If they do Iris pregnant in S8 (which I think will be likely) do you think the villian could be after WestAllen Twins possibly as they could perhaps have powers from birth maybe or at least low level powers or something but a villian after WestAllen kids would be a interesting storyline.
That's definitely possible. I made another post where I was speculating a bit about the reason why Bart would time travel, and I thought maybe one of them could be he's trying to save his sister. That could be a reason why he travels back in time and she doesn't.
Though it's entirely possible that she is also there, but since the description said that Barry and Iris will be teaching their son patience, it doesn't sound like she is also in the past. But of course they might want to keep her presence a surprise. It would certainly be nice if they were both in the 150th episode!
Or perhaps some villain is after the Allen family throughout time? There's a story in the comics that's kind of like that, though that is connected to Cobalt Blue in the comics so they might not want to do that storyline just yet.
In any case, I do hope Barry and Iris have twins, and I do hope that they've picked an urgent reason for Bart to timetravel. That it's the only way to solve a problem or something.

Do you think that Joe will take the news of Barry's fate in S6 harder than everyone else because I could see him feeling like he has failed Nora and Henry by not protecting their son.
I don’t think Joe will see it that way, since he was a caretaker for Barry when Barry was a child. Joe did his job as a foster parent. He kept Barry safe growing up. Barry is a grown man now, who has chosen to live the dangerous life of a hero. Sure, Joe will be devastated to lose Barry, but I don’t think he will blame himself.

Is it just me or do people just like to complain about The Flash because last season was apparently the worst now S5 is apparently not much better I mean people have jobs to do so unless you are in the room or work for the show try and be respectful (this is not directed at you btw)
people have every right to complain about the show. it’s trash and people are allowed to say it.
also this show is clearly racist as hell & it’s good that people call it out. they only write garbage to get that paycheck & put 0 effort. obviously not all the writers are as bad as some but it’s up to the showrunner to fix the problems & todd doesn’t give a fuck. judalina is also terrible. she needs to be dragged to hell.
stop acting like these ppl are innocent & shouldn’t be constantly called out for the bullshit they put out every week.

Where did you find the Grant Gustin comment about Barry thinking of Nora as an ally not his daughter on your Undeniably Deniable fanfiction because I can't find it.
I see you followed me over from FFnet. Lol. Alright, I did some digging and found the quote I pulled my inspiration from:
Q. Of course, adding an extra layer to the dynamic is the fact that Barry, Iris and Nora are all close in age. Will the characters’ ages affect or influence how Barry approaches fathering Nora?
Gustin: I don’t know that Barry thinks of it in terms of, “Oh God, now I’ve got to be a dad.” They’re basically peers, so it’s a weird dynamic. I think he wants to teach her how to hone her powers because it becomes clear that she doesn’t necessarily understand them and have a hold on them in the way Barry does at this point.
He wants to help her get back to her time, while also trying to figure out what time anomalies have been created by her being here and [whether] they need to fix any of them before we send her back. I feel it’s more like a mentor role.
The rest of the interview can be found here.

Happy Weekend Tati and Happy Birthday to me!! I took off from work this Friday and next Monday. Classes start back up on July 2nd. I watched Luke Cage most of the day. I’m on episode 11 (I believe). I liked S2 so much better than Jessica Jones S2. The female characters are written well, I feel on LC. I’m excited for DD and Punisher to come back too. Iron Fist was my least favorite of all the Marvel Netflix series; however, I’m hopeful for S2. Your thoughts?
OMG, happy birthday, lovely lady! Hope your long weekend is going fantabulously. I haven’t had a chance to get past episode 2 of Luke Cage’s second season, but I must agree that it’s doing leaps and bounds better than JJ’s second. I have yet to watch Punisher, and I quite Iron Fist halfway because I hated it so much. But with Misty in it and more Colleen, I think I will make it through S2.
I agree about the female characters on LC, they’re definitely the ones I’m most invested in!

Do you think we will get Barry or Iris saying Run Nora Run because I'd think that be cool
There is no doubt in my mind that Barry or Iris will say “Run, Nora, Run.” It’s a Flash staple and there’s no way they’d pass it up!

What do you think the chances are of The Tornado Twins or Bart Allen being introduced if they save Iris (which they obviously will at least I hope)
Iris will definitely live beyond this season, they’ve shown the scene of her death too many times for it to still hold any amount of shock value to viewers, and just going by what showrunners and the cast have said in interviews, it’s a safe bet to say she will make it through this season alive. I personally think there’s a greater chance of having Bart on the show than the Tornado Twins, though the show has hinted at them before (the double tornados in 3.01, Joe and Nora talking about Barry and Iris having kids in 2.22 and 2.13 respectively). I suppose it depends on whether the showrunners can get the rights for those characters. They’re well aware that fans wanna see Bart on the show someday, and I imagine we’ll see Barry and Iris have kids on the show before it ends, but I don’t know that they’d be called Don and Dawn lol. There’s also a chance they might change it up and make Bart Iris and Barry’s son instead of grandson (the way they made Wally Iris’ brother and not nephew like he is in the comics).

I can see Erin leaving Chicago for a little a mean Chicago is a source of pain for her her childhood nadia probably more stuff and that stuff still is with her so I think leaving for a short arc would be a good storyline
I disagree. She has people in Chicago who love her and care about her. She doesn’t have that in any other city.
And you can’t run away from your problems, because they always end up catching up with you in the end, and when they do, it’s even worse. And she has tried it, she has tried escaping reality with the help of drugs, and alcohol, and what good did that do? It would be extremely ooc for Erin to leave, after the arc in previous seasons, and it would take away from the character development she has had since S1.
But note, that’s just how I perceive her character, and that’s my opinion.

Netflix is doing a great job with ODAAT doing more serious stuff if GMW moves there it will be good for the show
okay i love odaat but that doesn’t necessarily mean that having gmw on netflix will be good for the show, they are different producers and writers for each show (fuller house vs. odaat). obviously if it gets picked up i will be happy and hope for the best but who knows if they will get new writers/producers and if they do, will they be any better? we’ll see if it gets picked up

What do you think about Landons mom being a Valkyrie there are mythological warriors and she could be defending the Malivore since I'm assuming it's dangerous
oh, that would be so cool! i’d love to see some valkyries popping up in the show. i definitely think that landon’s family have something to do with that knife and malivore either in that they’re its protectors or they’re the ones who are supposed to use the knife or something. but either way, i’m really interested to see the outcome and find out what landon is and how he’s connected to all this.

How long do you think Paige will keep that Jack is the father secret from everyone for
truthfully, i don’t think she will ever tell anyone, especially jack that he is the father. and if the truth does come out, it won’t be until close to the end of the pregnancy.

In TVInsider interview Eric Wallace said there will be no WestAllen pregnancy this season do you think there is a chance of a WestAllen pregnancy next season
Sorry for the late answer. I think it’s possible, though it probably depends on what their plans are for the show. I actually thought that’s where the show was heading at the end of S5.
I know people have lots of differing opinions about this, but personally I would love to see a westallen pregnancy during the run of the show.
(btw I just answered 2 of your other asks, but deleted them when I realized I didn’t know if you’d seen yesterday’s episode, and the answers referenced some of the things that happened in them. I copied them so maybe I’ll repost them at the end of the week)

What do you see happening in 5x17 in terms of the WA Family
We know for sure that the truth is going to come out. It looks like Nora is going to decide on telling her parents the truth, but I have a feeling there may be a little ‘twist’ and her parents may find out before Nora fesses up (maybe they find out from Sherloque or maybe something happens in the episode that clues them in without needing to be explicitly told). Either way, based on the paparazzi video of the filming of 5x18, Barry will know by 5x18.
What I picture is 5x17 starting with more sweet family moments. Nora’s bond with her parents is growing deeper and deeper. Maybe Barry or Iris says something in response to an unrelated situation about how important being honest is with the people you love, making Nora feel guilty. They start fighting this new meta and it hammers in Nora’s feelings of guilt. There are more family moments, but now Nora is withdrawn. She decides she has to tell her parents the truth. Maybe she gets to, or maybe she’s too late and they already know.
The episode ends with a tearful argument and the family that was becoming so close now feels like they don’t even know each other. The cliffhanger conclusion of the episode is Barry running to 2049, where he attacks Thawne.
Tumblr media
Barry and Iris making a list of things to do with Nora is SO cute. I could honestly watch an entire episode of them doing everything on that list lol.
Yes! I would love to see more West-Allen family fun. I want to know everything on the list and their reasons for putting it on there. I wonder if the family moments we’ve so far in the past few episodes, like when they went ice skating or when they played board games together, were on the list. I would love to see them doing everything, even if it was just a montage!

Do you think in Riverdale S3 it should touch on Veronica being Latina because the show hasn't really used that element of her character
I don’t see how that can come into play, plot wise.  I mean, we know she is and I think that’s enough. Maybe that’s controversial and maybe i’m in the minority opinion, but Riverdale doesn’t have the capability to make a plot line that touches upon ethnic identity nor do I see why it’s needed as a plot point, since Riverdale’s ‘tone’ is one of absurdity and folly and excessiveness.  That’s just my thoughts =/ Every time they have attempted to make a ‘serious’ issue, it has fallen short.
Edit: that being said, I think RD overall isnt’ doing a great job at representation. I’m not arguing otherwise. Just that I don’t think they can do it well

Yeah but leaving might give her what she needs to finally bury all of the demons of her past forever and move forward
I disagree. She has to decide to bury the demons, and she can do that anywhere. And if she doesn’t decide to, then even moving to Alaska won’t help her.
