Mary and Max 2009

Max Jerry Horowitz:

Such a haunting drama movie which was written from life by a director who has a real feeling and sympathy for people who don't quite fit into the world, and feel alienated or are misunderstood by others. Mary with neglect, insecurities and depression and Max with Asperger.

My tears fell like rain for Mary and Max throughout every choke in their life.

I feel so much of myself for Mary, being bullied, neglected, so much invested in Psychology and then depressed until almost ending it all by hanging.

It's almost midnight and I'm close to wasted. I'm sitting in my would-be-my-platonic-life-companion-but-I-got-there-too-late Taja Cheek's room, with her actual-platonic-life-companion-because-she-got-there-just-in-time Bailey Georges, and our friend Max, my would-be-platonic-life-companion-except-for-some-reason-not, just wrote the first melody of his ENTIRE LIFE, and Bailey and I attempted to make a song out of it, and only partially succeeded.
