tdas: - mal acted like a villain for the show bc fans enjoy drama and on my LIFE chris is rigging votes based on fan popularity and who he personally likes. so mal was just being overdramatic so he could stay on longer. two steps ahead frfr (ok nikocado pack it up /silly) - vito x anne maria. idc that the show tries to make her look bad, those two are so cute and systems can date different people bro - mike x zoey, obv, but also svetlana x zoey. shes poly for her partner sys ur honor. also, bi zoey. and super supportive singlet zoey. idk i love zoey sm shes so sweet - dawn is pagan, probably works with gaia or some other version of mother earth - cameron is autistic as hell bro thats not even a headcanon thats basically canon atp. that boy has so much tism in him - B is transmasc (yes this is tdroti not tdas. shush.)

metal family: - i think dee listens to white girl music sometimes - he picked it up from ches, who would blare 2000s white girl bangers to annoy his mom during fights - gustav has been to prison and had his record cleared via shady payoff to the govt - mary was married to gustav via some sort of arranged marraige (possibly a forced taxes and traditional conservative values thing cause he absolutely would [i hate gustave with a passion]) - gustav died believing that glam got fully possessed by the devil during that one scene - glam gets nightmares about his dad and/or about becoming like his dad and hurting his wife and kids. his sleep schedule is still ass to this day - nobody knows the full extent of glam's childhood, not even ches - ches probably assumed glam's scars were self inflicted due to location, and he hasnt asked to clarify bc he doesnt really know how - hes absolutely noticed tho - lif and dee consider the rat their adopted son and his theme song is rats by ghost since they both canonically like that band - heavy prefers the metallica version of enter sandman, dee likes the ghost cover better - vicky listens to viking metal and aggressive sea shanties - glam would love chappel roan - ches would love sabrina carpenter - dee would unironically like taylor swift and would tell NOBODY - dee is not only a brony (canon), but also a furry. he has a fursona and a ponysona - dee would be a reality shifter but he doesnt believe it exists - dee does NOT like cats. heavy absolutely loves them. lif likes them, but also draws gore of them (not in an edgy way but she thinks the biology is neat and has an art style where it works) - lif sits in graveyards in her spare time

metal family part 2: - heavy is a theistic satanist, dee is an atheist (canon), lif is an atheistic satanist but likes theistic satanism quite a bit, glam is an atheist, vicky is a norse pagan, ches is in tune with the universe and just calls himself "spiritual, not religious" - dee writes fanfic - i love headcanons where dee is just an absolute fucking nerd cause its SO ACCURATE bro that boy is a GEEK - dee knows the basics of chemical warfare from his chemistry phase - he could and absolutely would nuke someone if he had good reason

metal family part 3: - dee is a controlled pyromaniac - dee steals from big businesses and never from small/independent ones, he taught heavy who only steals food (candy, drinks, etc) bc anything else makes him feel guilty - dee has a spacehey account - hes also very active on the dark web, and holds a paywall on hacker services for people - he has sent things to people who wanted him to hack for shitty reasons. by things, i mean animals. not alive ones. also, small pipe bombs that arent quite deadly but will still hurt pretty damn badly - dee will jailbreak people's school devices, for a fee - hes such a con artist except hes not cause he actually pulls through - his stalker thing with lif was purely genetic, idk how but it was (see: glam stalked vicky too) - both relationships are super healthy tho dwdw - heavy cant work the internet without dees help, but is very active online where hes allowed to be - dee is a dipper personality type, heavy is a mabel personality type, and lif channels bill cipher without the,, yknow,, pure insanity - that one pink haired girl whos name i cant remember is super nice but super sheltered from alt subcultures and queer people, think caitlyn from my creative writing class (ik you dont know her)

metal family part 4: - lif had a dsmp phase and was an e girl in 2020 - she also has a scene phase shortly after - goth isnt her only style but its def her main and shes super good at the makeup and also the dancing - heavy would pierce someone for enough money - dee would give people tattoos at school for money, but he refuses to do stick and poke so he cant (doesnt have a machine) - lif draws art commissions online - dee and lif are both huge creepypasta enjoyers and have loads of ocs - heavy knows the basic ones (jeff the killer, toby, ben drowned, etc) - heavy and dee would write and produce films with shitty production quality thatre somehow really good and post them on youtube - dee takes college level classes and is aiming for his two-year by graduation (omg look its ollie projecting onto his fav characters again) - glam is pan, dee is demiromantic ace, heavy is straight as a fucking board, vicky is straight but was bicurious at one point cause lesbians absolutely love her (anna has a one sided crush one her rip), ches is gay but doesnt date much anyways, lif is bi with a preference for girls (although technically she has a preference for dee) - lif had a pink and girl phase in elementary, complete with the justice and claires stuff - lif is a demigirl (our lif is transfem i think iirc)

Yang: Aw, she’s so cool!

Weiss: No, she’s not! She’s cringe! Everything about her is cringe!

Yang: But does she make you happy?

Weiss: ...She used to.

Yang: Weiss, my fursona is a literal Mary-Sue. She’s the daughter of a Goddess and she sees herself as someone so perfect that she can’t do wrong and is so OP that nobody can challenge her. But none of that matters, because she makes me happy.

Weiss: ...My drawing still sucks.

Yang: Yeah, it does. But mine doesn’t look any better! Hell, it looks worse!

-Lyra's fursona Lyra as her "signifying" animal, crow. (Her friends say that it fits because she's academically oriented and sometimes talkative. She says it fits because she's ugly.)

-Lyra being told by her father that he's more proud of her than he is of her younger adopted sister Sheryl (has happened) (She is a daddy's girl)

-Lyra dying her hair brown to avoid the dumb blonde accusations

-Lyra being told by her mother that Sheryl is more loved than Lyra is (has happened but with different words) (she is not a momma's girl)

I drew all over the place so it's not in chronological order of being drawn (the lore emo stuff was drawn as it got later, the silly gremlin was drawn first)

I think I should start categorizing stuff with her and the timeline she lives in as its own AU, since it's heavily canon divergent given that Mari actually hangs herself in said timeline, and Sunny's parents don't give him the privilege of being pulled out of school for 4 years. Wilted Lily AU, mayhaps? That's what I'll have for now.

may i please have some head cannons about maya and marina's reletionship

Sorry it took me a bit to get to this one!! Such an interesting pair and honestly I don’t talk about the two of them together nearly as much as I’d like so Ty for the chance to anon lmao

- first some background: their first meeting was a little awkward because Maya was a HUGE off the hook fan when she came to inkopolis (and tbh still is). From the first splatfest she participated in she immediately fell in love with Pearl and Marina’s music so her first time meeting them was mostly her staring at them from behind Marie trying not to explode into fangirl mode, and Marina awkwardly waving at her everytime they made eye contact because she didn’t know what to say + this was hardly a day after octo expansion so girl was TIRED.

- due to Marie’s friendship with OTH though, overtime the more Maya was around them the more she warmed up to them in a more casual way, and eventually they both basically became her cool aunt figures lol. But since this is about Marina and Maya were focusing on the Marina part with that

- Marina’s pretty good at sewing and 80% of the gifts Maya gets from her are different sewed together or crocheted plushies or the occasional blanket. Maya adores them all and bounces around everytime Marina gives one to her

- they’re both autistic with pretty similar sensory needs which they bond over lol. Sometimes when Maya’s over at OTH’s place and is overstimulated they’ll go sit in one of the sound proof recording studios together and bring a bunch of blankets and pillows in with them and just vibe with their own pair of headphones doing their own thing. Pearl will go to check in on them and make sure they’re not bored + are okay and they’ll both just be like “this is the best experience I’ve had all day”

- I am cringe but I am free you gotta embrace that for this one OKAY LISTEN TO ME JUST LISTEN Maya and Marina are both furries Maya’s got a sheep fursona Marina’s is a wolf, and Marina helped Maya make her first ever fursuit and in return Maya made her so many drawings of their fursonas hanging out and Marina has them all pinned onto the wall of their main recording studio.

- Maya infodumped about fnaf to Marina one time and ofc she was already genuinely interested she loves her niece and her interests, but she only like “sat up super invested” when Maya started going into how the animatronic mechanisms worked. Pearl and Lucky had to stop Marina from building a spring lock suit that day because she WOULDVE.

- on a similar note sometimes Marina will go on long infodumps to Maya about machinery and Maya genuinely enjoys listening to them. Sometimes when she gets home from hanging out with her she’ll recreate what Marina was talking about in Minecraft, then bring her laptop the next day to show her and ask how accurate it is (Marina LOVES it everytime)

- last one cus I’ve gone on long enough on accident lol; second best to Marie, Marina’s the best at getting Maya to go back to sleep after waking up from a nightmare. Maya spends a good chunk of time at OTH’s place since they’re the first Marie goes to for watching over Maya when both she and Callie are away for long periods of time for work, so they’ve had experience with dealing with her having nightmares in that time ofc. Maya used to feel reaallyyy bad about it bc it’s one thing to wake her close family up from it, another to wake her kinda family figures up who she’s just a guest at their house to atm from it, but they don’t mind and usually Marina is the one who gets up from it to sit with Maya and talk her through it or sing her songs until she’s able to sleep again. (She has the experience of doing it through Lucky also having a lot of nightmares.)

funny weird fursona from ages past hours while i wanna take this opportunity to share my art, i kinda also wanna reach out to everybody who had cringy neon old fursonas and oc's that they're embarrassed of or feel like they need to shittalk every time they mention them bc "theyre totally better at making characters now i swear!" this is my fursona splash. i've changed sonas a few times, but none of them will be as important to me as her. she's not there yet, but next year in february, on my birthday, she will be 9 years old. i made her feb 22nd of 2015, my 9th birthday. i stopped using her eventually, because i thought i'd grown out of her. i used to show her to people and laugh about how stereotypical of a mary sue she was, how she had a demon AND angel form, how i'd ship her with characters from whatever media i was interested in at the time, how she had super secret sparkle powers that could do anything and how she's "not me anymore" then i remembered how crushed i felt when my friends at the time first started calling her one. i was knee deep at that point in thinking mary sues were dumb, and felt really bad about it when a friend said she was a huge mary sue and how i should probably change her. they even got mad when i said i didnt want to and told me i "couldn't take criticism". ive tried so hard over the years to distance myself from her while trying not to be too hard on her, to enjoy her in an "ironic, more experienced way" and regard her as what NOT to do.

this is the first ever drawing i did of her. another oc of mine turns 9 on my bday, and ill do art of her too, but this is where i made her. she was a drawing of firestar that i got bored drawing and decided to slap some neons on from the ms paint advanced preset colors. as you can see, she hasn't really changed much. her name used to be colordrop, because i had a stuffed bunny around that time with the same name. i think i renamed her to splash because i liked splashkittyartist. is the art good? no. did i really care? not really! i didnt even know it was bad at the time, because it honestly wasn't. i just wasn't as far in my art journey as i am now. im glad i never deleted my deviantart account, and i plan at some point to go through and save the images that are important to me on a google drive of some kind. aslong as im able to remember and keep her, she's an important part of myself. she's still me, just from a different time, and also so much more than that. im not sad about her, not in a nostalgic "i wish i could go back way". im happy, if anything, because i only recently realized we shared a birthday. isn't that cool? to not only have an oc that was made on your birthday, but reaches milestones with you? when she turns 18, i'll be 27. when she's 27, i'll be 36. i think that's pretty neat. i think it's important for every artist, if they struggle with this, to look for their old oc's and fursonas and whatnot from when they were kids and instead of looking at them through a lens of "im better now, do you see how bad i used to be at this whole character making thing though? its funny.", instead be kind to your old creations and go "wow, i had alot of fun with you. i wonder if i can have even more." if you're able to, start using them again. write with them again, even if its small and silly and more out of whimsy and joy than actual plot development. i implore you to be kinder to kid you. even if kid you wasn't very kind themselves. if you would look at another kids drawing and oc and go "wow thats amazing! you're so creative!", then you should regard what you made then with the same enthusiasm. put your own work on the fridge if nobody else did. anyways, ramble over. i'm very passionate about this subject because i lived it, and i deeply enjoy reclaiming what i was made to feel embarrassed of. so moon darkraven, demon wolf with an anime scythe and scene bangs and red eyes and neon colors that don't mix, i think you're doing great. i hope you're doing well, wherever you are now, and that so is the person who made you. happy early birthday to me and my special little gal

I''ve been seriously thinking of continuing my dead webtoon, so thought I'd post these here - the main characters Remy and Harley. The girl is the same, I just keep changing my mind on how I draw her lol, for the comic art I went with the one on the right. Remy actually developed into another oc, Asalune, who is basically Remy as an elf, used for an rp group. I consider them sort of my favorite/mascot/mary sue ocs lmao. Because they're somewhat idealized versions of me. She would be my fursona (if she was a furry lol). But I do think all my characters (including male ones) are based on myself. I just pick and choose which parts of myself I focus on. Harley is basically an old oc I used as "imaginary boyfriend" who lived in my brain and talked to me. Not for real, you know. Just a side of me to counter my negativity and lack of confidence during inner thoughts.

Me rambling about lore under cut

Ri does a thing where they can go into a berserk frenzy and ignore pain and massive wounds as part of having a dragon lineage, but due to not being a full dragon the recoil afterwards is Very Bad. (So that the character I also use as my fursona isn't completely a Mary Sue lmao)

At some point later in the universe she's in I am heavily considering that she eventually loses an eye in a fight and gets a glass eye. Luckily their universe has magic so at least it's enchanted so that she doesn't completely lose depth perception. That would probably be bad for flying. The turn of events has some story symbolism and stuff but I've already talked a lot on a post that I just meant to show a semi decent sketch on. Woops.

Adrien yelped when he heard the voice in his ear and Nino leaned back to avoid Adrien’s head from hitting his face.

"Nino!" Adrien hissed before shoving his friend behind the bookshelf he was lurking around.

Kim popped up on the other side, "We're stalking Marinette?"

Max followed behind him, "Apparently."

"First of all there's no we," Adrien said.

"Rude." The three of them chorused.

"Second of all!" Adrien said, talking over them, "I'm not stalking."

Nino gave him a skeptical look, before pointedly gesturing to the bookshelves the four of them were hiding behind.

"I'm not stalking her."

Max pushed up his glasses, "Then I assume she knows you are observing her from a distance, in a place that's easy to hide behind?"

"Well-"

"And you've kinda been staring her down all day man. Everyone has noticed." Kim added. Suddenly he leaned forward, "Does this have anything to do with….you know what?"

"What." Adrien said flatly.

"You know…." Kim wiggled his fingers.

When Adrien continued to stare blankly at Kim, Nino clarified it for him. "You're fursona dude."

Adrien choked, "My fur-! Why would you call it that!?"

"What else are we supposed to call it without drawing attention to your extracurricular activities?" Max asked.

Adrien took a moment to make a silent vow to never ever mention anything remotely Chat Noir related around any of his friends ever again. 

Plagg took a moment to make a plan to get Nino and the others to bring it up more.

"No," Adrien finally said to the ceiling, "It's not. Well, not really. No."

Nino just looked at him, "Dude."

Adrien threw up his hands, "I'm trying to figure out who Buttercup is!"

They stared at him. Nino then pulled out his phone and began texting.

"What are you doing?"

"I am texting the guy's chat, we need a group meeting."

"Why?"

"They need to hear this."

Marc was on the floor crying. They wheezed out another giggle, caught Adrien’s baffled look, and broke out into hysterical laughter again. Nathaniel was petting their hair in concern. Luka's head had hit the table once Adrien started telling them what had happened, and hadn't left it. Except to hit the desk again at certain parts. Wayzz was gently patting Luka's shoulder. (In solidarity though no one but the two of them and Plagg knew that.)

"Adrien you broke my boyfriend." Nathaniel accused.

"Okay so let's get this straight," Kim said, "You made Ladybug mad over the Couple of the Year thing and she threw you in trash."

"Harsh, but understandable." Nino added.

"Yeah….I kinda deserved it."

"And then while you're sulking on a roof Marinette tells you she needs help." Kim continued. "So you go to help her and then she tells you she needs help confessing to her crush and wants to use a dummy for a practice dummy."

"Hey!"

"How'd she even get your attention?" Ivan asked.

Adrien blushed. Plagg snickered before calling out, "Here minou, minou, minou~!"

That set an almost calmed Marc off giggling again. Nathaniel shot him an unimpressed look. "Can you, like, stop acting like a cat? For one day?"

Max shook his head, "Add that to the list Markov."

"It has been added!" He said.

"And then after hearing a mess of a confession you can't even keep a straight face for, you take her on a date-"

"It wasn't a date!"

"It was a date!" All the boys and kwamis and the single robot chorused.

"We saw the pictures." Nathaniel deadpanned.

"And the videos." Ivan added.

"And I still have your lovestruck, head-in-the-cloud rambling texts from during and afterwards." Nino said, waving his phone. "Not to mention Glaciator 2.0 was because André thought you were literally cheating on Ladybug with Mari."

Adrien weakly said, "But I'm not dating either of them?"

Ivan shook his head, "And after all that you go back to her balcony where you are so moved by her last confession you decide then and there to get her and Buttercup together leading to you stalking her today."

Adrien stared at them for a minute. "I don't know why you guys are making a big deal out of this."

Nino scrubbed his face, "No, no you wouldn't."

"Anyways if I can find out who 'Buttercup' is then I can help Marinette confess to the love of her life! I mean I thought it was Luka at first."

"Do I look like a Buttercup?" He spoke up for the first time, looking tiredly at Adrien, "Buttercups are blonde."

"....I thought people were blonde?"

"Oh my god, my best friend's a himbo." Nino muttered in horror as he watched Luka die inside.

Plagg settled on his shoulder, "You're just now figuring this out after the whole 'how do I turn the 3 around to make the heart' debacle?"
