But Chenya would introduce him to his own family first. Since cats usually have many kittens, I like to imagine that Chenya would have at least some siblings and they would all adore Riddle (and would love to mess with him lol, but Chenya is there to protect him -only he can annoy his boyfriend).

However, I don't think Riddle would be the type to date someone out of a whim, so when deciding to date Chenya he already knew sooner or later he would have to confront his mother. He just needs time, is all! After finishing higschool he would tell her about his decision and if she doesn't approve of it… well, he already has a family where he can make himself at home.

Tbh, I tried to think of more explanations as to why ppl wouldn’t write Pedri as a bottom and I simply couldn’t come up with any? 🤔 Like it literally doesn’t make sense why there is no fandom-wide agreement that Pedri is a bottom (as anon perfectly worded it). Previous ~ Larissa held you there until you came round just protecting and processing the whole event. Who would've knew her fated love with be a secret princess? She looked down as you slept her index finger tracing your features of your face watching as a content sigh escaped and you snuggled impossibly closer. Yes this maybe a fucked up way to find out. But you had eachother now. And she promised herself there and then that you her darling Isa wouldn't ever have to run again.

For months things went almost back to normal, you were lulled into a false sense of security. Only thing that was a major change was you and Larissa becoming official. You were a little scared to finally come out but at least you still had your shield of "Normie Nora." Thankfully everyone at Nevermore was happy to see the hard working headmistress and lovely librarian so happy and in love. It created a warm atmosphere and it was almost infectious to be around.

Truthfully this was the happiest you'd ever been, it was exactly the stuff from the books Princess Belle would read to in her time as a captive of your mother. The types of love that seemed truly too good to be real, yet the bond that had formed between you and your Rissa reminded you ever second of the day that this was real. You'd both do anything to protect it and each other, no matter what.

You still lived in fear of your mother, feeling her emotions against the bond every now and then was just her way of reminding you that this life you built for yourself wouldn't last. She would make sure of that. And you knew that this was far from over, but you and Larissa would fight it together.

You had nights where you woke up with nightmares of the torture you'd been through as a young child. Larissa would hold you and comfort you through every single one, reminding you that you're safe and so very loved by all at Nevermore. Your true identity remained a secret between you and your lover, and for once you felt at peace with who you were. Larissa knew all the dark secrets your mind held, all the abusive you'd had inflicted on you or bare witness to. Things that no child should ever feel or see. It was understandable why you lived in fear of Queen Regina, and so very sad that the King was no longer around to keep his wife's temper at bay. As a child you should've been cherished and doted on, especially as a princess and only heir to her kingdom. Yet she did the complete opposite, but that's what made you the woman you was now and Larissa wouldn't change you for the world.

You noticed the strength of yours and your mothers bond increasing. Panic flooded through you alerting Larissa and causing her to immediately head to the library. "Darling? What's wrong?" She murmured coming to wrap your shaking form in her arms. You didn't even get the chance to respond when on of the students that had the gift of foresight game barging in, words tumbling from their lips in a panic.

All Larissa managed to make out was that the Queen would be at Nevermore. The time frame was hazy but judging by how your eye's widened in fear, this bit of information was what had caused your panicked state. She thanked the seer and dismissed them, focusing her attention on you. You looked like you were going to pass out. "Isa" she whispered only low enough for you to hear, "she won't hurt you darling. I won't allow her to hurt you, you're safe with me okay?" What was meant to be reassuring words caused you to sob uncontrollably, Larissa didn't understand the horrors that would unfold.

Just as you were about to try and explain you were met with a telepathic student informing you that they could hear too many thoughts for it to just be Nevermore. It was instant that you wiped your tears and turned to Larissa, "she's here, Larissa you need to take the students away. She won't hesitate to hurt them. Please Larissa. If she hurts me I don't want them or you to witness it. She's my mother and therefore my problem. I shouldn't have brought you all into this. I'm so so sorry Ris." You were shutting down and pushing her away, she could not only feel it but she could hear it in your tone. You were terrified.

You didn't get a chance to finish pushing her away because your mother stormed her way into Nevermore throwing anyone who stood in her way with magic. You could feel her anger radiating through the bond, you instantly sprinted out of the library to face her. Your adrenaline was pumping and you hardly registered Larissa being hot on your heels. "Mother! Put her down. You want me not her" you roared your temper flaring at seeing Wednesday Addams pinned to the wall with her magic. You knew just how that felt and felt sick as you watched her almost lifeless body fall to the floor and Enid scurry over to hold her lover.

Regina's eyes bore into your own, a battle of wills was about to happen all you could do is silently pray your will was stronger. After all you had a lover to fight for. "Isn't it the disobedient and disrespectful daughter of mine" she all but tsked at you, "Isadora why must you do this? And for some silly school and a the tall freak hiding behind you. Is she not brave enough to face me dear Isa." She was taunting you but not only you but your lover. You were too far gone in anger and frustration to realise you cover had been blown. "They don't love you Isadora, it's a lie, come to mommy. Come back to being Princess Isadora saige and come home. Leave these freaks here"

Her words about the school and your girlfriend was all it took for your magic to lash out attacking your mother. "They aren't freaks mother!" You all but screamed as she fought back, the students around you not liking seeing their beloved librarian being hurt by her so called mother. Yet they simply looked to Larissa for the permission to aid you in your fight, they wouldn't move till she allowed them.

The skill you both held was simply amazing yet scary in the same breath. Your mother was powerful, that was common knowledge but to see how you defended yourself and the school with such eloquence and grace was truly stunning. This went on for a while, Larissa could feel you growing tired when your mother seemed to push just that little harder, suspending you into the air with her magic, creating leather binds to stop your flailing limbs and restricting the air making its way to your lungs. Your eyes went wide in panic, the familiar feeling from your childhood was most unpleasant. The students around you gasped at the display shouting their displeasure at the queen only to be ignored.

She taunted you, "oh my darling Isadora, you can't protect them now. Shall I fix this problem for you dear?" As she stalked towards your girlfriend you gasped out "ris run!" Larissa held that same look of panic as you did, powerless as she stalked toward her hand outstretched ready to take a heart. Her heart. You all knew what she was capable of, and only you had known what your grandmother had done to your mothers first love, the thought of the same thing happening to Larissa broke you, especially when you were so powerless to stop it. With a quick gesture to the students they descended on your mother in a surprise attack.

Her knights outnumbered by the students allowed a fair number of them to attack her, the surprise faltering her magic as you dropped to the floor im an ungrateful heap. The students doing their best to hold her off, you had wolves, vampires and even some extremely talented mind controlling students. Your secret weapon was about to come out. The one gift your mother never knew off because it was truly too exhausting to use. You dragged yourself up of the floor with the help of two students and moved to make eye contact with your mother, thankfully she'd never reached Larissa thanks to the students, it was lovely to see how much they adored her. You held her gaze and whispered one word, "pain" which caused her to fall to the ground in the most un queen like manner screaming in pain.

You took the moment of weakness to put a shield of sorts around everyone before approaching your still withering mother. She was begging and pleading with you to make the student stop and truthfully you knew they found this to be exhausting to do so you signalled to Larissa to give the order as headmistress knowing if you did it the student would think you were just trying to protect them. When the pain subsided your mother lay gasping for air with her eyes wide, it had been so long since she had been bested and by a teenager? That must have wounded her pride.

You pulled up the bond you shared with your mother, the line was dim and thin, you requested Miss Addams come to you and she did so pulling a little dagger from her boot. She then under your command severed the tie. Your mother gasped in a different kind of pain, shouting and swearing about how you had ruined everything and you were no daughter of hers, you hardly deserved the title of princess, all stuff you'd heard for years. That's when Larissa chirped up from the safety of the shield, "you're not a mother in my book, believe me I've seen many non of which are as bad at it than you." That one comment seemed to really aggravate the queen and she transported herself home to her castle.

Letting out a breath, you dropped your shield before collapsing on to the ground. Exhausted and heartbroken, but you were no longer tied to your mother. Larissa came to hold you in her arms whispering words of praise and comfort, knowing how hard this must be for you, all you could think of was the students. "Ris, students mmmkay?" You mumbled incoherently earning a small smile from your lover. "They are all okay love I promise. And so well you be. Come let's rest, I've sent the students off for the day to relax" her words registered slowly. How had you missed her sending them all away? With a glance you saw no one but her. Freedom was a strange thing, but you couldn't wait to experience it with her

8) common fandom opinion that everyone is wrong about

I am not sure whether this qualifies as "everyone", the takes I've seen might not reflect larger fandom, but I'd say thoughts that beasts are innocent? Beasthood in Bloodborne is revealed, not created! Dark Souls trilogy AND Bloodborne both depict humans in their lore as inherently evil and dangerous by nature, but the gut punch is that the attempts to deal with it make things even worse.

Humanity did not need to consume the holy blood to start being violent, cruel, destructive, stupid, unhinged and to eat their own; we've always been this way. Does it matter if what we're consistently doing is in human form or furry form, in the end? Holy blood removed the restraints that already were not super functional should you analyse history and society in general! At the same time, attempts to 'remove' that side of humanity with Eyes Inside and Kin ascension are whole another can of worms, and likewise a bad thing no one asked for. But yeah.. Beasts, indeed, ARE men! This is just Fromsoft's brand of despair!

This time I will offer not a set character, but a mentioned character that does have backstory potential!

Logarius killed the king, but who was he? Was he Annalise's husband, since she is a Queen and not a princess? Or maybe he was her father, and she is the Queen on the account of no other ruler left?

^ The King is unused content and there are two kinds of models used for him; the first collage is for 'ghost king' that comes in three variants, and the second one seems to be 'actual' king. Again, are these spirits relevant? Or they're his servants? Or you can use these references to make TWO characters - the father and Annalise's husband?

I think this is some really good material to use for Cainhurst backstory! Maria's past in general is never developed aside of her Hunter era and all that happened afterwards, but I think he'd be a presence in her past in some way! As well as characters like Annalise, and maybe Bloody Crow depending on your timeline headcanons! + My take on it is to use both variants; former was how King used to be and three ghost variants currently function same as Brador's phantoms, latter is what he turned into (just less skeletial xd) since apparently for the ritual featuring Ring of Betrothal to conceive a child of blood it doesn't matter if you propose to Annalise as male or female hunter 🤔 And what are your thoughts VOTE NOW FROM YOUR PHONES

16) you can't understand why so many people like this thing (characterization, trope, headcanon, etc)

"Laurence is Choir and Micolash is Mensis" headcanon. Okay, this is instant lie, right off the bat, because I DO understand why so many people like this! It creates the parallel/opposition that is fun to utilise in Micolaurence ship. Rivalry and all. But, honestly though.. Laurence is the head of the Healing Church! The bit about "creation of the Choir divided Healing Church in two" could be read as either 1) the staff now had a proper distinction between blood ministration and Insight research, in which case Laurence still governs BOTH 2) Choir lowkey turned on Laurence by pursuing more Willem-esque research but wasn't defunded for one reason or another or 3) Choir formed after Laurence's death where Healing Church was no longer organised properly. And in all of these cases, he is not Choir's 'face'!

If anything, School of Mensis is closer to how Laurence researches with Moon rituals and removed Great One cords. He is not Choir, he is either above Choir or against Choir! And more than anything, I don't understand the appeal of drawing Laurence in unaltered Choir garb. Regardless of headcanons, it makes no sense for the leader to dress the exact same as his subordinates! He should create the impression of the most important person, not a Choir boy that forgot his hat! ......what?

Siiiiiigh FINE, I'll downvote my own uploads here and say that it IS possible that Laurence was wearing this clothing and Choir copied him afterwards, when he either died or shifted into different direction (with new drip). It can work! But I still do not understand the appeal personally!

What happened with Pthumerians, how all of this started, how Pthumerians and humans divided exactly, what happened in Loran, the reasoning between civil war within Pthumerians, what happened with the Great Ones, who was the guy that created Holy Moonlight Sword, what the heck was with beta!version of the Hunter's Dream since you can see Hunter's mark and Messenger statues back in Dungeons- argh if only they've made Bloodborne PREQUEL, because all this information is so worth it! I want to create a Pthumerian warrior character xD

Everything in canon is my favourite part lol x) I don't even know which bit to single out! I think maybe Logarius' relation to the core Healing Church? With ignoring Brador, you could cope saying he was just 'another' assassin, or that the Cleric Beast he killed was not Laurence, or something.. But how can you erase Logarius and his Executioners, that went to destroy Cainhurst on Laurence's behalf? It is always just "oh look, Laurence and his TWO most important associates Ludwig and Gehrman! :3" meanwhile Logarius is just here like:

23) ship you've unwillingly come around to

I used to dislike Gascoryk, believe it or not! I started right out with the 'the grandpa little girl mentioned IS Henryk, so he is Viola's father!' so it constantly felt strange for me. And I also had bad taste after previous fandoms where people would take a male character who canonically had girlfriend/wife established and either ignored her to not let her "get in the way" or paired her with female character to "get rid" of her (you just know what I mean). It just felt so weird for me that people liked this ship when I just started in the fandom?

But yeah, I could only see this ship enjoyed and treated normally so often before I started to question my own perception of it. Like maybe I was reading it the wrong way, or projected former cringe experiences with shippers on this new fandom that is more mature? This is why I say that I came around it 'unwillingly': everyone enjoyed it and no one thought it was strange, so I ended up being chill about it over thinking that maybe I was the strange one about it. Granted, it was to the BETTER, since I figured that timeline is flexible and they still had a story before Gasc's marriage, also open relationship is a thing, also maybe 'grandpa' was not to be taken literally but just a sign of how present he was in the family or something they told to the girl xd Not to mention that the most active shipper of Gascoryk that I know of absolutely DOES care about Viola and Eileen too, so I've had a lot of positive exposure that completely overrode the negative impression from previous fandoms that I carried here!

Thoughts on Re:Zero S3 episode 6

Oh ya KNOW this is going to be a Good episode when they decide NOT to play the intro, I wonder what's going to happen since Subaru lost his leg, maybe it's time for a reset? 🤔

Ok 2 things: 1, I absolutely love this shot, the purple coloring just looks SO good everytime I see it on screen, and just love how it contrasts with Subaru's usual Orange and black, it just makes it look all the more beautiful, second of all, the amount of PAIN this man's been through is effing Crazy, and as if dying wasn't bad enough Now you add a Freaking dragon curse into the mix!? Bruh I swear the writer must REALLY hate Subaru if he does this continuously, like Damn give the dude a break ^^;

So this is the power of the Sun Princess, Damn I knew she was strong but WOW! 😳

And this is why I love Subaru so much, despite all the deaths he's gone through, despite all the hardships he's faced, despite all the Hate he's got, he'll still keep his composure and Never give up, he'll keep his tough guy act till the day he dies (Ironically) and even when does end up losing it and starts to doubt himself, he'll start right back from Zero and continue to fight! Oof here’s where we get ✨depressing✨

First do we mean spine tingling or deep rooted fear that stabs at your heart till it aches and pours out? Cause I could easily say something concrete like cockroaches (they make me cry and shake so quick) but if we’re talking in ouchie heart ache type of scares it’s becoming unwanted and an inconvenience 😭 I’ve felt like that a few times in my life and heck I’ve been feeling it especially hard lately. Just gotta take a deep sigh and keep going cause I’m gonna like me enough to want me to stay! Ya know! Also I’m scared of being in absolute darkness and I’m scared to be out at night :)

😭 kinda related back to the other question Owie, this one seems kind of ridiculous but it’s the simplest and most heart breaking for me. All of my wants have this same thing in common but this one is the most recent so ridiculous or not here you are.

Going for a walk.

I’m, frankly, scared of the unwanted attention that comes with being a fat person in public 😭 I mean realistically I know no one’s actually looking at me but I can’t help but feel they are. In PE I was always last to finish and the kids who were done early would cheer me on and they meant well but it always made me cry. For a bit I got a little braver about walking on the treadmill at the university but I’m out now and we don’t have one at home. I’ve been wanting to go walking to better myself because 🥺 I could be better but I’m really scared of going to the park. It’s on the other side of town, it’s bigger with more shade, but it’s next to our high school and there’s a bunch of houses and there’s no good time for me to talk out of my day to do this and I’d go for a walk but we don’t have sidewalks where I live and I don’t want to walk in the road and block someone from their driveway. It’s all excuses I guess but all in all I’m afraid of existing in other people’s spaces.

But but to end on something positive!!! 🤔 um I’m really proud of the way I’ve conquered my fear of driving. I’m still afraid of that and going long distances to places I don’t know but now I feel that I just gotta go it and I’ll get used to it. It helps that my car is cute and I have stuffed animals 😄 I actually don’t hate driving as much anymore I like going around town with the windows down letting the air mess up my hair.

for the ask thing, whichever version of sun wukong you enjoy most

Hmmm to be completly honest im not sure which is the version i enjoy the most, like most wukongs to me are all different brands of a pretty cool guy so it's a bit hard to choose 🤔, so i think i'm just gonna answer for the Lego Wukong and the Jttw Wukong because those are the two i post about and think about the most:

Jttw Sun Wukong:

-How i feel about this character: He's a very complex character, and i like him a lot. Like, i'm bad at putting it exactly into words but even during moments of the story where he's doing wrong, he's still incredibly easy to sympathize with because you can kinda just see where he's coming from you know? He's a guy with a lot of layers that can't really be described as just a "Silly funny monkey" or "impulsive violent fiend" or anything of the sort, because the thing about trying to fit Swk into any kind of labels is that it's pretty much a fruitless task and i love that about him lol. I'm bad with words but yeah all that just makes him feel so real to me, and it's neat to see how different adaptations focus on certain aspects of his personality and each end up feeling a bit different from eachother as a result!

-All the people i ship romantically with this character: I love the Swk/Bull King/Princess Iron Fan dynamic and it's usually the ship i think about the most when it comes to him. And even though i usually see the pilgrims mostly in a platonic light, i also like Zhu Bajie/Swk cause they do have a hell of a fun dynamic. Guess Erlang can also fit in here.

-My non-romantic OTP for this character: Ao Lie. Because they kept calling him Little Dragon when he first appeared on the book i ended up with the image of him in my mind as a very young adult when compared to the other pilgrims. I can see him and Wukong having a very baby sibling and oldest sibling dynamic, and Wukong absolutly plays favorites when it comes to the pilgrims. The favorite is the horse

-My unpopular opnion about this character: Hmmm not really sure if i have one?

-One thing i wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon: Kinda wish there were more moments where Tang Sanzang was like, you know more decent to him? Just wish they had more nice moments with eachother, because like if Sanzang was a person that actually bonded with him and had his own nice moments as well maybe it would make me more invested on the moments Wukong has to protect him. You know, making it feel as the story goes on that he's starting to protect him less because it's his duty and more because that's a person he genuily has come to care about.

Okay so now the lego man

Lego Wukong:

-How i feel about this character: I feel like both canon and fanon lately has been way too harsh to him and i just want him to have nice things. I deal with that by mostly ignoring the majority of the fandom and just enjoying it with my friends 👍. He's a funny lego man who's going through way more horrors than he should be going through at every single second of his existence. Im holding him gently in my hands and giving him a break

-All the people i ship romantically with this character: I dont think he's a very romance focused guy but i like Swk/Tang/Chef Zhu, they're cute together and Xiaotian can get as many dads as he wants. I also see him and Princess Iron Fan + DBK as exes

-My non-romantic OTP for this character: Xiaojiao. I like thinking that post season 3, after he makes an genuine effort to connect more with Xiaotian's friends, the two of them can actually be really great friends. Just getting to know and spend some time with his great niece :] i can see her introducing him to all sorts of different sleepover games. I also think that even though she and Ao Lie have their differences she still reminds him a lot of him

-My unpopular opnion about this character: Everyone including canon is being too harsh on him, like just have this man have nice things for once. Everyone complains about how he "never tells anyone anything" but how do you expect him to tell anything when hes constantly whisked away by the plot?? Guy only had a single episode on S4 before being whisked away, guy only had 10 fucking minutes of screentime do you really think 10 minutes is enough to tell everyone about all his enemies and traumas??? My second unpopular opnion is Sh#dowp#ach is the bane of my existence.

-One thing i wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon: Let him actually be friends with the rest of the gang, let him have some screentime hanging out with them!! I think the show would have really benefited from going back to the monster of the week format from season 1 to that, like imagine just having some casual fun episodes but this time Wukong is shown on the noodle shop too!! Guy doesn't even need to be a main focus of the episode even just simple stuff like getting shown some baby monkey videos by Xiaojiao, or talking with Tang about how different parts of the journey actually were like, just you know stuff that makes him feel like part of the gang :].

(Another thing that i fucking wish is my self-fufilling au about Ao Lie actually being still alive all this time but had gotten himself stuck in the scroll, and now that he's out and both of them know the other is not fucking dead now, they can just reunite and be friends again. Does my au have a lot of plot holes? Yes it does, but just let the monkey have this one single win. He deserves to have one of his friends still alive fgdkbdnsbd)

Ok guys yes! I love how I just said one thing and you all just knew. And I didn’t even say it right. But yes fellow Nonnie Great marriage/ fertility ritual/ Virgin Huntress/ Great Hunter, all of that. I have never seen it written, and it’s a damn shame truly. But my thoughts were Avalon being replaced by Valyria and Baelon became a high priest and passed the crown on. Daemon still rose an army for Viserys to be King, and his father is the High Priest of Valyria. And maybe his mom Alyssa as the Lady of the “…” Skies? maybe 🤔 Daemon follows the Valyrian ways but Viserys is more ready to embrace the new religion. Baelon survives longer, and maybe Aemma is the LOTL after Alyssa? But when Rhaenyra is born she has her immediate connection to Daemon and Baelon sees it as Valyrian blessed. But Viserys ignores it all. Years and years later Daemyra have their same great relationship. Now the fun part.. Daemon leaves to go fight in the Stepstones because he needs something to give his brother when he asks to marry her. When Daemon is gone towards the almost end of the war Baelon sees vision how to strengthen Valyria. And it’s with Beltane. Viserys is resistant but is convinced. Maybe because her mother is LOTL it has to be her, or it’s because she’s the only Valyrian Princess/Maiden?? In the timeline it’s later. The war is almost over. So she’s basically brothel age 17/18. But hasn’t done a suitor tour or anything. All these things help Baelon convince Viserys. But the main thing why he agrees is he knows Daemon is at war. Is any of those making sense? 🫣

Daemon finds out and of course he leaves the war. I’m not sure if he has the sight or if Baelon gets word to him, or both. Of course he easily kills the Great Stag and it’s Daemyra for the night. He knows it’s her. And she only hopes/imagines it’s him. Baelon disguises him with magic. His eyes mostly. His hair had to be shorn from the blood of war. It’s like an all night thing though, like he leaves her only in the morning sun rays when she’s asleep. And it’s the only time he speaks to her, promising they will be together soon and he won’t have to leave her again. 😏 🥵 🥰

After the night Daemon wins his war. And comes home. He presents the crown. Rhaenyra gets set up to do her suitor tour, but at the Red Keep. Viserys is so sure the ritual didn’t work. It did work though and when it’s found that Rhaneyra is pregnant, Daemon reveals himself as the Great Hunter. And there’s no choice but them to marry and live happily ever after with incoming Aegon!! 🥂 😘 😁 !!!!

Nonnie I think you should write this! You've already got it all planned out! I love the idea of turning Avalon into Valyria.

And of course the fertility rite is such a perfect Daemyra AU setup 👌👌👌If I were to write it I would probably (attempt to) keep it a oneshot with a little lore/backstory, but focus on the ritual itself, and maybe have both of them them not know who the other is. I think the reveal aspect is part of the fun - it 's been a while since I read MoA but I know Arthur and Morgaine are horrified when they realize what happened in the morning. I'd obviously go a happier route with Daemyra.

The wedding is finally here and I obviously have many thoughts

“One more thing.” Wanda stops you and hands you a pair of white heart shaped glasses that have been bejeweled. The top of the glasses say ‘wife of the party’. Lottie is wearing flower shaped glasses that say ‘flower girl’ and her name. Each of the bridesmaids have matching bejeweled glasses as well.

So cute 😍

“But she loves the look.” Sam adds as he joins Steve. “As best man I advise against it.” Bucky looks at himself in the mirror and sighs. “I’m sure.” “Do I have to do that too?” Henry asks.

Oh Henry, baby 🥺

While Bucky gets a haircut and cleans up his beard the rest of the guys sit around and relax. Clint gave Bucky advice while Steve, Sam and Joshua joked around. Bucky was the most relaxed he’d ever been. He knew you were down the hallway getting ready too. Excitement bubbled in his chest the closer it got to the actual ceremony.

He can't wait to be her husband 🥹

You were sitting and getting the last touch up on your hair when you decided to open the gift Bucky sent you. It’s a beautiful gold bracelet. By the looks of it, it’s been well loved. There’s a simple note in his handwriting, explaining that it used to belong to his mother. That she wore it on her wedding day and so did his sisters. Now that you were becoming a Barnes, the bracelet was yours and one day you would pass it down to Charlotte. He also told you there was no pressure in you wearing it, he just wanted you to have it.

That is so cute and thoughtful 🥹

“Bubba!” Lottie calls out excitedly. They hadn't seen each other since the night before so they were more than happy to reunite. “Hi baby. You look like a princess too.”

“Dear family and friends, don’t worry this isn’t a mission briefing.” Steve starts. You and Bucky as well as the guest laugh.

Laughter is a great way to start off a wedding, loosens everyone up a little 🤭

“We are gathered here today to celebrate the union of James Buchanan Barnes and Y/N Y/L/N.” Steve continues his speech. “If you’ve ever doubted the existence of soulmates I’d like you to take a moment and look at this man and woman standing before us. Two people that should have never met have come together against all odds. I believe that James and Y/N were made for each other and nothing could stand in their way. Not time or war or enemies. Maybe a little bit of stubbornness because they don’t like to listen to advice. But we’re here now so I guess it all worked itself out in the end.”

You turn to Henry and take the two small vibranium beads, one black and one gold. In your palm you manipulate them, creating an intricate design of gold within the black. On Bucky’s left hand, you make a small indentation. You place the ring on Bucky’s left finger and it falls perfectly into the groove you created and then you fuse it together. It had been Bucky’s idea that his ring should be incorporated into his finger. He never wanted to take it off.

“I don’t know, it tastes weird.” “It tastes fine to me.”

“You look absolutely radiant.” Ramonda says with a huge smile on her face. She opens her arms, inviting you into a hug before moving on to Bucky. “I am so happy for both of you. May you have many wonderful years together.”

Radiant huh? One might say, glowing? 🤔👀

“My second favorite white boy.” Shuri moves to stand right beside her mother. “Congratulations to the happy couple.” “Second favorite?” Bucky looked offended. “Of course. Henry has the top honor.”

“Mama and daddy saved baby and me from the bad men. They showed me and baby kindness. They are always patient and show us lo-” Henry fails to blink back tears of his own. “Love.” Lottie reaches up and wipes a few tears away. “I promise I’m crying because I’m happy.”

The song ends and the DJ then announces the mother/son dance. The dance floor clears out quickly. The plan was that you would share a dance with Henry so he wouldn’t be left out. What Bucky didn’t expect was for Ramonda to walk up to him and hold her hand out. Bucky took it without question and they started to dance, just the two of them on the floor.

Bucky does as you ask. He lets out a small gasp too as he sees what you saw. It then sports a proud smirk. Across the room Steve is holding his hand out for Duckie to take. There seems to be a little hesitation on her part but she ultimately takes his hand. Steve stays at the edge of the dance floor. Duckie awkwardly holds onto Steve’s biceps and looks everywhere but at Steve.

They are cheering at their own wedding for someone else 🤭👏🏻

“Do you want a third before our one year wedding anniversary? Because I can make that happen.”

“Mama no mo seeping.” Charlotte whispered in her usual sing-songy way. “We gets mawwied today.”

You knew she was standing right in front of you on the edge of the bed. But you opened one eye and took a peek at her smiling face before groaning and turning around. Lottie giggles before climbing on the bed and over you. Her foot slips on the bedsheet and she falls with a soft ‘oof’.

“Mama no mo seeping.”

“Just five more minutes.” You mumble while covering her with the blanket and pulling her in. Lottie is all giggles as she wiggles her way out of your hold.

“Wake up mama.”

“Ok, ok. I’m up.” You sit up as Lottie straddles your thighs and leans into your chest for a hug. “Good morning my sweet Angel. Are you ready to be the cutest flower girl ever?”

“Mmhmm. Gonna do the bestest job.”

“That’s my girl. Let’s get ready for the morning.” You give Lottie a big hug and some kisses on her cheek before you head into the bathroom.

You can’t wipe the smile off your face. It’s your wedding day and you’re so excited. When you get downstairs Nat, Wanda and Sofia are dressed comfortably and ready to go. They all have matching shirts that say ‘I do crew’. Nat held up a white shirt for you that said ‘bride or die’ and you couldn’t help but laugh as you put it on.

“I’M GETTING MARRIED TODAY.” You screamed as you all jumped for joy.

“Ok, we have to go or we’ll be late.” Wanda starts pushing you towards the door. “Sam already told me the guys were getting ready to leave.”

“We have everything packed, all you have to do is get your butt in the car, Mrs. Barnes.”

Your smile gets bigger when Sofia calls you Mrs. Barnes. All this giddiness has you floating on air.

“Now we can go.”

The drive to the venue is fast, but that’s what happens with Nat at the wheel. You have music on blast and you’re singing along without a care in the world. Everything starts to feel more real as you stop in front of the mansion.

“Alright, now let’s get you married.”

As soon as you open the car door Olivia is waiting for you. She has a clipboard and a headset as she gives you an initial report. Everything was going according to plan. The photographer and videographer are also there waiting for you to get started, their partners are already off with Bucky and the guys.

Olivia ushers you in and up to the room where you’ll be getting ready. Lottie is a little ball of excitement as she chatters happily about how she can’t wait to wear her dress and look like a princess. When you get to your room it’s already set up with breakfast and the hair and makeup stylists are ready to go. You all change into robes so it’s easier to get dressed later.

“Who’s going first?” The makeup stylist asks with a smile.

“I will.” Sofia says as she walks out of the bathroom in a blue bathrobe.

“Ok ladies, let’s get this party started.”

There’s more music as you chat with Nat. Lottie plays with some toys you had packed the night before. You all watch as Sofia gets her makeup done and Wanda gets her hair done. Everything is according to plan, the day is beautiful and you couldn’t be happier.

“You’re sure you want to do this?” Steve sits on the couch in the room the groomsmen are all getting ready in. It’s just on the other side of the mansion.

“Yes, I want to look my best.”

“But she loves the look.” Sam adds as he joins Steve. “As best man I advise against it.”

Bucky looks at himself in the mirror and sighs. “I’m sure.”

“Do I have to do that too?” Henry asks.

“Not at all.”

“Ok.”

“Gentlemen, you should start getting dressed.” Olivia says as she walks in. “We will be starting to get some group photographs soon.”

Everyone started gathering their clothing while Olivia walked up to Bucky.

“Are you ready for today?” She asks with a smile.

“More than ready. Could you do me a favor though?”

“Of course.”

“Could you give this,” Bucky pulls out a small black velvet box from his bag and gives it to Olivia. “To Y/N?”

“Interesting, she asked me if I could give you this.” Olivia gives Bucky a box too.

“Thanks.”

“You have 45 minutes gentlemen.” Olivia calls out before leaving.

Bucky looks down at the box, curious as to what it could be that you have given him. He takes the top off to find a vintage watch but it’s the note underneath that gets his attention. It’s a simple ‘for your eyes only’ scribbled in your handwriting. Bucky looks around before pulling out the other gift you’d sent him.

His jaw dropped when he saw the polaroids you’d sent him. You were in several different stages of undress. Bucky had to look around again to make sure no one would sneak up on him. He flipped through what you had sent him until he got to his favorite. You were dressed in red lacy lingerie and the jacket of his military uniform from the 40s.

Bucky couldn’t wait until he got you alone.

“Your love has sent you this.” Olivia gives you a black velvet box.

“Thank you.”

“You’re welcome. Now ladies please start getting dressed, there's only 45 minutes left before you are needed downstairs.”

“Mrs. Barnes, are you ready to get dressed?” Sofia called out. When you looked up she was holding the garment bag your dress was in.

“I’m more than ready.”

The guests had arrived. Everyone was moving through the venue to the garden. The wedding party was dressed to perfection. You were nervous but excited.

In one of the many large rooms Eddie stood in the middle. At the direction of the photographer he had his back turned to the entrance. You walked in and stood just behind him.

“Ok dad, turn around.” The photographer instructed while taking many photographs. Eddie did as he was told.

“Oh wow.” Eddie choked out when he saw you in your wedding dress. His eyes immediately filled with tears as he looked at you. He had to take a deep breath before he could say a word. “You look beautiful, kitten.”

“Thanks dad.”

He held his hands out for you and you two stood there for a moment, enjoying each other’s comforting presence before Eddie pulled you in for a hug. You were both smiles, completely forgetting the presence of anyone else in the room.

“I can’t believe my little girl is getting married.” He murmurs, trying his best to not cry.

“Me either.”

“You’re happy right?”

“So happy, dad.” You say while wiping away a stray tear from his cheek.

“That’s all I want for you.”

“Me too.”

Olivia walks in, telling you that Henry is just out in the hallway. She gives you a moment before she lets him in.

“Wow mama, you look so beautiful. Like a princess.” Henry says as he gives you a hug.

“Thank you my sweet boy. You look so handsome. Are you ready for today?”

“I’m a little nervous but I think I can do it.”

You smile down at him. “You’re so brave bubs. I love you so much.”

“I love you too.”

“Bubba!” Lottie calls out excitedly. They hadn't seen each other since the night before so they were more than happy to reunite.

“Hi baby. You look like a princess too.”

“Thank you bubba. You wook so nice.” Lottie compliments her brother as they hug.

“Alright everyone, places. We are starting in just a few minutes. Charlotte here is your basket full of flowers. Henry, here are the rings.” Olive gives them each what they’ll be taking down the aisle.

“Ready?” Eddie walks up next to you and offers you his arm.

“More than anything.”

The music starts and you feel the butterflies in your tummy. You watch as Sofia and Joshua walk out first. Then it’s Wanda and Clint. After them it’s Nat. At the door Henry hesitates as all eyes fall on him. He starts to become invisible before he turns to look at you.

“It’s ok sweet boy.” You tell him. “Do you want to walk out with Lottie?”

“Yeah we can do it.” Lottie is already moving to stand beside her brother.

You watch as Henry takes a deep breath. “I can do it.”

You smile at him. He turns back around and takes a few tentative steps outside. You can’t see him anymore but you’re confident that he’s doing ok.

Henry keeps his eyes on Bucky who is giving him an encouraging smile. With every step he takes, Henry feels more comfortable. When he gets to the front Bucky gives him a hug and the groomsmen give him pats on the back.

Lottie smiles at you before she walks out of the double doors. She takes a few petals and tosses them in the air with a flourish. She’s all smiles until she gets halfway down the aisle. When Lottie looks up she sees Steve and Bucky and she couldn’t be more excited.

“Hi daddy. Hi Steebie.” She yells from her spot. “Wook at my dwess.”

“You look beautiful, Doll.” Bucky says with an easy smile and tears in his eyes.

“Steebie you wike my dwess?”

Her innocent questions had the guest laughing.

“Of course I do. You look beautiful, sweetheart.”

Lottie giggles before she starts throwing more flower petals around and waving at the guests. When she finally gets to the front she walks straight up to Bucky and they hug.

“You did great, Doll.”

“Tank you daddy.”

“Now we get to see mama walk out here.”

“Kay.”

At the back you laugh as Olivia tells you what’s happening.

“That girl is a riot.” Eddie comments.

“You know she didn’t let Bucky see her dress because she said it was bad luck.”

Eddie shakes his head and chuckles.

“Ok, you’re next.” Olivia comments with a smile. “Here is your bouquet.”

You take the flowers and wait for the music to change. Eddie places a hand over yours on his arm. The smile he gives you is warm and soft and you can’t help but give him one back.

“Hey guys.”

You heard Wanda’s voice in your head.

“Wanda?” You thought, not knowing Bucky was doing the same.

“Yes, I’m talking to both of you at the same time.”

“Is something wrong?” Bucky asked as he looked over at Wanda standing just behind Nat.

“Nothing is wrong. Do you remember the day that Charlotte started walking? She had a vision that day.”

“Yes.” You both think in unison.

“She saw you getting married. In fact her vision was this exact moment.” Wanda says and you can hear the smile in her voice. “You were always meant to be together.”

You take the first step towards the rest of your life. The garden is decorated beautifully. Flowers in different hues of blue with pops of white line the aisle. Vases in different shapes and sizes fill the space as well. The sun is shining brightly, there is not a single cloud in the sky. As you get to the top of the aisle all the guests stand.

Your eyes immediately fall on Bucky. He’s smiling and shedding tears freely. You feel your heart beating wildly in your chest the closer you get to him. Out of the corner of your eyes you see your friends and family looking at you lovingly.

This feels like the longest and the shortest walk at the same time.

“Edward, do you support the marriage between Y/N and James today?” Steve asks.

“I do.”

Bucky steps forward and shakes Eddie’s hand before the latter pulls him in for a hug.

“You keep taking care of her for me like you have, son. And make her happy. That’s all I ask.”

“Yes sir.”

Eddie pulls back and turns to you. He’s on the brink of crying which makes you want to cry, but happy tears. Eddie gives you a quick kiss on the cheek and tells you how much he loves you before taking a seat.

Bucky offers you his hand and you take it happily. He brings your hand up to his lips and places a kiss on your knuckles. As he pulls away Bucky notices that you’re wearing the bracelet that once belonged to his mother. He can’t help but run a finger over the gold bracelet.

“You look breathtaking, Sugar.”

“You look so handsome. And you cut your hair.” You whisper as you look at him in his dark blue suit. Somehow it made his eyes pop even more.

“You didn’t have to wear it.” Bucky says as he looks at the bracelet again.

“I wanted to wear it. Now she’s here in some way.”

You smile at each other as you take your place in front of Steve. He sends a wink your way as he stands taller. Nat steps forward and takes your bouquet.

“Dear family and friends, don’t worry this isn’t a mission briefing.” Steve starts.

You and Bucky as well as the guest laugh.

You and Bucky smile at Steve as he continues.

“I’ve known Bucky since childhood. He’s been an extraordinary friend. He’s someone you want in your corner when things get tough. Bucky is a great example of what a good man is. He’s loyal to a fault and will always put the people he loves first.”

Steve looks over at Buck with a smile before turning to you.

“I’ve had the privilege of meeting Y/N shortly after waking up in this new world. She is one of the most selfless people I’ve ever met. Y/N doesn’t give up on people. When Bucky was able to join the team she was the first one there to welcome him. They are two of the most caring, loving and wonderful people I know. It’s been an honor to watch them go from strangers to friends to partners. They would do anything for each other. A love like that is not easy to find but definitely worth fighting for. And their closest friends and family have seen them fight for each other, for their family and for their love.”

Bucky gently squeezes your hand. The two of you lovingly gaze into each other’s eyes as Steve transitions to the next part.

“Do you James, take Y/N to be your wife? To live together in matrimony, to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold from this day forward as long as you both shall live?”

“I do.” Bucky replies immediately and then Steve turns to you.

“Do you Y/N, take James to be your husband? To live together in matrimony, to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold from this day forward as long as you both shall live?”

“I do.” You reply just as quickly.

“James and Y/N have decided to write their own vows. James will go first.”

You could see how nervous he was. Bucky takes a deep breath but looks into your eyes.

“When I was younger I knew I wanted to be a husband and a father. When the war started that dream was ripped away from me. After I was saved I thought that I didn’t deserve those things. But then I met you, Y/N.” Bucky starts. You know that it’s not easy for him to talk about his emotions like this in front of so many people, which makes it so much more special. “I was still in a very dark place when I met you the night I arrived at the compound. You were caring and compassionate. From the first moment my heart was yours. It still amazes me that you love me the way you do.”

You smile at him as he takes a moment to calm his nerves.

“You always saw the best in me even when I was at my lowest. You didn’t think twice about stepping up and taking care of Charlotte when we first found her. Or risking your life to get Henry to safety. Seeing you become a mother to our kids has been the greatest gift. Being able to be by your side has been my biggest joy. I promise to work hard every day to be the man that you and our kids deserve. I promise to love you with all that I am and to protect you and our kids with my life. I love you more than words can express and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side.”

Both you and Bucky were blinking back tears by the time he was done. You even saw Steve get a bit teary eyed.

“Y/N, you’re next.”

“How am I supposed to follow that?” You ask no one in particular. Bucky chuckles and sends a wink your way. “I love you so much. Being with you has been the happiest I’ve ever been. I never thought that I’d find someone that would accept me completely until I met you. You make me feel safe and loved and seen. Being by your side as you stepped into the role of fatherhood has been the most special experience. I promise to be there for you in the good times and the bad. I promise to remind you how good you are even when you don’t think you are. I love you so much and I can’t wait to experience the rest of my life next to you.”

Bucky couldn’t help the tear that rolled down his cheek. One you were quick to wipe away.

“Henry, please bring the rings forward.” Steve says. Henry steps up with one ring in hand and two small metal beads, one black and one gold. “A ring has no beginning and no end. It is two sides joined in an endless path. These rings represent your unconditional love and respect for one another. James, take the ring, place it on Y/N’s finger and repeat after me.”

Bucky takes the ring from Henry and slides it on your finger. He smiles when he sees the set he bought you complete. Then he repeats what Steve is saying.

“Y/N, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love and fidelity. I promise to love you today, tomorrow and forever.”

“Y/N, now it’s your turn.”

“James, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love and fidelity. I promise to love you today, tomorrow and forever.”

You look up into his eyes. Both of you with smiles that were brighter than the sun.

“By the power vested in me by the State of New York, I now pronounce you husband and wife.” Steve announced proudly. “You may now kiss the bride.”

Bucky had been fighting the urge to pull you in for a kiss the moment you stood in front of him. Before Steve even finished the sentence he was already pulling you in by your waist. Neither of you can help but smile into the kiss as your arms wrap around his neck. The sound of your guests clapping and cheering fade as your lips meet in your first kiss as a married couple. It was familiar but different, new. Maybe it was just the excitement of finally getting married that made the kiss so much sweeter. The thought of spending your life next to Bucky and getting to see the kids grow up made you pull Bucky in just a little bit tighter. You didn’t want to let him go.

“Yay, we mawwied now!” Lottie announced loudly as she clapped. Her excitement had people chuckling and you and Bucky finally pulling away.

“I’d like to present to you for the first time, Mr. And Mrs. Barnes.” Steve said as music started playing.

Nat gave you back your bouquet and you took Bucky’s arm. The two of you started walking back down the aisle. Eddie was in tears as he watched you walk by but so was Molly and Luke. Behind you, Henry escorted Lottie out. They were followed by the rest of the bridal party.

“Congratulations.” Olivia says as you meet her just inside the hallway. “Come this way. I prepared a room just for the four of you so that you have some time together.”

“Thank you.”

Bucky opens the door for you. Inside there’s a couch and some refreshments. You sit as Bucky ushers Lottie and Henry in.

“Would you like a drink, Mrs. Barnes?” Bucky smiles cheekily at you.

“I would love one Mr. Barnes.” You smile before turning to the kids. “Henry, I'm so proud of you, sweet boy.”

“Thank you mama.”

“And you did great my sweet angel.”

“Tank you mama.” Lottie smiles before turning to look at Bucky as he hands you some champagne and hands the kids a plate with something to snack on, then something to drink. “Oh tank you daddy.”

“You’re welcome, doll. You looked so beautiful, baby. Just like a princess.”

Lottie giggled and hid her face behind her hands.

“And our sweet boy looks so handsome. Just like a prince.” You add with a smile.

Bucky sits next to you, holding his own glass of champagne. An arm rests on the back of the couch behind you and you lean into him.

“Hi Sugar.”

“Hi baby.” You lean up to give him a quick kiss. “We’re married.” You whisper against his lips.

“You’re stuck with me now.”

“I wouldn’t want anyone else.” You raise your glass and Bucky does the same. Henry and Lottie, not wanting to be left out, raise their juice boxes to ‘clink’ them together with you and Bucky.

“To the Barnes family and our future.”

You take a sip of champagne, cringing slightly at the taste.

“What’s wrong?”

“I don’t know, it tastes weird.”

“It tastes fine to me.”

You just shrug. “It’s no big deal. We have something different picked out for the reception.”

Bucky finishes his drink and takes yours as you lean against him. The kids are sharing their snacks and having their own conversation. You were sure this was heaven.

“Did you look at your watch?” You ask.

“Yeah, it’s great. I love it.”

“You have to look at it again.”

Bucky shifts and pulls up the sleeve of his suit and shirt to look down at the watch. His eyes widen in surprise when he sees a small ‘I do’ carved on the bezel, next to the time you’d both said those words.

“You’re amazing, you know that?” Bucky says while still looking down at the watch.

You smile while accepting another kiss from him. After about fifteen minutes of your alone time, Olivia knocks on the door to inform you that you’re needed for pictures. The four of you head out to meet the wedding party and your family.

“Ladies and gentlemen, introducing Mr. And Mrs. Barnes.” The DJ announces and all the guests cheer as you and Bucky walk hand in hand to the reception.

The room was decorated beautifully. Just like the ceremony there were flowers and cases all over. Candles were lit along the tables and the lights above were very soft to give the room a romantic feel. Everything was perfect.

“The lovely couple will share their first dance as husband and wife.”

Music slowly started to play once Bucky escorted you to the center of the dance floor. He pulls you by your waist and leaves his hands there.

🎶 I met you in the dark, you lit me up.🎶

“I love this song.” You tell Bucky as he leads you around the dance floor.

🎶then you smiled over your shoulder. For a minute I was stone cold sober. I pulled you closer to my chest. 🎶

“And I love you.” Bucky whispers into your ear. You smile as he pushes you away and spins you before pulling you back.

🎶 and I’ll take the kids to school, wave them goodbye.🎶

As those lyrics ring out you and Bucky can’t help but turn your heads at the same time to find the kids. Henry and Charlotte are at the edge of the dance floor, both of them with bright smiles and stars in their eyes as they watch their parents dance.

While you kept looking at the kids Bucky turned to look at you again. He was sure his heart was going to give out at any moment. There was just no way that he could be so happy, most of the time he thought he never deserved it. But you were always there to drive the doubt away.

“I wanna live with you even when we’re ghosts.” He sings just for you. “‘Cause you were always there when I needed you most.”

“I’m gonna love you ‘til my lungs give out. I promise ‘til death we part like in our vows.” You sang back.

This time you couldn’t help the few tears that escaped. This was so much more than you could have ever dreamed of.

🎶now everybody knows, that it just you and me until we’re gray and old. Just say you won’t let go.🎶

The final notes of the song played as Bucky dipped you and then met you halfway to give you a sweet kiss. When he pulled you back up, his lips still connected to yours, the room filled with cheers and applause from your guests. You only pulled apart when you heard Henry and Lottie running across the hardwood floor towards you.

The four of you move to your table and sit down. Dinner is served almost immediately and you enjoy your time next to your husband.

Bucky leads you around the room, making sure to stop at every table. His family, well your family now too, all congratulate you and wish you years of happiness. Bucky’s nieces and nephews start to call you aunt Y/N and you can’t help but giggle.

You’re almost done with the tables so you head to the next one.

“Thank you Ramonda.”

“My second favorite white boy.” Shuri moves to stand right beside her mother. “Congratulations to the happy couple.”

“Second favorite?” Bucky looked offended.

“Of course. Henry has the top honor.”

“It was a beautiful ceremony and we are honored that you invited us.” T’Challa congratulated both of you. “A gift from us.” He holds out an envelope out to you and you take it. “Please open it now.”

Bucky looks over your shoulder as you read the note. “A house? In Wakanda?” You look up at T’Challa with wide eyes.

“You are family now. We want you to have a place to come visit whenever you like.”

“And it can always be expanded if the family grows.” Ramonda adds with a sly smile.

“Thank you so much T’Challa.” You give him a quick hug.

“Oh and we made sure to include a goat pen. I hear Charlotte loves goats.”

“We might have to move to Wakanda permanently when she finds out about the goats.”

You chuckle because you can already imagine her trying to sneak goats into her bed or her sneaking out to play with them. After a few minutes of conversation you move on to the last table. Tony, Pepper, Bruce, Duckie, Thor and Loki are all sitting together. You go around the table greeting everyone before heading back to your own table.

The speeches had started. Sam was currently speaking and he had everyone in stitches. As the crowd quiets down he turns to Bucky.

“In all honesty I was surprised but touched when Bucky asked me to be his best man. There is a genuinely good man under all the scowling and glaring. I’m proud to be his friend and to be able to watch him become a father and a husband. To the happy couple.” Sam raises his glass and everyone follows.

Nat and Wanda decided to work together on a speech. You had been surprised at how touching it was. They spoke about the friendship the three of you had created. The good, the bad and the ugly the three of you had faced not only as avengers but as friends.

“We love you both very much.” Wanda says, ending their joint speech.

In a surprising move you saw Henry get up from his chair and extend his hand to Lottie. They walk hand in hand towards Wanda and Nat. Henry takes the microphone but hesitates as everyone keeps their eyes on him. You turn to look at Bucky but he’s just as surprised as you are.

“Hello everyone.” Henry’s voice is small as he addresses the room. “I’m Henry.”

“An am Wottie.” Lottie adds when Henry holds out the mic for her. “Am so happy we gots mawwied today.”

“Daddy and Mama, you are our favorite people ever.”

“You awe-ways so nice.”

Henry’s confession received a chorus of ‘awws’ from the guests. You and Bucky stood and went to your kids.

“My sweet boy.” You whisper as you hug Henry, pulling away just enough to wipe his tears away with a handkerchief Bucky had given you.

“They love us and I want us to be a family forever.” Henry says into the microphone.

“We will be bubs. No one will ever get in between us ever again. I promise.”

“I promise too.” You look at Lottie who was tucked into Bucky’s shoulder. “What about you? What do you want?”

Without missing a beat Lottie takes the microphone from Henry and announces, “I want a baby sissy.”

Again Lottie caused all the guests to laugh while you hid your face behind your hands. With Henry and Lottie the speeches come to an end it’s time for some more dancing.

“And now ladies and gentlemen it’s time for the father/daughter dance.” The DJ announces.

Eddie comes up to your table and offers you his hand. You follow him to the middle of the dance floor. Eddie moves with you and you can’t help but laugh as you follow his lead. Halfway through the DJ announces that all fathers should join you and Eddie on the dance floor. Bucky and Lottie are first. Then you slowly see Clint and his daughter join. Luke twirls Olivia with one hand while keeping his other hand over Molly’s growing belly as he dances with his three girls. T’Challa even pulls Shuri out of her chair. Even if she protests you see a little hint of a smile on her lips.

“I know I am not your mother but I am very fond of you.” Ramonda says as they sway from side to side. “Your mother would be very proud of you, James.”

“Thank you Ramonda.” Bucky takes Ramonda’s hand and places a kiss on her knuckles. “I don’t think I’ll ever have the words to explain how much it means that you would dance with me. But I believe you have another dance partner.” Bucky steps away as T’Challa takes his place.

As the song plays on, Bucky looks over to see you pulling Henry so that you can dance with him. You’re leaning down so that he can give you a kiss on the cheek. Other mothers and sons joined the dance. It was lovely to see Sarah take turns with A.J. and Cass. Laura dances with Cooper and Nathaniel. Even Peter dances with his aunt May.

“Having fun?” Bucky asks when you make your way over to him after the dance is over.

“Absolutely, but I’m gonna grab Lottie and change our dresses.”

“Why?” Bucky looks you up and down. “You look perfect.”

“Thank you, babe. But I have a more comfortable dress so that we can dance more and it feels so tight around my chest now. If I stay in this dress any longer my boobs going to hurt a lot.”

“I can help with that.” Bucky smirks.

You roll your eyes before leaning in to kiss him. Bucky wraps his arms around your waist and pulls you in.

“I’ll be back.”

You were back about half an hour later. First Sofia helped you get changed into your second dress. It was something easier to move in. Then you helped get Lottie changed. She had chosen a champagne colored sequin jumpsuit, mostly because she liked the way it sparkled.

The two of you made your way back to the reception just as the DJ was announcing that the dance floor was open for everyone. Lottie excuses herself and makes her way to Steve in order to share a dance with him.

Sofia takes your hand and pulls you towards your bridesmaids, Molly, Laura, Sarah, Maria and Pepper. You all dance and laugh together.

“May I steal my wife?” Bucky comes in just as one of the songs ends. He’d taken off his suit jacket, bow tie and rolled up the sleeves of his button down shirt.

“Certainly.” Laura pushes you gently towards him.

With one hand Bucky takes yours with the other he offers you a glass of wine but you shake your head. Bucky downs the wine in one gulp and leaves the glass behind on a table.

A slower song starts to play and Bucky pulls you in close. His hands sit at your waist while you wrap your arms around his neck. You gaze lovingly into each other’s eyes, not needing to exchange words to know you both are overwhelmingly happy and so in love.

“Oh my god.” You gasp as you and Bucky turn slowly.

“What? What is it?” Bucky went to turn his head but you stopped him.

“Ok, slowly turn me around and then look over my left shoulder. I can’t believe this.”

“Now it will only take another year before he asks her out.” Bucky murmurs.

“But hey, it’s progress.” You reply with a smile. “Besides, it’s not like you can talk. We had a kid before we even dated and then another before you proposed.”

“Do you want a third before our one year wedding anniversary? Because I can make that happen.”

You laugh. “Shut up.”

“That wasn’t a no.” Bucky smiles before he kisses you again.

“One dance Woki Poki.” Lottie held up one finger.

“I will not dance with you or anyone else for that matter.”

“Pwease.”

“No.”

Lottie pouts as she looks up at him. Her big blue eyes silently pleading that he would do as she asked. Loki crossed his arms over his chest and rolled his eyes.

“Fine. Just one dance.”

“Yay.” Lottie claps and takes Loki’s hand, pulling him up from his chair.

One by one Lottie would dance with the whole team and a few other people.

Across the room Henry was hanging out with Clint’s and Sarah’s boys. All of them eying the dessert table. They were planning a little heist in order to get some treats before they were served to everyone else.

“I have to go alone.” Henry says as he looks around to make sure no one is listening. “If one of you goes with me then I won’t have my hands free to carry the plate.”

“Fine, we’ll wait by the door and we can go out to the garden.”

“Ok, I’ll be back.” Henry says and turns invisible.

The boys watch the table, seeing a plate disappear. They ran towards the door, yelling to their parents that they were going to go play outside.

Henry meets them just outside with the plate of sweet treats held high. The group of boys laugh as they move away from the reception. Cass congratulates Henry on doing a good job. They sit together and joke while sharing the desserts.

The reception is almost over. You stand with Bucky and the kids in front of the cake Henry chose. Bucky holds up the knife and together you cut two small pieces of cake. You and Bucky feed each other a small piece while Lottie swipes some frosting and smears it on Henry’s cheek. She lets out a full belly laugh before running away with her brother following close behind with frosting on his finger.

There’s time for one last dance. So you and Bucky choose to dance together with the kids as the guest exit to give you some privacy. This is it. Just the four of you, ready to face the rest of your lives together. Nothing could be better than that.

You exit the mansion through the main doorway. All your guests are lined up, cheering and waving sparklers as you, Bucky and the kids make your way down towards the waiting car. At the end of the makeshift aisle you stop and hug your dad and closest friends. Lottie and Henry go with Steve since he offered to watch them during the honeymoon.

“We’ll be back before you know it, doll. And we’ll call everyday.” Bucky kisses Lottie’s cheek.

“Habe fun daddy.”

“I will, you have fun and behave.” Bucky squints his eyes making Lottie let out a sleepy giggle. “You too bubs.” Bucky turns his attention to Henry who is leaning into you.

“I will. I’ll miss you.”

“We’ll miss you both, sweet boy.”

After a few more hugs for the kids, Nat and Sam push you towards the waiting car. Bucky opens the door to the passenger’s side and helps you in. Bucky doesn’t waste time as he gets in and turns the car on. With one hand on the steering wheel and the other on your thigh Bucky speeds away.

Bucky still wouldn’t tell you where you were going. Even as you climbed the stairs to Tony’s private jet. Your luggage was already put away and there was an overnight bag with everything you’d need during your flight. Bucky had made sure to pack comfortable clothes for you to change into.

It really didn’t matter what Bucky had planned. He could take you to the most boring place ever and you’d be ok with it just because you were by his side. You snuggle up to him after take off. The excitement of the day was finally catching up to you.

“C’mon Sugar,” Bucky pulls you into his chest. “I’ll wake you up when we get there.”

“Love you, Mr. Barnes.”

“I love you too Mrs. Barnes.”

You smile, Mrs. Barnes had a nice ring to it.
