Period Pain- Mason Mount

Your ovaries are killing you. It's so, so, so, sore. Your boyfriend Mason is trying his hardest to help but is stuck because it's never been this bad before. Maybe sitting in the heat will help", as soon as you've finished saying the word 'bath', he is right up out of his seat and rushes straight to the bathroom to run your bath. After he's done running the bath to the perfect temperature, and adding half a bottle of bubble bath, he runs through to get you and carries you to the bathroom and helps you get undresses. Once you're in the bath he brings you a glass of water and some painkillers.

When you get out the bath, you put on your fresh pyjamas and walk downstairs to see your boyfriend sat on the living room floor surrounded by candles and facemasks in his hands. "What's all this Mason?", you question the innocent looking boy. He looks so cute you can resist taking a photo for your instagram story, "Say cheese", You giggle as you take the picture. He is smiling from ear to ear and he just looks so cute. You apply the face masks to one another, being careful of each others hair and you have a cute photoshoot whilst waiting for them to dry.

Later on you upload the pictures to instagram with the caption 'Thank you for making me feel better ♡ @masonmount10'. You spent the rest of the night with Mason reading all of the comments on your post, it's funny watching all the fans gush over your relationship.

You read comments of a recently posted photo of you and Mason with the champions league cup. Sat at your dresser, getting ready for a dinner at the club, something you was looking forward too, but you knew papers would be there to snap any photos that would bring hate.

“Babe, are you getting ready?” Mason walked into the bedroom you shared fixing his buttons on his shirt.

You placed the phone on the dresser and smiled up at him. “I just need to put the heels on.” You replied as you stood up to fix his bowtie.

Mason nodded and got his phone out of his pocket, “Let’s take a selfie.” He smiles as he points the phone in the direction of you both as you hid behind him.

“Nooo, it’s bad enough the press is going to take photos of me.” You whined as you look at him.

“For me then?” He pouted.

You sighed, knowing that the comments would come but you put on a smile and posed for the selfie.

“Thank you, my love. The car be outside any minute so you nearly there?” He asked as he walked off.

“Yeah, just let me grab my phone and put my shoes on and I be down.” You say as you pick your phone off the dresser and took one last look in the mirror.

Both sat in the back of a car, looking through your phone, you get a notification that Mason tagged you in a photo.

You smiled and looked at Mason and gave him the look. “I know, before you say but it was a good of a photo” he says.

You looked back at the photo and saw some of the comments.

It was then this comment that tears formed in your eyes threatening to fall any moment and ruin the make-up you spent hour on.

You clicked off Instagram and turned to look out the window, avoiding Mason. You didn’t want to show that any moment you could burst into tears.

It wasn’t long before you were at Stamford Bridge. Mason helped you out of the car and you walked along the blue carpet as you posed for the photos, you were so proud of Mason and the team but at the same time you hated events like this, you were happy to stay out of limelight, but you knew you had to support Mason.

You sat at the table with some of the lads and their partners, you were happy you were sat next to Mia. So, you weren’t completely alone while Mason was mingling.

“You alright Y/N? you seem a bit off?” She asks concerned.

You smiled and nodded “Yeah, I’m okay…Just takes a while to get use to all this.” You say as you look at your glass of wine you held for a while.

“I don’t think you’d ever get used to it, it’s the comments from time to time” Mia went on to say but turned to you when you let out a sob as the tears that was threatening to fall in the car was streaming down your face.

“Y/N?” She asked as she looked around for Mason and couldn’t see him. “come on.” She whispered as she took your hand to the ladies.

You walked into the ladies and stumbled to the stool that was sat up against the wall as you sobbed.

Mia looked at you and knelt in front of you “Hey, calm down. What’s going on? Want me to go and fetch Mason?” She asked as she passed you the box of tissues that sat by the sink

You shook your head “No he can’t see me like this.” You pull yourself together as you wiped your nose and eyes with the tissues.

“It’s just…I’m not good enough from him.” You manged to say as the tears kept falling.

“What? Who said that? Look you two are perfect. Mason loves you and you can tell.” She says as she moved your hair out of your eyes.

“Just these comments, I know I should just ignore them.” You sniffle.

“but it still hurts?” Mia asked. “Mason loves you; he chose you.” She continues “You need to ignore these hates, block them, report them whatever because at the end of the day you’re the one Mason is coming home too good or bad times, he wants you.” Mia tells you sternly as you nodded. “Now…you’re going to wipe your tears, and you’re going to enjoy the night and forget about those people who are sitting behind a keyboard.” Mia smiled as she stood up.

You nodded you knew she was right, so you stood up and grabbed your bag to re-touch the make-up that you had just wiped off your face.

It wasn’t long before you returned to the table and Mia gave you an encouraging nod and smiled.

“There you are! Where you been?” Mason came and wrapped his arms around your waist and rested his chin on your shoulder.

“Bathroom, sorry” You smile and kiss him on his cheek.

It wasn’t long till you were in the car heading back home, you were scrolling through socials going through stories and posts of the night. Where you saw the post that set you off earlier you noticed the comments again, as you clicked on the replies to the comment.

“Nothing, just I’m so lucky!” You smile as you rest your head on his shoulders.

Ice-Skating • Mason Mount

I was currently just sat on my bed scrolling through my phone. Well mainly messaging my friends asking what time we were going to meet up as we were going ice-skating together.

When I was waiting for them to reply I decided to scroll through Instagram just so I could see what people were up to. That was until I came across something Mason put on it. Mason has been my crush for about 3 months and I have spoken to him a little bit but not a lot mainly during history as that lesson he sits next to me so we joke around together.

How does one human always manage to look so good no matter what? Wait hang on did he say he was going ice-skating later today. Oh god, I'm actually going to embarrass myself I can't ice-skate to save a life.

Georgia: We're going meeting about 3:45 outside of the place as the cheaper skate at 4 xx

It is currently 2:50 so I have about 30 minutes before I need to leave as I have to get a bus to the ice-rink. I reluctantly got up and off of my bed so I could walk to my wardrobe and drawers to pick out some clothes that I could ice-skate in.

I ended up wearing black leggings which weren't too see-through and I also got a blueish grey jumper which had a whale on the front. I grabbed my mums neckless that had an ice skate on it since she used to do ice skating when she was growing up. I then went and grabbed my Nike shoes so I could but them on now so when I had to leave I could just go.

I grabbed my rucksack from my floor so I could put important stuff in it so I don't have to put them in my non-existent pockets

I grabbed my phone and looked at the time at 3:21 pm. I grabbed my rucksack and put it on my back as I had to go.

"I'm leaving now" you shouted to your mum who was in the house.

Closing the door you started to walk to the bus stop so you catch the bus to the ice-rink.

Skipping the bus journey

When I got off the bus I checked my phone to see the time and it was 3:43 so I had around 2 minutes to get to the ice-skating rink to meet my friends. I mean it doesn't matter if I was a little late as we couldn't start skating till 4 anyway.

Once I finally made it to the ice-rink I saw 4 of my friends that were all going ice-skating.

"Hey guys" I shouted whilst walking over to them.

"Y/N" Georgia shouted coming over to hug me. I then walked over to the rest of my friends hugging them.

"Did you hear that Mason and some of his friends were coming ice-skating today?" One of my other friends Casey asked looking towards me. Yes, all of my friends know about my crush on Mason. And yes sometimes they do get really annoying about but there my best friends so it's fine.

"Yeah saw it on his Instagram earlier" I replied.

"Oh look, here they come" Abby, another one of your friends, said looking over my shoulder. I guess that was where he was coming from.

Turning around there I saw Mason walking down the hill with a large group of his mates. I think there were about 5 of them including Mason. He has a lot of friends in his little friendship group so it didn't surprise me that there were so many of them going. Realising that I was staring at them I turned around quickly to all of your friends who were looking at me.

"Let's go inside and pay," I said starting to walk towards the door that leads to the ice rink.

I went and paid for myself and got a pair of white ice-skates so I could actually skate I then walked down to one of the seats so I could put them on.

"Look who's coming to sit over here," Georgia said to me.

I looked over and saw Mason and his mates coming to sit down in the same section that I and my friends were in.

"Hey Y/N is it alright if I and my mates could leave our stuff with yours. I mean Fikayo doesn't really want to ice-skate so he's looking after our stuff and he can look after your friends as well" he said babbling on.

"It's fine anyway most of our friends are friends anyway," I said smiling towards him. I also surprised myself with how calm I was talking to him because I'm usually really shy and awkward.

"Thanks" he replied sitting next to me so he could put his ice-skates on.

Mason and I were just talking with each other and joking about just waiting till we could actually go onto the ice to skate.

"Can I ask you something?" Mason said looking quite nervous. I just nodded my head motioning him to continue speaking.

"I was wondering if you-" he got that far through when they opened the gates and his mates were calling him over so he stood up and walked over to them so he can hang out with them. I'm guessing he will ask me whatever he wanted to later.

"See you and Mason had a lot to talk about" Georgia whispered in my ear.

"Shut up, let's go and ice-skate" I replied standing up and holding your hand out so she could grab it.

"Let's go" Georgia shouted standing on the ice. As soon as she stepped on the ice she fell over and I couldn't help but laugh at her.

"God Georgia be careful," I said in the middle of laughing. You went to stand on the ice and surprisingly I didn't fall on to my arse like I thought I would. Even though my mum is good as ice-skating I never have been. I mean last time I came I could barely stand up without falling over. That would be embarrassing in front of my crush.

I started skating around with Georgia once she stood up again and we just started talking about random things like we always do when we're together.

Throughout the time ice-skating I laughed about and joked around with your friends. I had races around the rink against my friends and even watched some of them fall over constantly which was pretty funny as well. I kept looking around the ice-rink to see who was still here. Okay, who am I kidding I was seeing what Mason was doing. It's not like I was a stalker or anything I was just wondering what everyone was doing.

We were skating together for about 2 hours when we had to leave because the skating rink was getting ready for something later on. I walked over to where Fikayo, Mason's friend, was sat since he was the one who was looking after all of our stuff.

I was taking off my ice-skates when Mason came and sat down next to me with his skates in his hands. I looked towards him and smiled and he smiled back.

"So I was asking you a question earlier but got interrupted by my friends so I was wondering if I could ask you now?" he questioned looking nervous once again. This also made me nervous just thinking about it. I bet I could barely speak without seeming nervous so I just nodded my head.

"Right okay, so I was wondering if you..." Yep, he got that far when one of his friends, Harry I think, asked Mason to come over so they could give their skates to the person behind the desk so they could get their shoes. I heard Mason groan a bit but still walk over to Harry so he could get his shoes.

I just sighed and pulled my ice-skates off and walked over to the desk with Georgia so I could also get my shoes so I could actually go home. I knew my mum was going to pick me up so I didn't have to worry about getting a bus home.

I quickly put my shoes on and walked outside bidding farewell to my friends and giving them all hugs one by one they left. I was still sitting outside because my mum got stuck in traffic so would be a little bit late. When I was stood outside alone I saw Mason and his mates all walking out and saying bye to each other. When they all left Mason walked over to me.

"You actually going to ask me that question that you've been dying too with no interruptions," I said giggling a bit at the end.

"Sure" he replied chuckling a bit.

"So I was wondering if you knew if Georgia was seeing anyone or not?" he asked. I was really confused why was he asking about Georgia was one of his friends interested in her or was he interested in her.

"Um no, I don't think so why?"

"I was going to see if she wanted to go out with me one day," he said smiling slightly.

"Oh" was all I could say. I was shocked and a little bit hurt that he didn't like me back but what hurt the most was that he liked my best friends. Luckily my mum came so I could leave this awkward moment. It may only be awkward for me but it was still awkward and I wanted to get away from it.

"That's my mum's car so I guess I better be going. Bye." I said waving slightly towards Mason. He just waved back and stood up. I'm guessing he was going home now too. Anyway, I walked towards my mum's car and just got in it and said hello to my mum and answered the question that she had. I got out my phone and started messaging Georgia.

Me: You will never guess what happened when we left ice-skating

Georgia: What

Me: Mason and I spoke and he told me something interesting

Georgia: What did he tell you

Me: That he was interested in you and wanted to take you out

Georgia: Are you ok? Do you want me to come round so we can talk, eat and watch movies?

Me: Sure

And that's what happened me and Georgia sat at my house eating, watching a load of movies and talked about boys and how we didn't need them if we had each other. Yeah, it may hurt a little bit now that my crush doesn't like me back but it's only a stupid crush that would leave soon. I also know that at some point there will be someone else. All I need now if my friends and I know I will be fine.
