Just made the horrible realization that Bruce Wayne is probably younger than me now given the fuck up state of Comic book timelines

but also that there is a very high chance Bruce's parents were murdered after watching the Antonio Bandera's Mask of the Zorro

I'm likely about Bruce's age now (I mean he should be 40-50 years old to have been a dad, but we can't have Bruce Wayne be 47 years old!) and yeah the 1998 Mask of Zorro would be just about the right time frame, they should jump on that while they can, because like... where would you even go to see the Mark of Zorro? (fun fact its unclear in canon which Mark of Zorro it is, the 1920 silent film original, or the 1940 remake) and what child wants to see a black and white old movie?

Just saw an interview where Antonio Banderas said he is willing to pass down the torch of Zorro to another actor for the third movie if it happens.

And since Zorro is like the vigilante hero of Mexico, please I beg the heavens, the movie producers to have him pass it to Tenoch.

I love how Robert Anderson, the sword master on The Mask of Zorro, talks about how incredibly talented Antonio Banderas is--how he is one of a kind in terms of his skill with a sword and acting ability wrapped into one--and then when the subject turns to Catherine Zeta-Jones' ability, he not only compliments her, with the same level of admiration in his voice that he had for Antonio, but with the new addition of a broad smile, he says: "She's excellent. Her swordplay is as good as the men's. In some cases better (He laughs)."

Zorro and Belle are the parents of Puss in Boots, Zorro was named after the legendary hero that his owner Antonio gave him (Puss’ biological name was named after his father’s owner) and Belle was named after Beauty and the Beast tale that her owner Princess Sophia gave her. Zorro is an outlaw and Belle is a princess.
