The Tel Azaatar massacre is lesser known than Sabra-Shatila, it began as a siege on an Unrwa administered camp for refugees in northeastern Beirut. The siege ended on August 12, 1976, with the massacre of 2,000 to 3,000 Palestinians. It was perpetrated by Christian Lebanese militias who were fully supported by israel.

Yesterday there was a bombing on estern Deir Al-Balah (middle of the strip) and while talking to @ilnjjar2 about it he said that 5 young men and one child were martyred near his family's home!!

Currently, there's 1 million displaced Palestinians in Deir Al-Balah and there's constant evictions happening. The situation is getting worse and worse by the hour and the IDF has been concentrating on the middle of the strip since the Nuseirat June 8th massacre (the "rescue operation" massacre)
