Okokokokok! This is something I have to say. Spoiler(ish?) for the newest chapter of the webtoon (Sept 24th chapter) - under the read more ~~

The use of chains in the background of this chapter was actually really good. I will say when I read this part in the book - sure I kinda understood how she felt, but the chains drawn in this chapter really drive that home.

Like…

The chains are so good to describe her feelings without actually saying it. (I get that they do after that, but like I fully understood before that~~)

I dont know why I’m so hung up on that but I am. Thank you, UtOT manta team!

kind of wcif but not really, do you use a default skin at all or just overlays on top of vanilla ea skin?

i use calypso by aloeislands as default

been using it for years, and at this point i'm tired of it and want to use none, but i'm worried about how my sims will look without, i'll need to check everyone first, because all my face overlays aren't opaque and having a different default will change everyone's appearance.

if not for that worry, i would use none now. i used to dislike vanilla maxis skin for being too rough, but now i appreciate how each facial feature preset has it's own overlay (maxis face texture is basically a lego), and i can always smoothen the roughness with overlays.

His wife sighed a little, tears pricking up in the corners of her eyes. One of them rolled down her cheek, the tear glowing as the fire from the fireplace lit up her saddened face.

“Maxi… What happened? Are you… Upset with me?” He asks a little unsure, wiping her cheeks of tears with his thumbs gently.

“R-riftan… Do you… Do you not f-feel for me?” Maxi barely asked, frightened by the grave silence that followed. Her vision was getting completely blurred with tears with each passing second of her husband's silence.

“Feel for you?” The large man repeated in a low voice, his tone confused and hurt.

Max bit her lip, avoiding adding anything else, yet she knew she had to. Now that she brought this topic up, she had to finish it.
