Devlog #002

Unfortunatly, I am still not 100% up to health again (i mean, technically speaking, I'll never be, cause chronic illness, but at least somewhat symptom free).

I didn't make any progress on the match3 stuff, but I did do some research on how to handle different languages (I'm bilingual anyways, so there's little point in not having that option).

It's actually pretty easy to set up. Otherwise I experimented a little bit with different artstyles, as I have yet to 100% decide on what direction to take ~

Devlog #001

Happy new years everyone!

I used the holidays to get a better grip on godot and started working on the match-3-system.

Unfortunatly, I didn't make as much progress as I wanted, due to illness, but we got a field getting filled with tokens and the algorithm does a pretty good job at finding groups of at least three tokens. That's where it stopps for now at least, I am currently working on having the tokens moving down when a group gets removed.

(Obivously, the layout is just for development purposes, gonna have nice icons and animations later down the road)
