#quantity ≠ effort it took#some one minute edits took less time for someone to make than a 20 second one#and idk#maybe don’t fucking blame content creators for the way social media buries longer videos#maybe before you accuse people of not committing to their art and essentially calling ppl lazy#you should try to actually make the things you want to see yourself#even if a video length did inherently equal the amount of effort it took to make#(which it doesn’t)#you have no right to shame people for making easier things for *fandom* for *free*!!!#y’all treat editors like shit#you have never valued what they made as something that took time and effort and that’s WHY long form videos dies#*died#and now y’all have the gall to once again dismiss the amount of love and work that goes into video edits when it’s starting to revive again#I honestly don’t care if I sound mean anymore y’all are fucking horrible to people making edits in their free time for free
