Despiden a María Celeste Arrarás de Telemundo Semanas atrás también fueron despedidos la comunicadora Carolina Sandoval "La Venenosa" y los periodistas Ana Patricia Candiani y Martín Plascencia Por 05/08/2020 La periodista María Celeste Arrarás anunció la tarde de este miércoles que ayer fue su último día como conductora de “Al Rojo Vivo” y parte de la cadena televisiva Telemundo en Miami. “Esta mañana fui informada por la empresa de que han decidido que el programa tome otro rumbo y que debido a ajustes por la pandemia ya no seré mas parte del show”, publicó María Celeste en sus redes sociales. La periodista puertorriqueña llevaba en la cadena hispana casi 20 años, razón por la que manifestó su agradecimiento por el  voto de confianza en cada uno de los eventos noticiosos que condujo. “Dejo atrás a muchos compañeros queridos que siempre podrán contar con todo mi apoyo. Ni mi pasión por el trabajo, ni mi carrera terminan aquí. Por el contrario, mi compromiso con ustedes continúa tan fuerte como siempre”, finalizó. Arrarás inició su carrera en 1986 como presentadora de noticias y reportera en el Canal 24, una estación de televisión local en Puerto Rico. En 1987, la estación afiliada de Univisión en la ciudad de Nueva York la contrató como copresentadora de su noticiero local y para 1992 fue nombrada copresentadora, junto a Myrka Dellanos, del nuevo programa noticioso para televisión Primer Impacto, en el que tuvo una magnifica proyección y popularidad. I can't believe there is a TV series in the works based on lies in @mariacelestearraras book "El Secreto de Selena" or "Selena's Secret", that Selena's killer alleged happened. The author of the book interviewed Yolanda Saldivar in prison and the book is based on what a convicted murderer said about untrue "secrets" in Selena's life.
