Marcella Kroll is a professional artist, intuitive, and workshop facilitator. She has been practicing her gifts since 1995. 

Marcella works in private practice with clients all over the world and was a program presenter for the Los Angeles Public Library for 14 years, leading public classes for teens on tarot and other divination subjects. 

She regularly holds healing circles, guided meditation groups, and empowering workshops for men and women in the greater Los Angeles area and around the United States, and hosts a podcast, Saved by the Spell. Beautiful things that I have allowed to unfold within me - connecting to my ancestral roots and the amazing magic in those traditions. I felt the calling for Santa Muerte for years but felt as though I wouldn't be good enough or able to truly devote myself as I thought I should. She finds us when we have lost ourselves, coming into our lives as a gentle mother of sorts. I have oftenntalked about my love for Mother Mary, the Virgen de Guadalupe, and other mother like figures in my past. Perhaps my Cancer Moon and Venus calls me to this divine mother archetype, or maybe it is thr fact that I don't have an actual healthy relationship with my own biological mother. Either way, she found me this year and I finally felt ready to try. To many she is misunderstood, and in American culture death is a taboo subject, but in my Mexican culture - death is celebrated. We even have days of the year set aside to go and spend time with our ancestors and passed on loved ones. Altars in our homes to pray with them. Santisima has shown up in dreams for years to me, calling me in my darkest moments. Perhaps she is the reason I am still here. I will be honest and say that I have been a bit apprehensive to share my connection to these different deities. They speak to me. They allow me to connect to various parts of myself. They also bring my heart peace. When I have cried at their altars, when I have sat in prayer over their veladoras or candles, I feel their loving energy surrounding me. Devoted. Devotion is love exemplified. It is the physical manifestation of the energy of love in the world. I devote myself to my family and my dogs, and I also devote myself to these deities. I also want to say that @mi_nina_flakita has the best oils to work with Santisima - her Santa Muerte oil is bomb! She has also put out so much information on how to connect with Santa Muerte. @marcellakroll has helped me see that this path was available to me and to understand the calling. @thedeathwitch was lovely enough to share different resources with me, as well as making beautiful oils that help me dress my candles, make mojo bags, and understand magic on a deeper level. Had the pleasure of finally meeting @marcellakroll and having delish lunch together. I am so grateful for this online community and being able to meet someone I have admired, respect, and view as a teacher (as well as big sister), was phenomenal. We headed over to @ritualcravt and got our aura pictures done by @theauraweaver which was so fun! I haven't had my picture done since 2017, or so. My pictures always came out as a rainbow of colors! It was so fascinating to see it just red with a bit of blue and purple and a faint yellow. I am glad to have spent today with some lovely souls out in Denver but glad to be back home - grounding with my old poochies. Tomorrow will be difficult, but I am glad to provide him the space to enjoy life right up until the end, surrounded by some of us who love him. Perhaps I will post a card drawing tomorrow - early on in the day. Thank you for your patience with me and for your help in allowing us to be able to give my puppy familiar peace during this transition time for him. He has enjoyed his faves (in very small doses) and even has been loving some Blue Bell Ice Cream - Homemade Vanilla - as any true Texan will tell you.
