Bojan Cvjetićanin as Kaj and Katja Predan as Ester in "Kaj pa Ester?", which will be in cinemas from December 14th.

A film is coming to Slovenian cinemas, in which one of the main roles is played by the singer for the group Joker Out - this is why calls for the film to be played abroad are already coming in.

Cinemas across Slovenia will start showing the romantic movie "Kaj pa Ester?" mid-December, but the movie's reach has already surpassed our country's borders. One of the leads is Bojan Cvjetićanin, frontman of the group Joker Out, which has achieved tremendous success and popularity throughout Europe in the last year.

According to comments on social media, Joker Out fans desperately want the film to be seen in their own countries, and a petition on the website Change. org has even started collecting signatures to make the film "Kaj pa Ester?" internationally distributed – or at least get English subtitles for it."Kaj pa Ester?" was directed by Tosja Flaker Berce, who also wrote the script with producer Andraž Jerič. Alongside Cvjetićanin, the film stars Katja Predan, Diana Kolenc, Veronika Železnik, Mila Peršin, Suzana Krevh, Filip Mramor, Nina Valič, Miha Hočevar, Iztok Bevk, Matej Tunja, Maks Mihelič, Ajda Pirtovšek, Žan Brelih Hatunić, Miha Jakovljević and Miranda Trnjanin.

And the plot of the film? This is what the creators wrote: Ester (Katja Predan) is thrilled to get into high school, but problems immediately arise when she learns that her ex-boyfriend Kaj (Bojan Cvjetićanin) has enrolled in the same school with the intention of reconnecting. As all the (female) classmates side with Kaj, Ester finds an ally in Vanda (Diana Kolenc), with whom she begins pretending to be a couple, for the approval of her classmates and Vanda's parents. At first, the plan seems to work, but new emotions quickly complicate the situation.
