I'm excited for NCIS: Origins. Mike Frank Alive and Probie Gibbs. I wish they introduce Ducky down the road too.

NCIS introduced different potential spinoff:

- LA 14x 17 one of my favourites. I like episodes with cold cases allowing you to go back on different times in the same show.

- I didn't like knight father. He can retire but it'll be a new Place rarely showed and new concept.

- I miss the early seasons of LA where the norm were going undercover to solve cases. Elite can be a mix of that and different natural of cases.

Grease Live! (2016)

In terms of the music, there’s no contest. The songs in this TV stage adaptation range from okay to atrocious, and the opening theme is unfortunately the worst by far. But “Grease Live!” makes up for that by doing so much more with the characters and story than the film version does. 

The entire cast is great, giving their own spins on the characters. My only complaint is that the T-Birds are hard to tell apart at times, due to all having such similar hair and coats in this version. 

In this version, Sandy has ultra-controlling parents. Thus, her bad-girl makeover at the end comes off more like her own choice, rather than giving into peer pressure. Danny is also considerably more likable, bar his big lie at the beach, which gives Sandy more of a reason to be upset when they reunite at Rydell. 

THAT FRIGGIN DINER ! 

Cameo! 

Marty is arguably the biggest improvement in this version. In the 1978 version I found her to be the least interesting or memorable character. Keke Palmer gives Marty her own swag. Though she also has the unfair advantage of getting to sing Marty’s one solo “Freddie My Love,” deleted from the movie version.

Vanessa Hudgens’ father died the night before “Grease Live” premiered--live--on TV. But she performed phenomenally as Rizzo.  

Eugene plays a more significant role in this version, not the least of which contributes to making Danny more likable than in the movie. 

If you’re a Rizzo/Kenickie fan, this version is definitely worth checking out. She comes to Thunder Road, this time. 

“Beauty School Dropout,” sadly, is another point against this version. Not the least because you can barely hear the singers!

I love how this version ties Kenickie’s head-injury into his plotline with Rizzo. And I also love the face of that one guy on the right (Sonny I think?)

If you love “Grease,” give this version a shot...even if you have to skip through some of the music numbers.

Assuming yes, I would recommend having a cute little Aperol Spritz on the patio of Sofo Tap (or a thc drink, they have them!) then head upstairs to Banana Video and pay the $10 cover to wander around their darkrooms and pick a spot where you'd like to fuck. That's what it's there for. All genders can go tho it skews gay male. This is the most romantic, cutesy option for a drink and fuck spot.

If you're into leather or kink and don't mind basic well drinks, Cell Block on Halsted has a backroom for fucking with a sex swing, a cage for go-go dancers, and theme nights. This is the place to throw back a White Claw and then suck your lover's dick while other (mostly) men around you do the same.

If you want to show off a little bit, head up north to Jackhammer for a cocktail or an IPA (they have a decent menu), flirt over a game of pool or some darts and then head downstairs into "The Hole" where you'll find a St Andrews cross, showers, lockers, a clothing check, a room of sex swings, and a second bar. This one is the brightest and the most lysol-clean option, it's like fucking in an Orange Theory Fitness if it had a hotel bar.

If you're straight, get a short-term membership at Galleria Domain 2 (if youre a brogrammer pleasure dom who is sober) or The Chicago Rose (if youre an unpretentious ass eater who likes Miller High Life).

now maybe by "fun" you didnt mean fucking, those are just the bars you can fuck at. If you just want a romantic illicit place to grab a cocktail and a date, i'd say Marty's Martini Bar, Dorothy's Downstairs, the California Clipper, the Palmer House Hilton's lobby bar, or the Green Mill.

as much as i love the trope of a time traveler picking the name of a famous actor/character as their new name when they are asked for their name in the past/future, i would love if it was used for drama, and by that I mean, Marty McFly turns back at the bar and says his name is Clint Eastwood, and someone at a table starts choking on their beer because they recognize the name, Ray Palmer pins the star on his lapel and says his name is John Wayne, and the girl hanging in the background wheezes, Rufus tells former soldiers his name is Denzel Washington and someone facepalms behind him... because they are not the only time travelers around.

The "problem" is that when this trope is used, not being the only time traveler around is hardly the biggest problem they have in the episode/movie (not getting killed, not getting killed, not getting Lincoln killed/not killed) but I so wish the blatant pseudonyms were a dead giveaway of who's a time traveller more often.

“Tiva” is stepping up to the mic.

TVLine has learned exclusively that Cote de Pablo and Michael Weatherly — NCIS vets and stars of the upcoming NCIS: Tony & Ziva spinoff — are launching a Spotify video podcast titled Off Duty: An NCIS Rewatch.

In each weekly episode of Off Duty: An NCIS Rewatch, de Pablo and Weatherly will invite a special guest to join them as they rewatch iconic NCIS episodes.

Present and past cast and guest stars making appearances include Sean Murray (who since Season 1, Episode 7 has played Special Agent Tim McGee), Brian Dietzen (Dr. Jimmy Palmer since late Season 1), Sasha Alexander (Special Agent Caitlin Todd in Seasons 1 and 2), Eric Christian Olsen and Daniela Ruah (NCIS: Los Angeles‘ Marty Deeks and Special Agent Kensi Blye), Season 13 NCIS guest star Jon Cryer and others, each of whom will join the hosts to reminisce about the long-running and well-watched procedural’s impact on television and pop culture, and reveal exclusive behind-the-scenes moments from making the TV series.

Premiering Tuesday, June 4 (soon!), the Spotify video podcast will also feature recurring and interactive segments that will further connect fans and NCIS loyalists.

Weatherly starred as NCIS‘ Special Agent Tony DiNozzo from the series’ backdoor pilot (as a JAG double episode) through the end of Season 13, and made a surprise cameo in the most recent season’s second episode.

De Pablo played Special Agent Ziva David from Season 3 through 10, surprised viewers with her own cameo in the Season 16 finale, and then appeared in multiple Season 17 episodes.

De Pablo and Weatherly are heading to Budapest this summer to begin filming Paramount+’s Europe-set NCIS: Tony & Ziva series, which finds the title characters “trying to raise their tween daughter and save the world.” John McNamara, whose past TV credits include co-creating Profit  Fastlane and The Magicians, penned the spinoff’s premiere and will serve as showrunner.

Off Duty: An NCIS Rewatch is produced by Spotify Studios in partnership with Rabbit Grin Productions, with Jeph Porter and Rob Holysz as executive producers. Natalie Holysz, Kasper Selvig and Derek Johnson also serve as producers.
